Negative experience: TLDR; DO NOT USE AAA, SAVE YOUR MONEY, CALL A LOCAL TOW COMPANY Do not get a membership with AAA. It is absolutely worthless. Triple A used to be a luxury, a reliable company that quickly and consistently took care of its customers, but not anymore. I was blindly charged $150 after waiting *14 hours* past the original arrival time for the tow. I had to call three times to get any answer. It takes several minutes upon calling to reach a representative. You have to lie about why you're calling, then get to a human and get transferred. When I called to talk with a representative about the undisclosed charge, I was transferred to a supervisor who told me , "a complaint will be filed". I had further questions (like when should I expect a response/should I expect a phone call or email/what does that even mean...?), but was hung up on by the supervisor. TLDR; DO NOT USE AAA, SAVE YOUR MONEY, CALL A LOCAL TOW COMPANY

Negative experience: I did not get the ladies name. She had short gray hair with glasses the rudest person I’ve ever met in my whole life. I asked for brochures she said by the time we get them, they’re outdated the young lady upfront I think, was embarrassed by the way, this lady responded to me, unacceptable I drove all the way from Mount Juliet to come to this location because they’ve always been so nice and giving me information and brochures and maps. This lady dead set on me downloaded an app. I like the brochures and the pictures never coming here again if I was the supervisor, she would be walking out the back door .very bad customer service. This is the only reason I keep my AAA membership because I like coming here to get brochures, maps and information for my trips Never again will I come back? You should be ashamed of the way the office is being run now

Negative experience: AAA roadside assistance is outdated. I've been a member for 26 years. I have called for assistance maybe 5 times over the years and usually for others. I have always owned a business on my property and in CA I had called for clients broken down on my property. This was probably between 10-20 years ago. As long as they were on my property, were in my family, or I was in the car they would respond. Not here in TN! Maybe not anywhere anymore! One of my employees slid on ice in my driveway blocking it. They told me they would not respond because she was not an AAA member! She was blocking MY driveway so we could not get in or out! She desperately tried to move the car and only slid down the hillside just missing a tree and almost hit my fence. The woman on the phone was rude! I asked her to connect me with the tow company and I would pay. She refused! She then told me that because of the snow, even if it was me who was stuck they wouldn't make it out until the next day. My employee then called USAA and they were there within an hour! Forget AAA and just get roadside assistance from your insurance company. They will be more responsive! As for me, I'll see them in my rear view mirror!

Fantastic experience: Needed to get an International Driving Permit for an upcoming trip to Europe. Went in and Robert helped me out and the process was fast and easy. If you need to get a IDP get your ID pictures made here. They cost a lot less and faster than Walgreens.

Negative experience: 3 hours for roadside assistance to show up, way faster to call a local tow company. AAA is overpriced, has customer service that doesn't care, and a horrible website too. It's time to take my car, home, and life insurance somewhere else.

Positive experience: I worked with a lady to get my retirement plan set up. They are very helpful, but they have limits on Services. Also a great place to get your international drivers permit. Make sure you follow the instructions on the forms.

Negative experience: Pretty bad when you leave a Voice mail (with urgency) over missing paperwork regarding insurance deadlines and no one calls you back to ensure your concern is resolved. Professional courtesy is huge with me. I’ll be switching companies end of year.

Fantastic experience: I was in there for awhile but the insurance agent Joel really knew his stuff! Kudos to him for taking his time with me, plus being extremely helpful and professional . I would definitely recommend this place to others! Also Robert greeted me in the front when I first walked ‍♀️ in. He was also very friendly! Update: 07/14/2022 I came into AAA and Joel helped me by giving me a massive discount on my car insurance ! Not only did he save me a lot of money, but he made my day as well!!

Negative experience: Been calling for a month to update my insurance. Goes to a voicemail that states they are busy and will call back. How can an auto insurance company not have any customer service. At this point my new vehicle is uninsured because I can’t get ahold of anyone

Negative experience: I usually have very good customer service here, but I have been calling and leaving a message almost every day for the past two weeks and have still yet to receive a call back. There are several issues going on with my insurance policy that need to be adjusted and taken care of, but nobody has called me back to resolve them. Does anybody even work here anymore?

Negative experience: About 3 months ago I went out to start my car up and it had a dead battery so I called AAA and had them come out and replace it well every since then just sitting at a traffic light or my car sitting still in general it felt like there was a hesitation that was going on but I knew that if there weren't any lights on that there wouldn't be anything the dealer to tell me because it wouldn't give them any codes so finally this morning I go out to get in my car again and the car was totally dead no lights nothing and I drove it all day yesterday so again I call AAA to tow it to the place that I wanted to fix it and they call me and tell me that as soon as they opened up the hood of the car and touch the cable to the post it just came off it was not tight at all so basically when the guy from AAA replaced my battery he didn't pay attention to the cables being too loose and were too big for the post and the whole 3 months I've been driving around with loose post on my battery and it caused me to miss a whole day's work and when I called AAA to have them bring the car back to me because it was thier fault I have no way of going to get it he told me that they don't do that for convenience. I definitely will be using my car insurance roadside service we are supposed to depend on these people to take care of our car needs at times like this but it looks like we can't. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN IF COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!
