Fantastic experience: Carrie is phenomenal. She planned our entire trip. I loved the detailed trip outline and easy to use app. During outer trip Carrie was responsive when we had any questions. We are going to book all of our trips with Carrie.

Fantastic experience: Carrie was fantastic! We weren’t sure where we wanted to go but after a conversation with Carrie she gave us some suggestions and we ended up booking a trip to St. Lucia. She took care of everything (flights, transfers, hotel, and excursions) and was always easy to get in touch with if I had a question. She has an app that is great. All of our documents and excursion info right on your phone. We had a delayed flight on our return and ended up landing after 1am. One of our bags didn’t make it and she had sent us a text to let us know before the airline notified us. If you are looking for a knowledgeable travel professional, look no further. You won’t be disappointed. We have already had a discussion with Carrie on where to go next year.

Fantastic experience: Carrie has worked with us a number of times over the last few years. She set up an amazing pre-Christmas trip to Ireland and really helped personalize each part of our vacation. Once you book with Carrie at Ooh La La travel you won't want to work with anyone else!

Negative experience: Carrie demands an upfront non-refundable $400, and belittles you when you call her out on it. If you don't like the itinerary she comes up with, or can't do it, or change your mind, YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. She pockets the money and laughs while she does it.

Fantastic experience: Carrie Durko, from Ooh La La Travel, helped our family plan our first all-inclusive and first international vacation. With a family of five, it's never easy to figure out the room situation and I didn't want to be in a situation where our family was split up and not guaranteed adjoining rooms. I called Carrie and she spent 30-60 minutes talking with me about what we were looking for as a family, what kinds of interests our kids have, where we were thinking about going, and what we thought our budget would be. We had been talking about going to the Caribbean so Carrie provided us with lots of options across multiple locations in the Caribbean and we narrowed them down and explored them to see what would best fit our family. Once we had decided, Carrie made all of the arrangements for us and made sure that we knew what needed to be done for our travel (to Punta Cana), suggested things to consider taking with us, managed our airport transportation to and from the resort, etc. Carrie used an app that was fantastic in that all of our travel documents were loaded and available to us via our phones. More than all of the 'expected' travel agent help, Carrie provided the best customer service. As our trip approached we had more and more questions and Carrie responded to us within 24 hours (even when she was on vacation with her own family!!!!). She couldn't have been more gracious in answering our questions which probably seemed silly to someone who travels more regularly. Carrie even sent us fresh fruit and chocolates to our resort room and then called to check in on us when we returned. I have recommended Carrie to multiple people since "meeting" her in early 2023 and will continue to do so. I hope we will have another opportunity to travel again and when we do I will be calling Carrie!!!

Fantastic experience: Carrie is a wonderful tour specialist and travel agent. Months in advance she guided us in the planning of our Caribbean cruise. Carrie provided us with updates and reminders when key dates were approaching and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She was prompt in answering all of our questions (even on the day we boarded the ship). Because of her knowledge of our cruise, the offered excursions and our cruise line we were able to pick the right stateroom, dinner times and excursions. This made the cruise that much more enjoyable. Carrie's on-board credit gift and "welcome aboard" treats was a wonderful surprise. This was our 1st experience with Carrie and will not be our last. She truly is an exceptional travel agent.

Fantastic experience: Carrie was great from start to finish planning our cruise to Alaska. She made sure to communicate regularly to make sure we had what we needed and were prepared for our long trip. Getting there, our flight was cancelled and she helped out tremendously to make sure we got to where we needed to go. Carrie also sent some sweet treats during our trip. Communication was easy and Carrie was knowledgeable. Would recommend if you're planning any future vacations.

If you are traveling to Europe, I would recommend having all your transfers and drivers booked by her ahead of time as that was super convenient and took the worry out of how we were getting from one place to another. The app that was provided had all of our travel documents in one place, no searching through emails, which was very organized, convenient and so easy to use. We actually had to call a number for one of our excursions and they were as helpful as they could have been. Overall, using Carrie for our trip made the vacation and traveling very easy and worry-free!

Fantastic experience: Carrie is AMAZING! She planned our family trip to Italy in 2020. Unfortunately, it was canceled due to COVID. Carrie was instrumental in helping us to retrieve our deposit through our travel insurance. Two years later, Carrie planned an even BIGGER and BETTER trip. She arranged a once in a lifetime trip for our family of 14. She took the time to meet with our family and listen to our desires. She devised an amazing itinerary for us and was able to meet each person's expectations. We settled for a week in an absolutely beautiful Tuscan villa. From there, Carrie planned private day trips including wineries, excursions and visits to breathtaking cities. Our personal tour guide and transportation service were not only punctual, but also TOP NOTCH. We were even treated to a chef on a few nights at the villa. We ventured to Rome and on to the breathtaking Amalfi Coast. Our hotels were beyond superior. We appreciated all of the suggested stops Carrie planned for us. Our tours were short and precise, just like we asked. Carrie arranged us free time, per our request. We ended our trip with a breathtaking private boat ride that allowed us to swim in the Mediterrrandean Sea and to take in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast. We DEFINITELY plan to use Carrie of OOH LA LA TRAVEL in the future. Our two-week trip to Italy was so intricately planned. It was great knowing that Carrie was there for us every step of the way! We cannot thank her enough for all of the time and effort she put into planning our ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND FLAWLESS TRIP!!!

Fantastic experience: We are a family of 14. Three generations and spouses. Age range 10yrs to 70. Grandkids look forward to this every year. This year was a "True Vacation". Carrie Durko; my travel agent helped to make it the BEST ever vacation for all of us!!! Trust me when I tell you....she is on top of her game. She does everything within her power to make sure all details are covered. It was our first all inclusive. We went to the Royalton Riviera Maya. Wonderful resort. Even the buffet was great. Many restaurants, pools, activities, shows, etc. The only thing we were not thrilled about was the amount of seaweed in the ocean. The family spent most of our time in one of the fantastic pools. Can't go wrong vacationing at the Royalton. And, you would make the absolute right decision using Carrie Durko as your travel agent.

Fantastic experience: We just returned from an amazing trip to the Dominican Republic. Carrie from Ooh La La Travel did everything for us! All we had to do was show up at the airport! She took care of everything from pre-boarding check-in, transfers, and tips that helped us out during our vacation. We had an issue with some hotel problems {lights out in our stairwell).
