Fantastic experience: We needed a notary that could provide witnesses and a miscommunication sent us to the Carlisle branch. They were unable to help but offered other solutions. We called the main customer service line who reached out to another branch with no luck. Half an hour later the customer service person (I'm sorry I did not get her name) who had continued to call other branches called back and gave us a location that would take care of what we needed. We never expected AAA folks to continue working our issue after it appeared settled. Thank you to all for your diligence . If I never need help from AAA again I'll still keep up our membership and highly recommend them to everybody.

Fantastic experience: My wife passed recently and I needed to transfer 3 titles to only my name. I walked in and talked to Sarah and she expressed her condolences. She then proceeded to do the paperwork for all three titles in a small amount of time. She also took care of my late wife's membership. Due to my membership the cost was next to nothing. I left there completely satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the lady who took care of all my problems.

Fantastic experience: We bought a motorhome out of state. The dealer sent incomplete paperwork to the wrong state agency where it sat for 90 days. The entire mess was returned to us. With the help of her manager and several co-workers, McKenzie Young helped us sort the mess out. Thanks McKenzie and the entire staff.

Negative experience: I called the local office and received the automated voice response asking for an extension or name of a person. I do not have that information so the voice response system is a failure. There needs to be an option to get customer assistance without knowing who works there. This is not customer friendly.

Negative experience: Telephoned to update credit card info for auto renewal. On hold for over 10 minutes, this after unsuccessful attempts to use their online option. POOR service.

Fantastic experience: Got my registration done there. Very helpful!

Positive experience: So sad to find out that the Bonus Book has stopped publishing its yearly coupon savings publication. It ended apparently around 2020. I had been getting it for over 20 yrs.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE customer service! I’ve been on hold for over 25 minutes. I hope Roadside assistance is better! My membership may not be renewed again after this experience.

Positive experience: FRIENDLY STAFF the woman at the front desk was fantastic …. First membership, then maps, and lastly to be set up with a travel agent to look at vacation plans. The ONLY reason for a 4-star rating was that the Carlisle office closes at 2pm.

The patience and kindness they show here, not to mention professionalism, makes it a pleasant place to do business. Will definitely be back!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a AAA member since the 80's and I've moved around the US a lot. Carlisle Pa, specifically Jerry's Towing, are the best I've ever dealt with - hands down. AAA is the best gift I've ever given myself!!!

Negative experience: Probably my only 1 star review so far. Very unpleasant customer service. I came in for tag and titling service. Was quoted a price 150% above market rate. Called another nearby provider and they said it would cost substantially less. Apologized to the attendant and thanked her for her time. She tossed my drivers license and documentation at me without saying a word. Never experienced something like this before (not in US at least).
