Negative experience: We had a flat tire. We have waited over two hours now. This is our first time with AAA and we are not impressed. Wont spend the money again.

Negative experience: Are car was to totalled and the procedure payment is unbelievable. We have to go through needles step to our refund--not sure why we need power of attorney? As soon as we get our payment we will be looking for another insurance company.

She has been such a blessing in this whole process as there is much to learn with booking cruises! We are so thankful for her insights and assistance! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend having AAA for auto, home and travel. kristie and all the staff were outstanding. Very friendly and helpful with getting auto and homeowners insurance. And with past travel information. They have the best rates for insurance for AAA members. We literally saved thousands on our auto!!! We use to have Allstate and they were good for years but their rates went sky high. We switched and saved $2,000 for 6 months of car insurance on 4 vehicles with AAA. Saved huge on our home owners also, roughly 1,000 less a year. So very glad we switched to AAA!

Negative experience: Exceptionally horrible service with AAA representatives on Monday 1/23/23 for my handicap daughter. When she called for roadside asst she was told someone would be out to help her at 3:30 pm to asst her car lockout.She was in a target parking lot in Elk River,Mn.Her phone and keys and purse locked in her car. Waited outside 4 hrs no service from AAA

Positive experience: Helped me more than once when I needed a tow, my son locked the keys in the car, or I ended up with a flat and no spare. Worth the money in the long run.

Fantastic experience: I love AAA, member since 1974. My parents were members many years before myself. Today I stopped by and had a wonderful chat with Julie F. My husband and I use Allianz Ins. provided by AAA when we travel International, or cruise. As we have seen countless times a person on a cruise in the middle of the ocean needs to be air lifted to seek medical care. Or in a foreign country, Mexico or Canada included to be airlifted to the USA for better medical care. Julie also provided me with info, and she kindly sent me a link by e-mail for ease in obtaining an AAA Cashback Visa Signature Card. No foreign transaction fees, and many additional benefits. Thank you Julie and all AAA representatives for all your hard work. And my husband and I appreciate AAA'S membership many benefits - flat tires, battery dying, jump-starts, vehicle lock-outs, towing, roadside service, etc rescues. And free passport photos, trip tiks. AAA booked our first cruise. We have nothing but praise for AAA.

Negative experience: I needed a tow late at night (10pm) out in the country. First it took hours (12:15am) to get told that the towing services that are contracted for the area I was broke down at would not come until 7am. It was 20 degrees outside in Minnesota on. country roadside without any open business for more than ten miles away. So I ended up calling a tow truck myself and paid $100 out of pocket. Next I decided to restart my membership and picked the plus because you can get towed up to 100 miles but when I called to get a tow the operator told me after waiting for at least an hour on hold for an operator to tell me that I have to wait 3 business days to use my new membership or pay and extra $50.00. Well I just spent $109.00 on a plus membership and the original tow would have costed me $99.00. So I told her it was unacceptable and to cancel my membership and reimburse my card the$109.00 and I would just pay for my tow. So she put me on hold and supposedly transferring me but I’m waiting on hold for over an hour and the system says my wait is 45 minutes. Well extremely poor customer service and the online site doesn’t work properly because my mobile app and online website tell me that it can’t access my information. So we are stuck on hold to get bad or no service. I will never use or pay for AAA again.

Negative experience: I cannot speak about the St Cloud location, just about Minneapolis. I'm handicap and thought AAA would be a perfect fit if I had trouble, but on Christmas Eve I went into the ditch and I called AAA several times because I sat there from just before 10 am to about 4:09 pm when I was pulled out, and it was an officer who got me pulled out, and the company that pulled me out didn't except AAA so I had to spend every penny I had to get pulled out. I called AAA to send out papers to me so I could be reimbursed for that tow, but I had to call a second time and they reassured me it had been sent just allow some more time, here I sit still with no reimbursement, and still no paper, and im about 3 weeks in, and im only allowed 60 days to get it in. I'm really not impressed with the service, and at this time I would not suggest there service to anyone. I would go through your insurance company, because you pay out of pocket first anyway, and maybe you could get service faster.

Negative experience: Poor Service. The first time they made us wait over 4 hours for roadside assistance in negative 0 and the 2nd time I needed a tow they AAA roadside assistance made us wait over 3 hours to cancel and find someone else for another 2.5 hour wait expecting us to get it towed past midnight with kids on a school night. Not to mention over 2 hours on the phone and being hung up on multiple times. AAA has the worse service I have ever experienced.
