Negative experience: Najgorsza firma w US. Trzymajcie się jak najdalej od nich. Pączki morskie płyną do 3 miesięcy. Rozpieprzone a pieniędzy nie chcą zwrócić!!!!!
Dziekujemy za czas poswiecony na wpis, ale dla porzadku musimy nadmienic, ze wysylal pan swoja przesylke w biurze przy 4747 N Harlem a nie w tym, do ktorego dolaczona jest pana wypowiedz oraz, ze paczka zostala nadana 6 tygodni temu, a nie 3 miesiace temu, w ostatnim dniu ostatniego terminu paczek morskich na Wielkanoc. I choc robimy wszystko, zeby przesylki naszych klientow docieraly terminowo, nie mamy wplywu na sytuacje w portach europejskich czy ewentulane zmiany tras statkow. Dodatkowo, nie otrzymalismy od Pana zadnych prosb o zwrot/refund w zwiazku z ktorakolwiek z 3 przesylek, ktore wyslal pan w naszym biurze w ciagu ostatnich 10 lat, przed wyslaniem tej ostatniej. Jestesmy pewni, ze paczka morska, ktora nadal pan w naszym biurze dotrze do Polski na Wielkanoc -dlatego uzupelnimy te informacje jak tylko dostaniemy potwierdzenie dostarczenia przesylki do adresata. While we appreciate the feedback, we need to point out that your review is related to a different location than one you shipped your package from. Furthermore, it has been 6 weeks (not 3 months) since you shipped your package (per our records) at 4747 N Harlem and while we want our packages to get to their destination quickly, we have to power over any delays due to situation in European ports and/or route changes. We are confident you package will get to Poland by Easter, as you shipped it on the final date we scheduled for Easter Sea packages. Also, we are not aware of any request for refunds related to any of your packages in the past (per our records you have shipped 3 packages with us over the past 10 years, prior to sending this recent package.) We will update this information as soon as we have a confirmation that your package was delivered. Have a great day.

Negative experience: Po usłyszeniu reklamy w sprawie promocyjnej ceny na bilet do Polski od razu zadzwoniłem do Polamer .Okazało się że wszystkie bilety już są wyprzedane po co w ogóle ogłaszać i marnować czas ludzi. Pierwszy dzień reklamy i od razu wszystkie terminy wyprzedane .
Przykro nam, ze nie byl pan w stanie znaleźć biletu na wybrany termin - ale jako biuro podróży jesteśmy ograniczeni dostępnością taryfy linii lotniczych - nasi agenci zawsze starają się o jak najlepsze ceny i polączenia. Dlatego w każdej reklamie mówimy o tym, że cena zawsze zależy od terminu podróży i dostępności taryfy.
