Fantastic experience: Cole Kirkpatrick did a fantastic job planning and executing a complicated trip to Ireland for six of us. He covered every detail for our two week trip to Dublin, Cork, Killarney, and Galway including flights, lodging (with breakfast), ground transportation, tours, and attractions. It was nice to be able to just show up somewhere and have them say "Everything is covered, you're all set!" He guided us through several iterations of the plan and, when we settled on one, he locked it down and did the rest. Great communication throughout, including an app on our phones that listed out each day with every detail. He made himself available should we have any issues, but everything went quite smoothly. I definitely recommend Classic Travel Connection!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for an amazing travel agent, look no further than Cole! He put together the most magical AmaWaterways River Cruise for us, taking us from Paris to Normandy. He thought of everything—from our extra days exploring Paris to making sure all our transfers were flawless. But the real test came when our airline lost our luggage. Cole didn't miss a beat. He was on the case, helping us get our bags back and turning a potentially frustrating situation into a minor hiccup. He truly went above and beyond for us. Thanks to Cole, our trip was perfect. He’s a true pro!

Fantastic experience: Wendy has helped us plan many vacations. Our last trip to Amsterdam, Prague, and Budapest for our 40th anniversary was just perfect. Private tours gave us access to places like the Strahov Library which made the trip much more meaningful, and those transfers to and from the airports in three countries kept us from being anxious about missing flights. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Caroline took care of all the details and made our 10 year anniversary trip completely perfect! By far the best travel experience to date. I just had to let her know what we wanted and what the budget was. She took care of everything else. Cannot recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Karen and I took our long-awaited “trip of a lifetime” to Italy in October. We first spoke with Pam about our ideas in January, and after some back and forth about our likes and dislikes, Pam put together a plan for our fifteen days that was perfect. We started in Milan, then to Venice, then to Florence and Tuscany, on to Sorrento, and ended in Rome. The arrangements were perfect, the hotels were charming and would never have been obvious to us without Pam’s help. We saw The Last Supper, The David, the Sistine Chapel, and did a side excursion to Pisa and the leaning tower. We took a gondola ride in Venice, which was amazing. We took classes for making pizza and gelato in Tuscany, and pasta in Florence. We took an all day private boat tour from Sorrento to Positano, with other stops along the way. (I received three “Roll Tides” in Positano based on my wearing a cap with the script “A.”) Pam even helped us navigate an unexpected rail strike that ultimately only dinged our scheduled trip to Rome by two hours. We did a touristy open air bus tour in Rome. The October weather was almost perfect, with one day of light rain in Milan and one day of brief showers in Florence. Food was great, no matter where, and most of our dining was outdoors. We could have stayed longer but were happy to make our return home. We cannot wait to arrange our next trip with Pam.

Fantastic experience: Dawn at Classic Travel made our trip down the Hudson River wonderful!! She made sure we had all the information we needed before the trip and was easy to get a hold of for questions during the trip! My favorite excursion was West Point but the beauty from the boat looking at the colorful trees was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Denise is the bomb! She planned our honeymoon to Jamaica and it was perfect! Everything went smoothly and she made it very easy for us throughout the entire trip! 10/10 recommended!

Fantastic experience: Wendy put together an itinerary for a dream trip to Yellowstone to meet our needs and desires perfectly, taking into consideration local information that we did not otherwise have access to. She handled all of the hassles we don't like of making sure we had timely reservations for high demand accommodations, plane tickets, etc. and freed up our time for the fun parts of dreaming about and planning the activities we enjoy.

