Negative experience: Do not travel with this company! Our tour was to England for a Wesley Heritage pilgrimage. Overcharged me 3 nights hotel stay, terrible tour guide (downright rude), our bus driver abandoned us in downtown London on a Sat night because he was scheduled off at 6pm and we needed a 7pm pickup, every single part of our tour of England had not been arranged prior to our arrival. It became comical at the end of our trip how she would come on the intercom of our coach and announce changes in our itinerary due to no tickets for the cathedral or other nonsense. What a disappointment to drive by the sites we had flown so far to see and not be able to go inside and visit as promised. I have waited several weeks since our return home to see if EO Tours was going to make compensation and we have heard nothing. Not to mention that our driver actually left a senior locked on the bus for hours and we had no way of getting in touch with him directly. Our tour guide enjoyed lunch with us knowing the situation and yet not dealing with the urgency of our friend. Bathrooms on bus but was told please don’t use them and tour guide fussed at us for needing to stop. Just ridiculousness the entire trip.

We have carefully reviewed your and others’ feedback from your tour and want to extend our sincere apologies for the challenges your group encountered during the trip. While some elements of the tour went as planned, many issues arose that significantly impacted your group’s experience and required adjustments throughout the itinerary.
Clearly, the escort, drivers, and buses were not up to our standards and created some of the issues. The Lincoln entrance fee issue stemmed from vagueness in the brochure wording, and the Aldersgate day visit to Wesley Chapel was changed because Wesley Chapel does not take groups on Sundays. Thus, the operational staff thought they were avoiding disappointment by reversing the days. This was clearly our issue, although it could have probably been handled more effectively by the escort.
Most notably, we understand and deeply regret the situation involving the guest, who was unintentionally left on the bus while the group visited Wesley’s Chapel. This incident was distressing and unacceptable under any circumstances, and we have informed the operator of this major error.
While we cannot undo the disruptions you and the others faced, please know that we are taking this feedback seriously and using it to improve our oversight, coordination, and quality assurance processes going forward. Our aim remains to deliver well-organized, inspiring, and memorable travel experiences that reflect the trust our hosts place in us.
All guests on this tour will receive follow-up communication via USPS that we trust will express our apology and our hope that you will give us a second chance.

Negative experience: Why booking flights to Israel when the war was not over 100 %, no matter is 3 hours from the area we suposed visit but is not safe 100%, imagine a nuclear attack where we run0 .And no matter was 6 months away my flight why charge 100 fee for cancelation when in the tv they are removing Americans from Israel for safety.

Fantastic experience: Mustafa and Hegazey were both wonderful the whole trip. But they were especially so fun to be with on the 11 hour drive to the Cairo airport. They are such kind and thoughtful men and we had a great time teasing each other and just visiting together. God bless these two men!!!!

Negative experience: We had an amazing guide Helen but most everything else was difficult with EO - the registration, planning, execution with our bus ride, our first bus driver knowing or being aware of directions, the audio on the bus would only work if the radio was on, the AC was consistently held hostage, the bus toilet not being taken care of within reason, communication with EO prior to our trip was antiquated, impossible and to say the least frustrating, no group texting to keep all informed and updated, nothing updated technology wise, $500 was way too much $ to have changed because most everything was credit cards, while our trip was enjoyed in was in spite of EO not because of them.

Negative experience: My group trip to Israel was cancelled by EO due to the war in Gaza, completely understandable. EO charged a $100 cancellation fee to refund the money and took their sweet time with the refund. I haven't received it yet but they quoted 4-6 weeks wait time.

Negative experience: I had scheduled a tour to the Holy Land. Due to war and unsafe conditions, things were up in the air. They were not canceling, but postponing. Not knowing when it would be possible to go, I requested a refund of the $1800 I'd already paid. I was told there would be a $100 cancellation fee. For what? No air fares or hotels had been booked yet. I didn't start the war. I don't think I should have been penalized.

Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience with EO tours was somewhat disappointing. As a senior citizen along with several others we were a bit slower on the excursions. Several leaders were patient but our primary leader not so much, often rude. Our trip was a Walk through the Bible going to Israel, Egypt and. Greece ,unfortunately due to the terrorist attack on October 7, 2023 we we not able to go on the scheduled excursions.Several of our group have contacted our leader and EO several times regarding some compensation with no response.. The people I met on the trip were amazing and friends traveling with me were so kind. The staff on the ship were wonderful. .

Fantastic experience: I recently returned from the Splendors of Egypt tour with EO. We saw the Great Pyramids of Giza, cruised the Nile River, and visited Mt. Sinai. It was truly the trip of a lifetime! From start to finish, I was absolutely blown away by our EO representatives and tour guide. They took care of every little thing for us the moment we met them in the Cairo airport. Our guide, Yasser, was so informational, enthusiastic, and friendly. We learned so much Egyptian history as well as Biblical history thanks to him and it was just incredible! Safety was not a concern for us as we felt safe everywhere we went, all thanks to EO taking excellent care of us. I will absolutely be touring again with EO!

