Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience working with Shirley at Feti Travel, from the moment she answered the phone. I had many questions about getting a Chinese Tourist Visa. She was very patient and kind, answering my questions. She sent me the link to the online application form, and gave me a few extra instructions about filling out the form. I called her again to ask more questions, while filling out the application. Each time, she answered the phone after a few rings, and answered my questions patiently. Finally, she reviewed my application, found a few mistakes I made, and we corrected them. My passport, with my new Visa stamped inside, was delivered by FedEx less than 2 weeks after I personally left it in Shirley's capable hands. I highly recommend Shirley and Feti Travel. Fantastic experience: I worked with Shirley to get my tourist visa for a trip to China. The website was a bit confusing for me, but when I called Feti Travel, she was very helpful and immediately sent me all the information I needed to apply. Shirley was continuously quick to respond and was able to process my information the same day I called. I received my visa and passport back in less than 2 weeks and overall had a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Feti Travel if you don't want to bother with going back and forth to NYC to do all of the tourist visa stuff yourself. It ended up honestly being cheaper for me to do this instead of going myself, plus they were so helpful and kind when I had questions during the application process.

As it was time to renew our Chinese visas, I did some careful research online and discovered that Feti Travel in Boston consistently ranks as one of the most reliable agencies for visa processing. I decided to give them a call, and was promptly connected with Sandy Wang, a professional and courteous agent who immediately put me at ease. I briefly explained what we needed, and she kindly offered to email us all the necessary details. After gathering the required documents, we visited the Feti Travel office in person today. The office is spacious, clean, and well-organized. Even on a Saturday morning, there were five or six staff members actively assisting customers—a sign of a busy and efficient business. Sandy spent nearly two hours carefully entering our visa application information online. Throughout the process, she remained patient, polite, and even light-hearted, making the experience surprisingly pleasant. Once everything was complete, we were even invited to pick out a few small souvenirs as a token of appreciation. Sandy informed us that our applications will be mailed out next week, and we can expect to receive our visas in about three weeks. We’re very excited and grateful for the outstanding service she provided. The price is around $300 (for US citizen) including everything, not sure if it’s the most competitive but they get the job done! Fantastic experience: Zoe and her colleagues at Feti Travel were tremendously patient and helpful in securing visas and providing advice for our first trip to China. Zoe reviewed drafts of our visa applications and suggested slight changes in wording before we submitted them online. I dropped our passports and supporting documents at the Feti Travel office in Boston on a Friday. Their courier took them to and from the Chinese Consulate in New York City and they were back in our hands with the necessary visa pages in less than two weeks. The process was fast, easy, and less expensive than taking two trips to NYC myself. Beyond the visas, Zoe and her colleagues offered up-to-date recommendations regarding travel insurance, communication, and payment apps (VPNs, eSIMS, WeChat, Alipay, and other things needed to function in China's rapidly evolving digital environment). We will be making more trips to China during the next couple years and look forward to working with Feti Travel as those plans develop.

Fantastic experience: Shirley at Feti travel was very fast and efficient, giving me all the info I needed and detailed instructions for filling out the Visa application online (including exactly how to handle some ambiguous questions.) I recurved my visa in the time frame promised. The whole process was very smooth, with one caveat: the application form I downloaded from their website was not the one China requires, which they straightened me out on. so you should call them before filling out a form.

I wasn’t happy at first with the idea of paying extra, but with the only other option is to drive to nyc this was sooo worth it. Annie made sure every detail on my application was correct and even helped me with my photo. 1000% would recommend. Not sure if I would of had the same experience at a consulate! Plus- bc of Annie I realized I could apply for the 10 year multiple entry visa which makes it all the more worth it:)

Negative experience: I had called and made an appointment last week for today. I even mentioned that it is a holiday on Monday. The gentleman on the phone said they will be open and the appointment was confirmed. I showed up today and no one was at the office and not a sign or anything stating they were closed or open. I had to find a different agency in Chinatown to get my visa application started. Extremely disappointed and left me hanging last minute to get application started as I don't live in the city and don't want to travel in again.

Fantastic experience: Seemless easy experience. Since there is no consulate office in Boston, this convenient location with quick turnaround was perfect for applying for my partner’s first time Chinese visa. Communication was streamlined and made efficient through WeChat where they answered questions about the application. We handed the passport and application in person but they offer additional mailing services for both if that is more convenient. The website is not up to date with the latest prices and application, so do recommend calling to get the process started. Good experience for a stressful travel planning!

Negative experience: Bad communication, we went with the big group: for the whole trip my roommate and myself felt like miserable. Any plan meeting during the trip we never get noticed. I only heard from someone saiding they don't like new people in this trip. That is really unprofessional for travel business. There is no detail planning before the trip. Too much surprise and additional money during the whole trip. I just feel so disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Literally just picked up my visa, and I cannot stress enough how easy and simple the process was through Feti. I think the nominal fee is absolutely worth all the would-be hassle of traveling to the NY consulate. Payment was via check or cash. I was in communication with Judy, who was very responsive and clear with all my questions during the entire process. Just make sure you fill out the form completely and have all the necessary lodging info - the agent will usually do a look-through when you drop the forms and your passport off. It literally took only 2 weeks from drop-off to pick-up. Upon pickup, Judy verified all the info on the visa/passport with me and wished me safe travels. Their office is convenient to get to via the T in Chinatown. I will absolutely recommend their services to any and all future travelers to China who are in need of the visa.!

Negative experience: Horrible service. I booked a hotel in Las Vegas through them and I paid them the hotel fee in full before me and my family went on our trip. Once we got to Las Vegas the hotel informed us that only a portion of the fee was paid and we had to pay for the rest of it again. After we came back we informed the travel agent that we got double charged and requested a refund. The travel agent who was responsible kept giving us excuses to delay the process even though I have provided all the necessary receipts and documentation to prove that I was double charged. It has been 2 weeks after my trip already and I still don't have a confirmed date on when I can get my refund back. I'll never book my trip with them ever again!

Positive experience: Feti travel has great customer service and I would recommend them for visas and booking flights. I got my 10 year Chinese visa from them and it took 10 days to get the visa even though I chose the rush service but the delay was due to the Chinese embassy and they had no control over it and handled it well. The misalignment of information from the embassy and their visa collector caused them to lose a star. The email I got from the embassy said that the visa was ready for pick up but their visa collector said that we needed to wait another day. I also bought my flight from them which was slightly cheaper than buying online and they can reserve your seat for free until you pay, this way you don't need to buy cancellation insurance in case you need to change your tickets. My travel agent was Joey and I highly recommend working with her!
