Fantastic experience: This AAA is also an Amazon pickup and drop off location. I was traveling and had a package arrive here on the last day I could get it before leaving the area. I arrived to pick it up when they were locking the front door. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to come back and the owner reopened the office and retrieved my package. So nice, so helpful, I recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: We locked our keys in our car while visiting in South Dakota. The local branch dispatch (Margo) and the driver (Michael) were absolutely amazing and caring folks! They were so concerned and helpful in a stressful situation for us. We were in a situation where we needed assistance quickly, and they both went above and beyond their duties! AAA SD, you have a couple of wonderful people in you service, please accept our appreciation and a great big thank you to these exceptional individuals!

Negative experience: From my perspective, the process of receiving roadside assistance from this company in the rapid city area recently has been abysmal. Not only was the ETA wrong by 2hrs, the driver who responded was nonchalantly disrespectful. The flagrant condescension from the man was appalling. I've maintained service with the company the past few years but I'll look to use something different now.

Negative experience: Claimed service would arrive in 30 minutes, yet got a call after that 30 minutes claiming it would be another 45 minutes. The man who helped was very kind and very helpful. Everyone during the process were not very helpful.

Negative experience: Services declining. Counted a tire spare change on my pickup as one of my tows for Premier RV. Confusing, first said I would be using one of my five then afterwards said it counted as two. I'm still confused.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say thank you to the 2 young men from Tow Pros who towed my car from Lake Park Campground to Denny Menholt Toyota on Friday October 1 2021 while we were in Rapid for a quick vacation. They were so kind and very helpful. I really appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable they were when I was so stressed out. I just wished I had not been SO stressed out that I totally forgot to tip them or to get their names! So Please at least try to let them know how thankful I was to them for their kindness to me.

Negative experience: I have been waiting for 3 hrs for a tow I'm a permire member and they just blew me off.... I'm also a veteran and this says what they really feel about me my service and my day I missed a Dr appointment and I still had to pay so they really care bout there customers and there service I wouldn't treat a dog like this... They are completely ignorant or they careless Wich is even sadder to think about thanks for making me miss my appointment for vital meds and a funeral for my cousin who I am extremely close and they said f you Mr Anderson.... Not renewing my membership.

Fantastic experience: Jesse: A great pro, he solved my Shower issues. He ended up looking all over town for parts. He’s a dedicated professional who knows his business, and deserves extra credit for all of this extra effort. AAA Plumbing - always has gone above and beyond for us, on every occasion. We’ve been told in the past by others, that we would have to rip out the entire shower system to make our old plumbing system operate properly. Thanks again you guys. Dave

Negative experience: Walk in to insure another car and was told I could sit at desk and call corporate because the insurance agent was on a conference call and if I wanted to talk to her I would have to call and make an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Love everyone at our AAA,. They never fail to get me what I need and can call anytime you need more help. Awesome people!!!!

Negative experience: We filed a claim in October and since then they have done everything and anything to refuse to Pay - separated claims for water damage interior from a roof leak. Stating they were separate occupancies and unrelated. Never returns calls, pays pennies for repair or says to use old damages materials for repairs from another part of the house. Clearly a ripoff adjuster ignores you then lies to you. I would give it a negative 10 if the option was there! Replace 500 square feet of siding not even the whole side of damaged siding. Use anyone else ... they are a nightmare to work with and care nothing for their customers!

Negative experience: Insurance Claim was terrible. Agent good, claims people very bad. Had hail damage and 2 painters said the decks needed to be sanded. AAA said no. Bigger issue is AAA uses a 3rd party adjuster to look at the damage, not a AAA person. Claim adjuster is in Las Vegas, NV and she never looked at the damage either. Hard to get good claim service if no one from AAA comes and looks at the damage. Poor claim service.....what would it be like with a major claim??!!

Fantastic experience: Saved me and my family from getting stuck in the middle of nowhere. Great tow service and a friendly driver. Glad I can count on these guys when I'm in a jam.

Fantastic experience: I have to say, it was a nice experience with updating our auto insurance. Our agent was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain in detail, the way the policies work, and that we could upgrade at any time if we decided we wanted more coverage. We walked out with a smile and no questions left unanswered. I wish we would have come to AAA a long time ago.