Fantastic experience: Leah and team at Classic Travel Connection planned the best trip for my first time to Europe! They took care of every detail (which was a vacation in itself) and their team was always at the ready to assist while we were there if we needed anything. Their plan was thorough, well-documented (we loved the app itinerary and having every travel and activity laid out in a packet and sent to us prior to the trip). We would 100% use them again and have already been singing their praises to our friends. Amsterdam and Bruges were a true treat and I'm so thankful we used Classic Travel Connection to show us all of the great places to see! Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently spent our honeymoon in Tuscany and Sorrento, and it was nothing short of amazing. Highlights: Cooking Class: One of the highlights was a cooking class, where we learned to make different types of pasta. It was a fun, hands-on experience, and the food was amazing. Sorrento: After our time in Tuscany, we headed to the stunning coastal town of Sorrento. The contrast between the serene countryside and the vibrant coastal atmosphere was perfect, giving us the best of both worlds. Highlights: Capri Boat Tour: We took a private boat tour to the island of Capri. The azure waters, dramatic cliffs, and hidden grottos made for a breathtaking adventure. Swimming in the crystal-clear sea was a highlight. Positano Day Trip: A day trip to Positano was like stepping into a postcard. The colorful cliffside houses, charming boutiques, and inviting beaches were amazing. Overall Experience: Our honeymoon in Tuscany and Sorrento was everything we dreamed of and more. We are already planning our return trip! Highly recommend Cole and his team!

Fantastic experience: Trying to plan our trip to Italy was overwhelming and intimidating. After we shared our family's list of likes and preferences, Leah put together an itinerary for us. It was so reassuring to know I could trust that every driver, hotel, tour guide, and everyone else she booked or recommended had been vetted by her. Fantastic experience: We recently returned from a wonderful anniversary trip to Austria and Italy. From our perspective everything Classic Travel Connections booked for us went so smoothly - flights and train travel, transfers, hotel checkins, and guided tours. All the hotels they chose were top notch. We got all the details in hard copy and through an app which was updated with last minute adjustments. I’ve planned a lot of trips over the years and it was delightful to leave everything in their capable hands so we could just enjoy! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using classic travel connection since 2019, I’ve worked with different travel agents as they assign you a travel agent who is well knowledgeable in the area they are sending you to which I love, I think that is such a smart thing to do. It definitely gives me solace that my travel agent has been to the places we are going and can answer any questions I may have. All of the travel agents I have worked with have been amazing. Leah planned us an Amazing honeymoon I’ll never forget. She put up with all of my questions as this was the first time I had traveled outside of the states without my parents with such grace. Morgan is awesome she scheduled our most recent Disney trip for us and it was so nice not having to worry about reservations and all the stress. She also planned a trip to universal for us on a whim. She was so kind to have done this for us as I was having a hard time finding a good deal and it was so last minute. We are now scheduling our 3rd trip with classic travel for 2024. Cole has been great, he helped us figure out exactly what we were looking for with such willingness and I can’t wait to see what this trip has in store. You won’t regret using them. Fantastic experience: My wife and I had quite the journey planning our vacation, and we couldn’t have done it without the help of Classic Travel Connections. We originally planned a trip with Leah Jacobs for January 2022. Unfortunately we both got Covid and had to cancel but thanks to the team here we had insurance and everything was covered. All we had to do was go get a doctors note and Leah took care of the rest. Then our lives got busy so we were not sure when we could vacation again. We were a week away from our refund expiration date and finally made a decision. Leah Jacobs once again helped us and made everything work for us. She got our airline tickets with times that fit our hectic schedule and a great room booked. We had a wonderful time ringing in the new year at sandals ochi and it wouldn’t have been possible without Leah Jacobs and Classic Travel Connections. They made it possible for my wife and I to really relax and just enjoy the vacation. When it was time to come home our flight was delayed which messed up our connection, but Leah was already aware and looking for a solution. She looked at flights with us, checked connections and when we had to fly into Huntsville instead of Birmingham, she even looked into rental cars to get us home. We didn’t land until midnight and she was still checking in. I can’t say enough good things about Leah and this team, and I can’t wait to use them again for another wonderful trip!

