Negative experience: In June 2021, I was notified by NCL that our cruise was canceled & they would credit us back our money. Because we used NCL credits from a booking in March of 2020 (when everything shut down due to COVID) I had to go through the travel agent I used for the March NCL cruise. I went through Last Minute Travel. After 24 hours of searching, I found a lady that was able to help me through Tourico Holidays. I had 5 cabins for my children and myself. We determined the total cost was $13166.28 to be credited back to me. I received many different transactions totally a credit of $10298.58. Since Aug 2nd I have been calling & researching all related travel agencies. The numbers are all not in service. I sent emails and message but no response. I still have not received the balance of $2,867.70, NCL has refunded all cabins. Now I am seeking a Lawyer.
Negative experience: I had hotel Las Vegas reservations to cancel due to covid-19...I spoke on March 23rd and was told my reservations were canceled...but when I got the bill...my card was not credited $85.47 and hasn't been till this day(12-15-2020...I try calling Tourico directly and was hung up while waiting for the billing dept. Very rude and disgusting...still no refund of $85.47. Pure BS!
Fantastic experience: Great Pricing on hotels
Negative experience: ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN TRAVEL! They double charged me for the room and then I have had to call them over 30 times for the refund. It has been a month and I am still waiting on the refund from the mistake they made in double charging me. Every time I spoke with them they insisted it must be an error on my end and I should keep waiting and a refund. It wasnt until I threatened to charhe it back as fraud that they said they would refund. I am still waiting.....
Negative experience: If i can give them negative stars i would. This place is a scam. Last minute booking exists for a reason: for last minute bookings! They clearly couldn’t handle it as the reservations department of the hotel I booked hadn’t received my booking confirmation for over 2 hours. After calling them to complain they proceeded to tell me that it might take over another hour or two to reach their reservations department and even then the booking I made through tourico wouldn’t be guaranteed. These people need to go out of business, they are trash.
Negative experience: Gouged me. My flight was cancelled. American Airlines connected me with TOURICO to get a hotel. Rep said it was 4 star, charged me $120. Got to the hotel, not a 4 star. Got on hotel website, its $70 a night. Kid on phone said TOURICO isnt a price matching company. What? Emailed American Airlines to reconsider doing business with such poorly rated company. Reputation matters. Florida attorney general is next. Overkill? Yep. Hope the $50 was worth it.

Negative experience: I'd I could give 0 stars I would. Booked our hotel. Got there and they didn't have anything for us. Nothing from tourico. Called several times and got nothing. Was hung up on after 45 mins on hold. They charged my card and we will be getting our money back. Plus they booked us for 2 King beds and the hotel doesn't even offer that. We were tired and done traveling with our 6 kids and ended up just staying where ever we could. I am furious.
Negative experience: Horrible company. We booked a hotel through them. They charged our card. Two weeks later coming home - our hotel called to tell us touricos card was declined for insufficient funds. The hotel charged our card and hassled us. They eventually got it straightened out but the last thing I want to do on the way home from vacation is worry about getting double charged for something I thought was taken care of.
Negative experience: Booked a hotel in Vegas in February for a June trip found out the night before they canceled my reservation and stole my money call their phone number.... it puts you on hold with music playing and no one ever picks up they are thieves
Negative experience: Buyer beware. They cancel reservations the night before your trip and tell you "there's nothing we can do". I will never book through tourico holidays ever again. There's too many other great booking agencies out there to pick from.
Negative experience: I would give this place a -20. If you ever fly American Airlines and your flight gets delayed and the transfer or direct you to this place for hotel reservations don't! They over charge you for the room vs. what the actual room rate is. Call the hotel directly. When we called to make things right Samad hung up on me. When I called back and asked to talk to manager he said he was the manager. So I asked for his manager. He said that he can't cause they are not in and he is the only one available. So I confronted him about hanging up on me and he said it was not him. I then replied but you just said you were the only one in. Anyways, you won't get anywhere with this company. They are okay with taking advantage of people.
Negative experience: Booked under 'Lastminutetravel.co.uk'. They charged the wrong amount twice and then refunded me less than either of the charged higher amounts. The customer service said it was my bank's fault because of the exchange rate so basically there is nothing I can do. Misleading and unhelpful. My receipt says one thing and they are welcome to charge me what ever they want! Ridiculous and should be clearer. Clearly didn't care at all about their customers and will not boom with them nor reccomend to anyone. SCAM.
Negative experience: Shady business hide extra fees you get charged at Hotel - These extra fees are never mentioned BEFORE you purchase. Had to dispute charges. Unethical company.

