Fantastic experience: A lovely little operation. I selected them because they were nearby and when I called, I was given good pricing for the travel I wanted. This was my first time working with a travel agency and both people I interacted with were wonderful. The company gave such a personal touch to making sure everything was in order and I was at ease. It was only after viewing their website that I realized I wasnt even going to an area they specialize in, so I can only imagine the added ease of travel it would have been if I was. I do recommend this place, especially if you want to support local businesses.

Fantastic experience: Booked an international trip with multiple flights. Wanted to add another passenger and was able to book the exact same flights through Skypath. This would have been impossible to book on my own. Other travel agency's that I called refused to even take the booking.

Fantastic experience: The two of us had a complicated trip, and OTAs like Travelocity were giving very high prices. We thought about doing separate one way trips ourselves, but then delegated that opportunity to Skypath Travel. Bittu did an outstanding job! She didn't bring us 10 alternatives, but honed in on the very best, both for scheduling and price. It's nice to have someone in our metropolitan area who is such a good travel agent. But even if I lived in another state I would use her. We will definitely use her again!

Negative experience: This agency was a huge disappointment. Bittu Madani got my info (I was planning trips to Barbados and Paris), and brushed me off by sending me incomplete information with astronomical numbers for both trips and when I pushed back, she just ghosted me. I followed up several times but didn't get any response. Extremely unprofessional; I would give 0 stars if possible.

Fantastic experience: SkyPath Travel gives outstanding personalized customer service. These days, one can simply go online and book travel. But when I have international travel or multiple destinations, I always go back to SkyPath.

Positive experience: Bittu Madani was an incredible resource for me when i had to urgently travel to India and had a few complicated travel requests. This was in the height of summer making it nearly impossible to get good tickets. Bittu came through and I am very grateful.

Negative experience: Not responsive. Doesn't follow up or return calls. Poor service!

Fantastic experience: The experience working with Bittu is really great. The airline suddenly changed the itinerary and Bittu called right away to mitigate the situation. This for the return trip with half the trip already over. That's customer service!

Fantastic experience: My wife, daughter & I were travelling to India (From Portland, OR) on Dec 10th 2022. Unfortunately, due to British Airways (BA) delays in Seattle, we missed the connecting flights in London. BA is so useless, they did not have any Customer Service anymore in London and told us to check online for the assigned flight. The next available flight was 8 days later and we would be stuck in London for 8 days. We had a family wedding to attend in 2 days. That's when I called Bittu from London. She jumped on the call, used her magic, and helped us get out of London and reach India and be part of the wedding festivities. Positive experience: Bittu was so helpful in responding to my questions in planning my first flight to India from Canada on my own, since going there previously only as a young person. She helped with navigating the choice of flight path and finding me the most economical price, and helped make me feel less anxious about travelling in post-pandemic times. One thing we were both unaware of at the start was that Canada was suspended from the rapid e-Visa service (which normally takes 3-5 days) and required sending my passport through a third party (BLS). It all worked out , but this is just a note to any Canadians: Bittu will help you get a great ticket price in advance, but you should factor in the visa processing time, until we hopefully get back on e-Visa!