Fantastic experience: Classic Travel Connection, and specifically Christen Perry, is an incredible travel agency to work with. They took all of the stress out of planning an international vacation - I'm a planner by nature and typically enjoy piecing together our vacations, but I'll never travel internationally without using them ever again. My husband and I went to Ireland and Paris, and from our flights, transportation between hotels, details on getting through customs, recommendations for activities/restaurants, and communication leading up to and during our trip, I wouldn't have changed a thing. They are responsive, always had someone we could call with questions (even when we were 7 hours ahead!), and even followed up with us on our travel day home to make sure our short connection between flights was going well. I'd recommend Classic Travel Connection to anyone planning any length of vacation (nationally and internationally)!

Positive experience: Called the office the woman who answered was very polite! She directed me to setup an appointment with Dawn I setup the appointment. Confirmed the appointment Never heard from her... If they miss a confirmed appointment what else will they miss? Food for thought.

It was wonderful-truly one of my favorite family vacations that we have ever taken. I would never have known that we could book a private tour/guide for the Grand Canyon, and I am pretty sure that was everyone’s favorite part of the vacation. My travel agent was Morgan Raley - Morgan was everything I could ask for and MORE. Before the honeymoon, my husband and I had a little worries about safety within the location that we were going. Morgan was ON TOP of her game EVERY SINGLE TIME! She gave my husband and I soooo much security throughout the entire process. We ended up going to Excellence Riviera Cancun (BEST DECISION EVER!!!). Morgan gave me her personal cell number so that we could reach out anytime that we needed to. Unfortunately, I was a little sick on our trip for a couple of days due to some personal things - I say this to say... Morgan was available through the entire time. Morgan coordinated a doctor to help me out on our trip! I WAS AMAZED... There's so much more that I could say about Morgan. My goodness - This was the most amazing decision that my husband and I could have chosen to do. We have decided that every trip that we decide to take, we want MORGAN RALEY a part of the process! My wife and I gave her our preferences and budget and, using her expertise and knowledge of the Caribbean, she recommended Sandals La Toc Resort in St. Lucia. She had stayed in the very room she recommended and it was perfect. Our pre-trip preparation (including COVID testing), flights, customs experience, transfers and accommodations could have been concerning in light of COVID restrictions but Christen took care of everything and all we had to do was to enjoy our experience. I would recommend Christen and her team to anyone who wants to take a great trip and not be concerned with the details and worry that traveling internationally usually brings. Fantastic experience: We wanted to get away to a quiet beach to relax for a few days. After contacting Christen and giving her our individual summaries of what was important to each of us, she provided us with a plethora of options. We ultimately chose Anse Chastanet on St Lucia. Christen’s attention to detail and thoroughness really impressed me. She is knowledgeable about destinations and has built contacts to ease travel hurdles, even in these crazy Covid times. Fantastic experience: I can not say enough wonderful things about Christen Perry and Classic Travel Connection. Recently I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Cancer in my liver. My husband asked what was one thing I wanted to do. I had it on my bucket list to go someplace tropical with the whole family (6 of us) and wanted it to someplace we would not normally go. Christen had booked a trip for us to Mexico years ago. So we called her and she helped us make the decision to go to St. John, Virgin Island. EVERY detail was taken care of. We knew what to expect because SHE knew what to expect. She relied on her own experience, she reached out to friends who had been there and others who lived there. She did her research. We were fully prepared for how to navigate the Covid restrictions. She encouraged us to rent a car and because of that we were able to enjoy the whole island.... Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay, and Moho Bay. We swam with turtles, snorkled and ate at wonderful restaurants. She found discounts and helped us determine excursions. While we were there we had friends who joined us a few days later. One of our children was asked to stay with them for two extra days. We called Christen and she changed the flight, updated the ferry ticket and stayed on the phone for hours getting this accomplished. We didn't have to worry about a thing and were able to enjoy the day rather than talk to airlines. We also appreciated the pre trip planning we did with her. She met with us via zoom and covered every detail with us. We were so prepared. I would HIGHLY recommend using Christen and her team. This was a once in a life time trip made even more special because Christen took care of every detail.