Negative experience: These people are acting absolutely illegally. They are the "Middle Man" in travel industry. They do NOT have ANY connections with hotels, they are just re-booking rooms from websites , they are using your financial information that you didn't even know you provided to them. Be aware and do NOT deal with these dishonest people. They are Swindlers!!!!

Negative experience: I booked a hotel room via last minute travel which utilized this company as a third party booking agent. They charged me twice for the same room though I only got one email confirmation. Seem to be a scam in that no one has the authority to provide a refund and all correspondence goes to outsourced customer support in India without ability to refund. The hotel said they got the second reservation and immediately had it cancelled via the agent although they still charged my card. Still trying to recover my money.
Negative experience: If I could give less than one star I would. I accidentally booked a hotel room using my Aadvantage points one day after I needed the room and I first called tourico to fix the problem, they said that the couldn’t help me and to try the hotel. So I called the hotel and they said not problem that they have availability and just to call back to tourico and have a manager switch the times. So I called back and spoke to Seth, sho informed me that this was impossible and that the first person who referred me to the hotel was incorrect. I asked to speak to a manager and her informed me that they are all managers, so I asked to speak to his manger and her informed me that this would not be possible. So here I am, with the hotel unable to help because technically they paid for me and apparently all of the employees at tourico are managers. So good luck if you run into a simple clerical error. Though they were polite, their inability to help with even a simple task makes them absolutely a disgrace to the Aadvantage program and to anyone who expects even a little bit of customer service. If you are telling me that in 2018 there is not a way for a manager to hangs a simply date when all parties agree, you must think I am a fool. I will be telling everyone I know about this incident and it has permanently changed the way that View Aadvantage

Negative experience: Booked Hollywood Beach Resort thru Tourico Holidays. Got off our cruise in morning and went straight to the hotel. Ended up downstairs with lots of heavy luggage. My wife is handicapped. Security wouldn't let me use the luggage cart until I checked in so left my wife downstairs with luggage. Went to check in counter and waited a full 15-minutes for check in clerk to get off the phone. He wouldn't check me in because if was too early. Went back down stairs to get luggage and store it. I took me 20-minutes waiting on the one slow operable elevator than was jammed pack with people. This hotel has 400 rooms and four elevators of which one rickety elevator that worked. (I wondered what the fire marshal would have said about that!) Overall you could see this hotel had lots of deferred maintenance. It finally dawned on me that this hotel was not going work for us particularly with my wife's condition. I could have seen us trying to catch a shuttle to the airport on time the next morning. It wasn't going to happen. I demanded a refund and eventually received it. In the meantime I had to scramble and book another hotel and pay another cab ride to the new hotel. I am now out $108.00. I asked to be compensated but was brushed off by the Tour company. I would not recommend this hotel or doing business with Tourico Holidays to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I didn't receive my e-tickets and had to call the help line, one transfer to the correct department and I confirmed my details and they sent the tickets while I was on the phone. I was scared when I read the reviews. I purchased my tickets through my "Perks at Work" - tickets in hand! Thank you Pablo.

Fantastic experience: I work for an OTA (Online Travel Agency), Tourico is one of the better bed bank vendors that we use. I see a lot of anecdotal complaints here as you get with many 3rd party vendors but as an industry professional Tourico is typically excellent. 1 colleague had a nightmare situation with them out of thousands of bookings but they typically have terrific customer service and offer exceptional rates on their directly contracted hotels (they buy out rooms at discount and can offer exclusive rates which most bed banks like Expedia cant do)(the other players just pull from the hotels current inventory so Tourico takes a calculated risk which gives them a pricing edge on these exclusive deal properties). Inventory could be bigger tho... Consumers will only report negative reviews on them because they are a B2B company and the consumer will have no idea who or how Tourico managed their booking in the booking process because as far as they understand it was with their travel agent or travel agency. Only until something arises and they find out who they are will they give a negative review fyi
Negative experience: They shouldn't even still be running a business! They scammed me $1000 and now I have to file a police report for fraud!

