He found and booked everything for an amazing all inclusive trip for my 10th Anniversary with my wife, kept me well informed of all changes to our itinerary, scheduled two excursions for me and re-booked them after we changed our minds. Fantastic experience: Robert did a great job of setting everything up for us. Other than the delay in the airlines which couldn’t be avoided by Robert, everything was perfect. The ground transportation was on time. The tickets to the events were taken care of the flight to the other island was as scheduled. Hotel accommodations were excellent. It was a trip of a lifetime and we thank Robert for setting it up for us.

Negative experience: Working with Robert was nothing but a headache and a terrible experience. My husband and I booked him to take care of travel and resort stay arraignments for our family and friends that we were having come to Cancun for our wedding. We figured it would be easier to have a travel professional take care of all the details for us since wedding planning is already stressful and we had a group of 15 of people going out of country, boy were we wrong. Either he can't manage "larger groups" or he just didn't care. Robert was great to work with at first. When we inquired about his services he was extremely responsive and helpful. Not long after putting our deposit down on our resort stay his communication became very poor and extremely frustrating. It would usually take 6+ days to hear from him if you emailed or called him. When he got back to you there was literally an excuse every single time on why it took so long. Every single one of our wedding guests complained about how horrible their experience was with him and how terrible is communication was. There was a time where he lost a payment, family members kept calling me that they can't get ahold of him, I had to have a conversation with him prior to the departue date to make sure he will actually answer or call us back on our travel days and he got snippy with me and made an excuse that he sat on hold one day for 7 hours trying to solve a travel emergency, which is understandable for the traveling client. But as someone who works in the sales and event planning industry, I would NEVER take longer than 24 hours during the week day or 48 hours over the weekend to respond to a client. Plus his attitude gave me zero confidence. Then once we got down to Mexico and on the resort we had to meet with the DELTA VACATIONS rep (that's who Robert used to book the stay) and the rep didn't even know that we were down there for a wedding or as a group. He said if he would have known that he would have worked with the resort to get our rooms closer together and get us a honeymoon package. The only reason he even deserves 1 star instead of 0 is because we needed to change our date after booking due to the resort having an event during our original booked dates and it becoming fully booked so our wedding guests couldn't all come. He was able to get all those changes done. He was also able to cancel 1 room and move one of our guests into another person's room due to a breakup about 2 months before departure date. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Negative experience: If you want to plan your own vacation to Alaska (cruise) and then end up in Florida (Bahamas cruise we’ve already been to) because your travel agent misses deadlines and your cabins get sold to someone else… call Robert… he’ll get back to you within 4-7 days most of the time, if at all. Too many excuses! Never again. One star is being generous!

Positive experience: Hyatt zilara in Jamaica beautiful!! Had a couple issues pool water ice cold and very deep at the adult pool. It was very windy during our visit so we were unable to do catamarans offered by resort . Food all pretty decent less options than other all inclusive resorts I have visited . Booked adult side and had view and noise from Family pool. But a great ocean view . Attended a couple of weddings and they were beautiful!

Fantastic experience: Robert is amazing! He's planned 3 vacations for us now (one we couldn't take due to the 'rona) and will always book through him whenever possible! The peace of mind that a travel agent brings is worth every penny (nothing out of pocket, by the way... they get paid commissions from the places). One year, we were having a family emergency and needed to get home from Mexico as quickly as possible. He held on the phone with the airline for HOURS on New Year's Eve to get us the last available tickets home the next day. Only a travel agent will do that for you. If you give him an idea of where you want to go, what you want to do and your budget, he's right on it with a fully detailed proposal. We love working with Robert!!

Fantastic experience: Hi Robert! The trip to Cabo San Lucas was extremely organized and impressive. The resort itself was amazing. lots of great memories were made. All the arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) went as planned. Going to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas was probably the highlight. The food was very good. Overall, it was a great vacation and definitely one of the best. We are all happy we did it and I'd recommend it to anyone. It was a great way to celebrate 50 years for my sis birthday. Positive experience: Although Robert was professional and his communications with us was good. Our overall trip could have been better. Getting bump from flights and having to travel almost 200 miles to another airport was an inconvenience. Still waiting on that refund

Fantastic experience: I've worked with a couple of travel agents on multiple trips over the years. I finally found a travel agent that I will be sticking with for the long haul. I just returned from an international family vacation during COVID with a family member with only one lung who relies on a ventilator to sleep...yep you read that right. Robert kept us up to date on CDC guidelines, travel guidelines, and made sure that we would be very comfortable at our destination. The resort was outstanding (he even fought for us with an upgrade when our first resort booking went array). We enjoyed time on the beach, snorkeling, a private catamaran excursion, and parasailing. This might be the last trip my dad ever gets to take. Thank you for giving us all this experience together Robert! PS folks, I already have a group trip booked with Robert for October and am thinking about all the wonderful trips I want to take in between and in the future!