Fantastic experience: We have been working with Susan from CTC on our Disney trips for many years now! One of my favorite memories from Disney is our baby announcement in 2019. Now in a few weeks, we are headed back to Orlando and hope to recreate that moment. Every trip, Susan has helped us plan out every detail to make sure it’s just right! Love CTC and can’t wait to plan a second honeymoon to somewhere tropical very soon.

Fantastic experience: CTC has so many incredible agents! From the moment we were looking to book our anniversary trip, to the prep and planning, to the days before we left with all the new regulations and changes due to sars-cov2 and travel, to arrival at the resort, to our return home, Leah was with us every step of the way. Leah, Cindy, and Katelyn took amazing care of us. They were so fast to respond to questions and phone calls, they were totally on top of making sure we had the correct entry and exit paperwork for the country we were traveling to so that it was completed ahead of time, and when we had a problem at the resort with a timeshare person being difficult, Leah contacted a head manager at the resort immediately to put a stop to this person bothering us. We had an AMAZING trip and will absolutely use CTC to help secure our travels again in the future. Knowing that if something went wrong that we had somebody on our side with local connections was a huge relief. Thanks Classic Travel!

Negative experience: I would urge you to use a different travel agency or book direct. We had a group of 18 travelers who used this travel agency on a 4 day trip because we thought it would be easier to do so given the current pandemic. The problem was that our travel agent from Luxury Travel Connection was not responsive to many of us during the planning. She would not return calls in person. With the initial booking, she took so much time that the price continued to climb while we waited for her to call us back. But that’s not all. Our experience with this agent got worse. She sent us travel documents indicating that if we canceled within 5 days of travel then we would receive a refund minus a one day penalty, but when we canceled because 6 travelers tested positive for covid, she didn’t honor that. She tried to say that the hotel charges a 100% penalty. This is not honest or ethical. But still... the worst part is that she doesn’t provide timely responses. In the future, I would suggest not using this agency and only use agencies that you can call directly. They hide behind emails and don’t even provide contact numbers on their website. All phones lead to voicemails. This is not a high end agency but more on the lower end. Lastly, the agents website says her services are free but she charged all of us $25 a person to book and ask us to deposit directly in her checking account.

Fantastic experience: Rachel made my life so much easier by providing suggestions of where to stay and best packages that fit my family. We had an amazing trip at Universal Studios and plan to use Classic Travel Connection for all of our trips!

Fantastic experience: Two and a half years ago, we worked with Christen on planning our honeymoon. We fell in love with the resort she suggested so much we just returned from trip number 2! Our past trip we worked closely with Leah, and we cannot thank her enough. She is amazing at communicating with you and getting things done. We did not have to worry about anything. They took care of our flights, transportation, and stay. The organized travel documents they sent are a huge help. They include tips and suggestions as well as all of your travel information. Fantastic experience: Denise recently helped my husband plan the MOST amazing honeymoon in Antigua for us. We travel to the Caribbean quite often and I have never had a better experience! From the beginning to very end of our trip, every detail was carefully thought about (including time to get through customs) and also special attention from the staff at the resort due to Denise’s requests. My husband was able to pull off a surprise honeymoon destination without worry, because of Denise’s attention to detail and expertise when it comes to fabulous and comfortable travel. Our accommodations helped us fully relax and sink into the “Antigua time” motto from Day 1. She is a wealth of knowledge and has great response times. If you have any upcoming travel needs, by all means do yourself a HUGE favor and let Denise help you with all of your needs to make it the trip of a lifetime. We will most certainly be calling her again for another anniversary trip in the near future ! 10/10 recommend!

