Odenza Vacations

Negative experience: I “won” a certificate from Odenza for a cruise after a car purchase, but to actually use it they require a $100 payment, at least and my credit card number to charge any fees. I won something and I have to pay ?? Crazy !! After reading the terms, it’s clear they can cancel or refuse the certificate at any time and take no responsibility. Very frustrating and misleading. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Jane Huang... such a great lady! She called me as soon as I set up, even though I know they were pretty busy. She was super quick to respond, and even responded after hours to help me get my vacation booked. Olga on the other hand... I called several times and she answered twice, hanging up on me after about 5 seconds saying, "I can't hear you I'm sorry, you'll have to call back." Needless to say, ask for JANE!

Negative experience: This is a completely scam!!! We received a free certificate and they only limited us to use in Las Vegas as they listed many destinations on the instruction but they don’t allow us to pick beside it. We paid taxes, booking fee, and resort fee which are much more expensive than directly booking those two nights through the hotel’s website. (Hotel website offer a cheaper price includes resort fee). And we also paid extra fee at the hotel. We requested to add our hotel membership in there but they did not do it. The hotel couldn’t offer our benefits because the names are not matching I really did not know how did they do the booking. Also, the booking process took too long and we experienced a lot of delayed back-n-forth communications. This entire experience was very disappointing!

Negative experience: I don't know how this company has such high reviews. In my opinion, it's a scam and I recommend you find a different way to take vacations. Even their "free" hotel & airfare would cost me more than if I purchased it myself. Very limited cities and availability. Super 8 hotels instead of the advertised Marriotts and Hiltons.

Negative experience: This place is truly a scam. We sat through what turned into a 2 hour presentation over a year ago and have yet to use the “free” stay because there are so many limitations and extra fees. It’s not even free. $279 in taxes for a 2-3 night stay isn’t free. We can stay anywhere for that. I told the rep to refund me my registration fee and keep the vacation. Clearly based on these reviews they’re getting enough of you to not be worried about those of us that know this isn’t a good deal. There are so many resorts out there that you can stay with that truly offer a free stay and a quick presentation. Why would we settle for the worst one?

Fantastic experience: Kennard was very quick, responsive and helpful. He made sure to answer all my questions and disclose any pertinent information. I highly recommend Kennard if you can work with him.

Negative experience: One word. Ripoff. Waste of time and huge disappointment.

Negative experience: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give them zero stars for almost scamming us. Luckily my husband and I figured it out before losing any money. Our supposed "free" vacation vouchers included a lot of weird conditions before booking. One being a $100 and $50 deposit for simply registering. If you're lucky enough to talk to a real person over the phone, don't hold your breath when they say they'll call you back. I never received a response to my email either.

Positive experience: Christopher Taylor is an excellent travel specialist to work with. The process of searching, holding, and booking can be tedious, but Christopher kindly and patiently answered any questions I had. Our first planned trip got interrupted by COVID-19, and Odenza graciously allowed us to hold our trip voucher and book another when a clearer idea of travel safety was obtained. 4 stars for the overall booking online. 5 stars for Christopher. Thanks for all your help, Christopher!

Fantastic experience: Christopher Taylor worked with us on booking our Mexican Riviera cruise. We had a certificate for a free cruise but applied the certificate to a longer cruise. Christopher worked with us on what we wanted and completed the cruise upgrade for us.

Lady name Hannah Beads book tickets,hotels for us and for our friends... She was so kind,very hones any questions with in 20 days about flights,booking seats,changing tickets ect... Hannah was like a personal secretary,always reply to emails,return calls and always help you with questions. Fantastic experience: Wow!! We are set to go to the Bahamas on a cruise through Odenza!!! Christopher Taylor was an amazing rep for us!! He was patient and helpful, he worked out a cruise for us for Spring Break despite my family having all sorts of calendar issues due to work and colleges!!