Fantastic experience: I took my first trip this October 2023 with EO tours on the “Lions of the English faith“ tour, which highlighted the history of CS Lewis and John Wesley in Oxford and London England. I had a fantastic time! I had always heard the tour guides with EO were top-notch, and that was certainly the case with our tour. Esther, who was our tour guide in England, has been doing this for many years and is a native of London, so she knew so much of the history of all the places we went and was just a joy to be with. We got to see so many amazing things. the highlight for me, being a huge CS Lewis fan, was actually having a personal tour of the Kilns, which is the home he lived in. Being a Methodist, I also loved visiting the “new room“ and seeing where John Wesley preached and ministered! I definitely will take another trip with EO!

Negative experience: Company will not refund our Israel Trip without $100 Penalty per person. They are holding travelers deposit $2200 hostage for who knows how long while they make interest on it, or take $100 penalty to cancel a trip they can't even book. They say brochure says cancellation fee is $100 and our February trip to West Bank is still on schedule. Yeah right.... We would need ballistic vests. Company is in business for 50 years, but obviously inherited by a greedy owner because the ethical thing would be to allow travelers to cancel and rebook without penalty. War seems to be a obvious exemption. From our church alone, Christians will lose 10,000 if they cancel. Any company that takes advantage of this horrible attack on Israel should be avoided. Note - Their brochure also says they are not responsible for terrorist attacks, so I can see them still sending us if they could. But airlines and hotels are cancelled for now...

Negative experience: I am puzzled as to how this company has 4 stars for review. I am curious to hear the feedback from others that have chosen not to post a review, especially the ones of color. I recently returned from a 10 day cruise organized by this tour company. The EO experience was subpar all the way through to the end of the trip. CAUTION: This is a long post Attempts to supply information to update travel profile required multiple attempts via email and phone before a response was received; the check-in process with the group booking was a challenge to say the least. Errors on the group booking prevented online checkin or made it a chore. The night before my trip when I was supposed to be getting some much needed rest, I spent more than 3 hours trying to check-in and then had to wake up early to call EO to address. Please note that they were called prior to ensure all travel data was correct and to minimize potential for issues. Their first approach is to request you speak with the airline, which of course, because it is a group booking, the airline sends you back to EO. On my subsequent call with EO, the representative proceeds to explain to me their over 25 years of experience in booking travel as if that proves they are exempt from making mistakes. When we arrived at our destination, there was no one in the airport to provide direction as to where next. Thanks to our group chat, I was able to obtain direction to where the buses were located from members within our group. It is sad to say but as people of color travelers with this company, the sentiment amongst our teams was that they spent their time catering to the other white tour groups and left us to figure things out. I did not once see an EO person on any of our buses, I guess they were more comfortable riding with the white groups. When our plans were diverted due to the war in Israel, and Celebrity refunded the excursion costs, we have yet to understand what that amount looked like and what EO plans to do with potential refunds. We have received no communication with regard to further credits/compensation from the cruise lines from EO although several other travelers that I spoke with mentioned that they have receive some communication from Celebrity Cruise lines. None of the tour groups were encouraged to mingle or get to know one another at lunch, that I am aware. Despite all this, I still chose to give them the benefit of the doubt until I experienced what I am about to describe. In the latter part of our trip, in Turkey, the white church was sat under the covered, air conditioned location for lunch where our church team sat outside under the tents. Additionally, when we were in I believe Corinth for lunch, all groups had lunch together, at our cost, I might add, We were the last to sit from our bus and there were no seats with our group. We were shunned from sitting at the other table next to our group because there was another EO group about to sit there. So my roommate and I sat at the table with the EO team. No one acknowledged or engaged us. It was like we did not exist! Additionally when the servers brought out the food, the EO team was served and my roommate and I were skipped, the server proceeded to the other table (where we were asked not to sit) to serve the other white church group and then we were served last. Trying to checkin for the return flight was also an issue. Tehre were so many issues rendering it impossible for us to check in for our flight ahead of time. We had to wake up early to get to the airport so that it would even be possible. This was brought to the attention of the EO staff and I guess was not a priority for them to assist. What is unbelievable is that this company promotes themselves to churches and yet the lack of awareness to the inherent bias in this group is alarming. I have never felt so disgusted on a trip that I spent my hard earned money to enjoy an experience with. Praise God for my fellow church members, who without them the entire experience would have been a nightmare.