We recently returned home from our 4th vacation that Classic Travel Connection sent us on and once again we had the time of our lives! About a month away from our departure on this last trip, we decided that based on some recent concerning news that we wanted to change our destination. When I called Christen at Classic Travel to let her know our concerns she got on the ball and worked so hard for us and rerouted us to another amazing destination where we felt we could be care free. And it surely was! We had the very best time at this beautiful location. Christen Perry and Leah Jacobs have gone to bat for us on every trip and always go above and beyond to make your trip the best experience possible. I tend to get a little anxious when it comes time to travel with our family of 6 and every time this team takes care of every worry I have before and during travel. They answer my endless list of questions and always assure me that they will take really good care of our family. And they do! This last trip we had some flight delays on the way home which caused a missed connecting flight and these girls were up early in the morning working tirelessly to make necessary changes to get us all home that day without us having to worry about one single detail. This is the kind of customer service that keeps us coming back to Classic Travel every time. We already have another trip (25th Anniversary Trip) in the works coming up in 2 months that Christen has been working so hard on for us to make it extra special. I have every confidence that it will be just that. Classic Travel has one outstanding travel team and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Having spent the past 25 years growing our marriage and a beautiful family, we had a lot to celebrate. Our days are full from running a business, raising 12 children and managing a bustling home. We were ready to celebrate and knew just who to turn to for the best possible experience. The ladies at Classic Travel Connection listened to our desires and dreams and built the perfect get-away for us to Sugar Beach on the beautiful island of St. Lucia. The resort was truly paradise. We had a private butler who attended to our every wish. The staff was kind and helpful in every way. We stayed in a luxury villa with a private pool and beautiful view of the ocean and pitons. The resort offers restaurants with exceptional food, a spa that was out of this world, a gorgeous pool, huts on the beach, a work out facility, and several activities such as snorkeling, paddle boards, and boating excursions. We will definitely plan to return to Sugar Beach sometime. We have trusted CTC with our family’s vacations for years and I highly recommend them to others. Fantastic experience: The best travel agents around! Classic Travel Connection facilitated an incredible experience for my wife and I on our honeymoon. Leah, Christen, and their team provide a great quality service. They were always available to answer questions before and during our trip. Negative experience: I had really high hopes coming here based on the reviews. After calling and setting up an appointment, Christen Perry and I sat in her office for over an hour discussing location, activities and requirements, she said she'd get back to me within a day or 2 with an itinerary to review. I never heard anything.

Fantastic experience: Leah planned us a great honeymoon! There was a problem with the hotel reservations when we arrived that didn’t appear to be Classic’s fault. The hotel wouldn’t let us in our room so I called Leah in a little bit of a panic. She answered right away (it was 5:30am on a Monday morning where she was) and had the problem fixed in about two hours. The rest of the trip was a lot of fun and I appreciated Leah’s customer service. I recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Susan made sure our Disney trip was nothing less than perfect! She was always available whenever I had a question or needed help. She helped us choose restaurants and fast passes that would be perfect for us and helped me make those reservations! She went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect vacation and first trip to Disney. I would recommend her to anyone and my family will go to her each and every time!

Fantastic experience: Just finished another fun and smooth vacation planned by Classic Travel Connection. Moms and sons senior grad trip to Jamaica. Cristen and Leah did a fantastic job making recommendations on location and various resort comparisons. We were looking for something “adult” since the guys are 18, but not ONLY adult (I.e. some fun activities daily and entertainment options like disco, multiple bars/lounges and casino). We chose the Grand Rose Hall resort in Montego Bay. They explained that Ochos Rios and Negril were probably prettier, but MoBay meant we didn’t have to do a long shuttle ride after landing in Jamaica. Also, we opted for the upper tier for the Moms comfort and it gave the boys access to three resorts, but I must commend Christen because she told us she thought the Suites (one tier down would be plenty entertainment and options for the boys) and did not try to upsell us. She was very knowledgeable about the various resort amenities and comforts. Long story, short— CTC went to great levels to explain all of our options and the differences and make sure we had the vacation we all hoped for. Can’t wait to book again with them!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I used Classic Travel Connection to book our honeymoon to the Sandals South Coast resort in Jamaica and I would wholeheartedly recommend CTC to anyone planning a vacation. I simply told Christen where we wanted to go and the dates of travel and she took care of everything. The flights were well connected with properly-timed layovers.
