Negative experience: Worse service ever. The airlines lost our luggage and got it a night prior to leaving. Our transportation to the hotel that was set up through liberty travel "Beeline Transportation" didn't show up and never returned our calls for a rebate. We called when we returned and was told by the girl that set it up that there was nothing she could do. I understand the luggage but transportation?? . Sad my fiance had planned this trip to propose to me.

Fantastic experience: Elizabeth Cheaney at Liberty' Travel's Weymouth Massachusetts office planned a two week trip through Spain for my widfe and I and another company. Based on her recommendations, we stayed in four cities and visited 7 in all. The itinerary took us from Barcelona to Southern Spain and ending in Madrid. It was a trip with a lot of logistics. Elizabeth did an amazing job of arranging everything and making recommendations on tours, restaurants and guides. The day before we left she spent 45 minutes on the phone with me, walking me through the itinerary and answering any last minute questions. The trip was amazing and went off without a hitch. Elizabeth made the trip so easy. Thank you.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst travel agency I have done business with !! Thought they would be looking after my best interest in prices... Well I am completely wrong about that... Never again !!! Will I book a vacation with them again....

Negative experience: "Worst travel agency ever!!!". Where do I start, I booked a cruise with Liberty travel earlier this year, convinced family and friends to do the same, normally I book thru Expedia or Priceline but because we had a large group of people going I figured to have a travel agent book everyone, this was a mistake!!! I was told that I would be informed about on price drops, which is standard practice for any travel agency, because I was never informed I overpaid my room by 1200.00!!!! The rest of my party overpaid as well!!!! We are all unhappy with the service from this agency, never again. I am a seasoned traveler, at least 3 vacations a year!

Fantastic experience: Hailey took the time to make sure all flights for all people happened smoothly. I would recommend this travel agency if you really want to be taken care of. Not that clicked through “uh huh, uh huh” conversation, with some phoney feeling customer service and questionable savings. She was as they use to say, “On the ball”.

Negative experience: We never got to use our 50 dollar gift certificates because they couldent contact Liberty! so we went on a diffrent trip ended up i the worst part of town changed two fithy cars and a 45 min.trip turned into 1 hr.& 45 no food water or bathroom that day from 6am to 12pm! We payed for our luggage ahead of time spent 130.00 in luggage fees! We were never able to contact Liberty the 7 days we were there! Nightmare!

Fantastic experience: Although my trip isn't until July, I worked very closely with Barbara at the Newton branch. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She answered a million of my questions, and helped with changes that I had made in bookings with a smile. With her help, I know my trip will be sensational and I also know, that for any reason, she will be able to help with any future changes, which because of her expertise, I'm sure I won't have to make. Fantastic experience: Unbelievable consultation...SAVED ME A TON OF AGGRAVATION. I looked up some destinations on line and I almost purchased. A friend suggested It might be a good idea to talk to someone who actually went to the resort. Boy am i glad i did, I went in and spoke to them and they advised me to check out another resort.... Best decision I made to trust someone else.

Fantastic experience: Don't think the internet is the best way to plan a vacation. A travel agent can match any price you can find but will also be a lot more knowledgeable about the best places to stay. They will also make sure your"cheap flight" isn't taking you through 3 airports with twelve hours of layovers. They will make sure your resort is up to snuff. If have a problem with your flight, hotel or excursion, who is going to handle that while you are in Mexico? Use a travel agent for peace of mind that everything will be as it should be when you arrive. I love Lauren at Liberty Travel Burlington... Let her help you plan your next journey.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I came in tonight, had no idea where we wanted to go for our honeymoon and Natalie came to the rescue! Natalie went above and beyond and she helped us book our dream vacation. After we finally decided on a destination, she sat with us for three hours, and priced out different options. She knew exactly what she was talking about and I’m so excited for our honeymoon! We also want to thank John and the rest of the staff there tonight for helping us with our decision making! I highly recommend using this location and any of the employees working tonight, but especially Natalie!

Fantastic experience: Natalie helped us with our airfare and rental car for our trip to Orlando. It was school vacation week and we wanted favorable flight times. She booked us just what we wanted. She was great with follow up.

Negative experience: We asked for some ideas for traveling we picked a place and one of their "preferred" hotels. They didn't mention that it's a 2 hour ride to the hotel from the airport. We were not thrilled with the hotel. I'll plan my own

Fantastic experience: Working with Kimberly at Liberty Travel in Danvers was a great experience. She was totally professional and very informative with information regarding our Disney World Trip. I highly recommend Kimberly to anyone planning a trip!

Fantastic experience: We are in our 70s and had many special needs related to a 3-week visit to England to stay with a close relative we hadn't seen in 7 years. Elizabeth was very helpful in every way. She arranged special assistance from the airport in Boston to Heathrow in London, and then on trains to our final destination in Devon. Elizabeth took care of all the details, our tickets, hotel reservations, and everything else. She was gracious, warm and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: We love liberty travel and we absolutely LOVE our agent Gloria Beaulieu(Swansea). We have been using her for 7 years now. She is amazing,she really gets to know you and your likes and dislikes. She goes above and beyond to make sure we get exactly what we want. We have had to contact her while on vacation and she answered right away and always fixed problem. We not only call her our travel agent we call her our friend.

Fantastic experience: We used Barbara at Liberty to book a 16 person cruise from NJ to the Bahamas, we just returned today, she did a great job, coordinating all the paperwork for us. It was a stress free experience! Unlike "Norma" who reviewed also, we chose to take the insurance package for a couple hundred bucks in case something went wrong, Barbara was great in advising us without pushing anything on us. We only dealt with Barbara, she was wonderful

Positive experience: Liberty Travel has the best customer service. Ive booked several times with them, this last time for my trip to Shanghai & Maldives. Diana, Anthony and Ray responded quickly and gave me several options. They make booking so convenient and took care of our visas too. Highly recommended!!

Negative experience: The person assisting us seemed completely uninterested in her job. My boyfriend was there twice and both time the woman assisting him said she would call him with the information when she had it. Both times, she never called. It's as if they don't want the business! We booked elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I had a truly wonderful experience. I'm a second-time flyer and everything was explained to me in detail.

Negative experience: Due to a family emergency I was unable to travel to my destination. I called the travel agent to cancel my hotel portion well within the cancellation period only to find out that Liberty has their own cancellation "fees". I was penalized $374 with a month notice to cancel my hotel. If this isn't a rip off, I don't know what is. What's worse is that the agent I was working with failed to mention this so called cancellation policy on their behalf as if I should've known. Last time I use them for any of my travel needs.

Fantastic experience: My girlfriend and I booked 2 vacations (All inclusive Mexico trip and a cruise) with Molly and couldn't be happier with the service we received. For Mexico we gave Molly a few requirements on what we wanted and told her what our budget was and she gave us multiple options. Molly also steered us away from certain resorts that looked good on paper but got less than stellar reviews. With the cruise we knew which one we wanted and the dates we wanted but Molly was very knowledgeable as far as what the differences in the cabins in the same class we were looking at were. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in planning our vacations and I would highly recommend them for your next vacation.