Negative experience: Holy Land tour was overshadowed by daily shopping “opportunities,” which were clearly arranged to take advantage of travelers. Goods sold or hawked were extremely inferior. We actually missed spending significant time at the Holocaust Museum because our bus was directed to and spent significant time at a “jewelry” store encouraged or even pressured into purchasing substandard / “you would expect better from a street vendor with watches inside a raincoat” jewelry. We were hurried through other important tour stops to shop. I’m sad in reporting this but the trip was at least 1/3 conservatively time spent on being led like sheep to purchase overpriced and inferior goods rather than being led to important Holy Land sites. Beware

Negative experience: Do NOT use this company. There are a multitude of better options with companies that have better processes, have better customer service departments that are reachable and caring and that have better processes. This company does not care about you, your experience or your enjoyment of the trip you will take with them. They will charge you an excessive amount for the trip, not be responsive when you have questions and they do not want to be questioned or explain when they make mistakes or correct those mistakes. Meticulously review your bill and ask questions about all charges up front. They will bury hidden costs in the fine print. I stand by my comments as listed above regardless of the spin the company published to this comment.

We were able to review the five calls between you and our Guests Services Department since, May 31, 2023; presumably, you are referring specifically to the call from this morning regarding the Credit Card Surcharge fee of 3.5% that is standard on all credit card transactions processed through our provider; we do offer the option of an ACH payment which does not incur the fee. At the time you called this morning, we had an average wait time of 1 second before calls were answered. During the call, our representative offered to review your total charges, total payments, and credit card surcharge fees multiple times and in multiple ways to assist with the ease of understanding the balance on your account. If our guest is still uncertain about their charges, we have a team whose sole focus is providing a resolution to our guests who have not otherwise been able to find one. I believe the reason that option was not offered to you is because at the end of the call you thanked the representative and requested information to make the payment which was provided.
We welcome the opportunity to have someone from our Team reach out to you so we can review your statement with you to ensure that we provide you with the clarity that you deserve regarding your payments. Fantastic experience: A wonderful experience with EO. Airport ticketing went without a hitch EXCEPT Chicago O’Hare. This is the worst airport in American and I will not be using EO if they have incoming International flights routed through Chicago. There was not enough time to go through Customs therefore we missed our flight. The Buses are a joke. Get real EO!!

Negative experience: NEVER use this company !!! I gave them 1 star only because I didn't think my review would be posted if I didn't check something. A group of us are scheduled (?) to go to Israel on 14 March (that is in 10 days) and we have NO tickets, we do not know what airline or even what route we are flying. We do not have any hotel information to tell someone where we are staying. When someone calls they say they are sorry BUT they have been really busy but don't worry. Did I say NEVER EVER consider using this unorganized company !!!

Negative experience: Your tour leaves in a few weeks and we're charging you $3,000 More! I'm writing this in an effort to protect the next person! IF WE DONT PAY WITHIN 2 DAYS WE LOSE ALL OUR MONEY. Read to the end... We have to pay an additional $3,000 because "someone" called and said we would be requiring air travel. We never made that change and there is no email record. I have ATTACHED MY PAID IN FULL RECEIPT HERE SHOWING GROUND ONLY TRIP. My wife and I booked a tour for land only, no air, since we live in Orlando and this tour is originating from Atlanta. This seemed unusual to me, never had such a problem with travel, so I checked their reviews. Yep! 2.0 average on Yelp, even the employees provide warnings of this company. Please note many of the 5.0 reviews here are from tour guides?? My wife and I have saved for years and with my health this may be our last chance to visit the Holy Land. We will pay since we are being held hostage. I'm very sorry to write something negative like this, but I feel this could help the next brother or sister. I cannot remember ever leaving a negative review, but this is an exception. I wish I would have looked at the reviews, but was just happy to be visiting Israel with believers. Negative experience: Tried to travel with this group. No effort made by the office to determine availability until much time had passed. Spoke to more than one cold yet polite people who did nothing more than restate the obvious, they clearly do not care about customer service. I called and gave them opportunities to excell, nope.

Negative experience: This company, under the guise of “Christian Tours”, kept all of the money we had spent on the cruise. They sent e mails one day before cancellation requirements about vaccination requirements. Therefore, my elderly father and I were forced to use the vouchers that we did receive. However, the vouchers for the other two in our party were not able to be used because, one elderly person passed away and the other person was not vaccinated (however, when my father and I traveled, no vaccination cards were ever checked, including Canada. In addition, the speaker was cancelled and we were never notified. It turns out, we could have booked this cruise entirely through Celebrity Cruises and would have had FAR better service. At every turn, EO made things as difficult as possible with very little communication and virtually impossible to contact a representative .I learned a very, very expensive lesson

Fantastic experience: We went with this group to Germany to see the Passion Play and tour around Austria and Germany. It was fabulous with A+ hotels, food and events. We are booking a tour to the Holy Land for May 2023.

