Negative experience: Realmente ah decaído la compañía , pague 220 dólares para ir para Houston desde homestead , y tener los beneficios del bus o sea baño y el cargador de celular y resulta que el asiento donde me tocó no funciona donde se carga el celular y los demás asientos si , le pedí que me cambiaran y me dijeron rotundamente que cargara en otro mientras no había nadie o sea y después que haya alguien me quedo sin batería y no puedo cargar mi teléfono , que mal todo y el baño ni papel ahí , deberían de cumplir con lo que dicen , porque todo el que paga tiene derecho a las comodidades que supuestamente ellos te ofrecen y bien caro que están los pasajes

Negative experience: The bus from Miami to Houston arrived an hour late without notice or updates. It supposedly arrived 5 hours late than scheduled at the destination with no weather implications whatsoever that made me miss my connecting bus from Houston to Dallas. Service was okay but needs more customer driven. 5 hour delay is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. The routes also need to be well planned. Would use this service only as a last resort. I gave a star since I reached by destination alive

Fantastic experience: The bus ride was wonderful and the staff and drivers were excellent ! What I did notice is that when they assign you a seat that means nothing but you do get a real nice bus ride where ever they put you ! Some of the electrical outlets throughout the bus do not work at all ! The bus needs (cleaning) on the electrical outlets and on the stand behind the seats and a few seats are badly stained ! The toliet is not flushed with water so if some real nasty person goes in watch out ! Other then that everything was great !