Negative experience: Horrible company, I would give no star if I could. We booked a room through Verizon in Caeser Place in Vegas and apparantly Verizon works with company. We booked a clean non smoking room, and what they gave us was a disgusting room with broken furniture and smelling smoky. We tried to checked the room but they said you have upgrade the room in your own expense. So we checked early and it's been a week that we are trying to getting our money back and just keeping us on hold and sending to different departments. The funniest part is they haven't recorded our check time. By the time that they say I had checked , I was in LA. Don't put your money in trash with company and destroy your vacation.
Fantastic experience: Booked a stay for 5 nights and it went through. I was a bit afraid due to the bad comments but everything went smoothly and was paid for.

Fantastic experience: Not sure if the company cleaned up their act or if we were just lucky, We stayed at a resort in Tucson booked through AA and Tourico was the third party vendor that procured the reservations. The particular resort we stayed at charges a $25.00 daily resort charge payable upon arrival even if you prepaid for your actual room. We were advised that because we booked through Tourico their would be no resort charge assessed. The room was prepaid as promised...no resort charge...and we upgraded to a mountain view room. We couldn't be more pleased. And, my wife and I own our own company; we are not employees of Tourico.

Negative experience: This is the worst company I've some across in my life. How is this company still in business nothing but negative reviews also, everywhere. Every time you call them you are on hold at least 20 minutes and sometimes they hang up on you. They also will hold your money for along as possible when you are supposed to get a refund. This company needs to be investigated as soon as possible. A lot of angry customers!
Negative experience: I made my reservations through the company that I work for, American Airlines, and they are now using Turico. Shame on my company for using this worthless company. My reservations were made weeks in advance and of course Turico processed my funds that day to pay for this Hotel reservation. When I checked in today I was told "the credit card on file was declined" in front of other customers. 20-30 min later I had to call a representative at Turico and finally he was able to work out the issue. I didn't prepay to check in and be told that the credit card (Turico's credit card) on file was declined. And the arrogance of the Turico's employees including the supervisor that I demanded to talk to, at least 5-8 times was the last straw. I will never use this company again because of their customer service and the fact that their credit cards are being declined! My recommendation is to stay away !
Negative experience: I booked through Priceline and they used this company. We were suppose to get a 3-4 star hotel room, instead we got a room I would consider less than a 1 star. When we complained to the staff at Westgate Branson Woods Resort And Cabins, we were told you get what you pay for. This was not listed as a timeshare property. I would have never booked it if I had known that information they forgot to include. Priceline has informed us that there will be no refund from Turico. From the other reviews, I am not surprised.

Negative experience: NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY- Have been dealing with this company for 4 months trying to get a refund. This company was used by my Timeshare to book a hotel reservation. The hotel was a DUMP and we decided not to stay there. The hotel has authorized the refund and my Timeshare has tried on numerous occasions to get them to refund the money. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. THEY ARE ONLY IN THIS FOR THE MONEY. They say that a refund should have been requested within 45 days and do not acknowledge that we have been working on it for way over that many days.
Negative experience: Our family booked reservations for our summer holiday with a time share organization that used Tourico as the intermediary. When we arrived at the booked hotel, it was dirty, old, and not acceptable. We have been trying to get our money refunded. Both the time share organization and the hotel involved have OK'd our money being reimbursed, but not Tourico. They stall, and stall, and make up absurd reasons why they won't give us our money. We will never deal with this organization again. They are keeping our money that even their own vendors agree should be returned to us. What is wrong with these people?
Negative experience: Easy to make a reservation and never had issues with the reservation but watch out if you have to make a change because it is impossible to get a refund even if reservation does not have restrictions. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 nights for 5 months. In the beginning they were quick to respond to my inquiries but now they will not respond to phone calls or emails.
Negative experience: Really not a fan. Not the best service.
