Negative experience: This office used to have the best staff. The service started going down a couple years ago. Now I heard this office is closed But all calls go to this guy by the name of Joe. I don’t even know why Joe picks the phone up because he is no use. That’s all I have to say. Take your business somewhere else

Negative experience: Can't get anyone on the phone and closed on Saturday, what a joke
Negative experience: This is the far worst insurance experience I have ever had. The fluid rates is one issue, the mismanagement in the hands of a rude agent is another. The customer care service is just unbelievably poor. To make matters worse, they never keep their word-- they say one thing and do another and the follow up process is a complete nightmare, all they keep doing to taking you in circles until you just give up. I have had issues with transparency on almost three instances now. I would never recommend AAA. They entice customers with low and attractive rates at the inception but after the first year of service-- it is a complete nightmare.
Negative experience: First things first, i have done everything they told me to do yet, they don’t call back and update nor tell me anything. WORST COMPANY EVER. I have been trying to get things done forever yet they keeps saying the same thing and its SUPER frustrating. No email back from DRONE EARNEST, dont know what else he wants. I have send photos and filled out the form and everything. YET no email back no nothing. This company doesnt seem to want get things done.

THE MANAGER’S ATTITUDE IS THE SAME AND JUST SWEEPS THE PROBLEM UNDER THE CARPET. JON, CHERIE AND DURAINE OR JERMAINE WHATEVER HIS NAME IS SPELLED! UNPROFESSIONAL, FLAKES, DUMBELLS WHO LIKES TO PLAY DUMB. I SUGGEST BRING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE BESIDES THIS OFFICE. NEVER HAD I EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND CHILDISH BEHAVIOR IN A PROFESSIONAL AND REPUTABLE INSURANCE COMPANY IN MY WHOLE LIFE. DANIEL TURK WHO IS THE MANAGER WILL NOT CONSIDER A CUSTOMER’S COMPLAINT AND JUST OBLITERATE THE SITUATION AND JUST DONT CARE TO SHOW ANY REMORSE OR CONSIDERATION OF MY COMPLAINT AND HIS AGENTS’ BEHAVIORS. Negative experience: Horrible service. Been with aaa for 14 years. No insurance agents reply to emails or answer phones. How am I supposed to take care of multiple policies and roadside assistance when I cannot get ahold of anyone?? The worst service we’ve ever had. This location is lazy and horrible! Can’t count on them for anything
Negative experience: How to use AAA three times this year all three times they recommended me to a shop that is totally scammed me out of thousands of dollars in repairs that I didn't need at all and only one out of the three times was it actually fixed... what I mean by that is is that it broke down within a thousand miles after it got out of the shop with the exact same reason but yet the shop would always find a way to get out of the warranty
Fantastic experience: helped me in less than 10 minutes over the phone
Negative experience: TSA precheck I spent to time to register for my TSA precheck appointment as I had to leave work for this appointment. On the website it said that people with appointments will be given priority. This was NOT the case. First come first served. My appointment was 11:10. I was not seen untold 11:40. Zero priority and I’m a AAA member.
Negative experience: They are the worst!! Just AAA texas in general not specifically this office. Why dont yall just say we dont have anyone to help you tonight instead of just keeping to push the time back further and further? Be honest about your resources!! My original time was 6:21 now its 11:14p it will probably be tomorrow before I get assistance if I wait on y’all ♀️ i would have called a different service this is ridiculous yall completely waste peoples time. It just keeps getting pushed back an hour every hour on the hour. I have screenshots. If you were honest I would have just found a different service. I have been with y’all 5 years but I will be finding new insurance cancelling my membership and recommending others find someone else!

Negative experience: My father is a loyal AAA customer for decades now and he had to wait on a busy intersection for over an hour for service! Unacceptable, my father is 80 years old and companying him was my mother (75 years old). I am making arrangements to have them switch to Statefarm. As I arrive to the scene, I placed a call and the representative informed me that service will begin in 30-35 mins. My father even received a text message that “we are on the way” but that 30-35 mins passed. Thank initial call by my father took place at approximately 2:45 pm. It is now 4:18 pm and still no sign of a tow truck
Positive experience: I got my passport photo taken here. I did not like that the lady was trying to upsell me on other AAA products while taking my picture.
Negative experience: I would like someone to answer the phone when I call, I don't leave call back messages and I don't talk to robots

Fantastic experience: The travel agent Amy Hockwalt has been FANTASTIC! I can not say enough great things about her. She gave me so many options about hotels so I felt confident choosing the best one for my vacation. I ended up having to cancel my trip, she made it so easy to cancel- hassle free. I will 100% be using her everytime we plan a trip!

Fantastic experience: I called ahead to make sure I could still come in to apply for my IDP since we are in a pandemic and the woman with whom I spoke (I believe her name was Jill) was incredibly nice and very helpful. I came in a few hours later pleased to see they had many signs up to ensure people had their masks on correctly, hand sanitizer dispensers, and plexiglass to protect the people in the office as well as customers. The staff was incredibly helpful and really friendly with a very welcoming environment. I have used AAA many times in the past when I had some serious car issues and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. I am especially grateful for Jill for her help and all of her coworkers for being just as supportive to make the entire experience a breeze. I just couldn't help but to write this review as a very big thank you to the staff.
Negative experience: I tried to update my credit card for payment here today. Had mask on but not covering my nose due to medical issues. Im not supposed to wear it at all, but I do to keep brown shirts away. Woman would not allow me to take care of business even though governor orders allows people with medical conditions not to wear masks. Just a warning to others that this place does not follow governors orders for those with disabilities that bring medical conditions.
Negative experience: Just very disappointing.I purchased an auto and home policy and after 2 weeks the rates kept changing everyday. They said my mileage went up but I work at home. Anyways I paid another amount after paying the yearly amount. Then they sent me another bill without explanation. I called the customer service people and they were very rude and not helpful. I ended up just cancelling my policy and they didn’t ask why or care at all. No wonder all the firms are beating them out of the market. After my home insurance is up I will switch to Geico just like I switched to Geico auto today.

Negative experience: The notary at this location is not knowledgeable of her job at all. I have been a member of AAA for many years and have NEVER had a problem before. I had to renew a form for my daughter to get her military ID renewed in California, something that I have done 7 times so far with AAA and today she refused to notarize the form. *SAME form for the last 7 years! Talk about not knowing your job. SUPER bad service and very RUDE. I went directly to the USPS and had no problem getting the form notarized! DON'T KNOW WHY I HAVE AAA ANYMORE ♀️
Negative experience: I use to think AAA was GREAT! I still use them. They let me down 2 times. One they towed my MOBILE RV. Then dropped it in the street illegally parked. Instead of giving me an option the tow truck driver left it. I had someone waiting to show where to put it to be worked on so I could get it legal and a tune up. I had recently purchased it. Well an officer came an towed it. I called before hand more than once trying to relocate the RV. AAA refused. The paperwork is in the RV including the bill of sale and original title. They won't even give me my tags,the VIN number or anything to locate it. It just needed a simple tune up. I took a loan out and am still paying for the RV missing because of AAA neglagence. If they couldn't do the job then they should have never taken the job. Then another time I called for them broke down. They towed it to the wrecking yard. Said I would be reimbursed but never paid. It was not supose to go to the wrecking yard. Out of money. So they made some bad dicisions.
Fantastic experience: Joey A. was amazing and easy to talk too. To obtain all the information I needed to reassured about all discounts offered along with how gap coverage works. You go boy! Thanks again for your grace and time. To God be the glory for my first time new car purchase. AAA team is great and worth rocking with until the end of time for all your business needs.

Negative experience: I pay 150 dollars a year I thought passport photos were included. Went to Costco to get the 4.99 each
Negative experience: First, let me say, "I love AAA, the roadside assist programs are the best. However international travel is another story. We just completed an 18 day river cruise through central Europe and all I will say is "NEVER AGAIN", will I use AAA for international travel.
Negative experience: It has been almost 2 weeks since the accident where a AAA customer rear ended my vehicle. They have not even offered a rental our even told me what they plan on doing to fix or replace my truck since the frame is bent.
Negative experience: They seem to care more about what they think I want than what I say I want. I went in for travel research, looking for an escorted tour for me and my mom. I said we wanted Italy on the tour and I was looking to budget about $2500 and wanted to keep at or under about 10 days. I knew they have these options, but the agent treated me like I was expecting too much for the budget I’d set. Loni came home and priced on traflgar, with air and extras, an Italy trip for 7day under my initial budget!

Negative experience: They have it posted online that this office is open till 6pm, but upon arriving at 5pm the doors were closed. Hey, how about don't be closed when your website says your open.