Negative experience: Crowded bus (2 of them) 80 people -WAY to many people in a group. No room to breathe. Food was awful. Walked 4-6 miles daily in the hot sun while having to stop and wait every few minutes for people to catch up, very chaotic. Never again.

Negative experience: I may exceed the character length, but EO has failed to even acknowledge e-mail I sent pertaining to a tour, from which I returned last month. The gist of the e-mail included, but is not limited to: 1. The astronomical size of our group, which was sprung on us at the airport upon our arrival in Munich. The group size hindered various parts of our trip. 2. Lackluster (even that is generous) planning in terms of illnesses. EO refused to assist my mother after her roommate became ill (many people in the group had Covid), which led to her bunking with my child and me for FIVE of the 10 nights. What would have happened if family was not on the trip to remedy the situation, since EO was not doing much? Also, we paid for double occupancy, not triple, or in the roommate's case- single. 3. Food/Excursions/Sales Pitches: The food provided by many of the hotels resembled that of the frozen variety. I looked forward to authentic local cuisine, but we received far from it. Many of our lunches were reserved for us, too, where we had to hurry up and eat and they were not at places I planned prior to the trip. Excursions/Extras were sprung on us at the last minute. We planned a gondola ride prior to our departure; however, the only way we were allowed to partake is if we formed groups of five (with strangers from our bus) and went during a short time frame. Our tour manager was late (typical behavior) picking us up at a sale pitch place, so we missed our reserved time. We had to rush to eat something and use the restroom (theme of the tour) or take a couple minutes to explore and be left hungry and needing a bathroom. We ended up on the gondolas and then, rushed back to our bus. We had very little time to explore and basically the only places we were provided with time to shop were the sale pitch places, where they were the only ones who made the specific good "the right way." 4. Tour Manager. I provided EO suggestions regarding concerns we had pertaining to our tour manager. I hope EO reads them and takes them into consideration. For the purpose of this review, the tour manager consistently displayed less than desirable actions from blaming group members after leaving them, dismissing discrepancies with the itinerary, flight information, etc., and arguing with local tour guides. This does not even begin to cover all the issues. 5. EO not willing to help group members whose flights were cancelled. Many group members had to book their own flights and hope they get their money back. (We know from previous reviews, the probability of a refund is slim.) Again, e-mail detailed each of these points along with other things, but this is the essence of the primary issues.

Negative experience: I traveled with EO in 2015 (part of a large church group) and things went fairly well (back then). At the beginning of the planning stage in 2014, I requested to be upgraded to Business Class airfare. They quoted me the price increase about three months in advance and I booked it ($2100). I am part of another group traveling next month (November 2017) and I began requesting an upgrade in November 2016! Other members of my party who also wanted an upgrade were contacted two months ago and the price increase (then) was $4K. They didn't bother to contact me until weeks later and by then the cost was $8K!!! They said "sorry" there is nothing they can do. After several attempts to get resolution I finally had to accept an Economy Comfort upgrade as that is all I could afford - $485. I paid that increase, although I stressed they should have paid it due to their failure. Again, "sorry", you must pay it. Now today, two weeks later, they call again saying they forgot I needed to pay Another $50 for the increased cost for travel insurance; which they failed to advise me of when I paid the $485. I was told my travel documents would not be issued until I paid the $50; which I did today. Conclusion: I will never travel with these folks again, and would advise everyone to find another tour company to deal with. Update 2022: Well, we gave in and planned another trip with them. Bad mistake! We had a medical problem two months prior to leaving, had to cancel and the penalty from them was $1450. Fought with their travel insurance company for three months to get money back!

Negative experience: My first day on the tour for Isreal and we were sitting in the bus for 2 hours waiting for the last part of the group to fly in. Wish they drop us of at our destination and made a second trip back. The tour was great and our tour guide gave us a lot of history. He seemed to repeat a lot at some parts, I think that was to take up time before moving to the next stop too early. The best part was leaving the group at night and walking through Old Jerusalem on our own. There were also some stops that I wish we never made. We stopped at several stores like a diamond shop that had nothing to do with the tour. The worst part of the trip was when we flew home and had to waitat another airport for 5 hours waiting for the last airflight.

Positive experience: My husband & I have taken two trips using EO, one in 2018 and again in January, 2020. My experience has been: Pro: All arrangements and connections are taken care of including being picked up at airport by EO representative. Mostly, accommodations were pleasant and the food was good. On both occasions in Egypt we had an outstanding guide who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Bus drivers are friendly and, wow, they can drive and park in tight spots. EO provides security on the bus with a guard, and also traveling to Mt. Sinai several soldiers accompanied us. EO takes security seriously. If you’re going to the Middle East, it’s better to go in a group with a company that can get you out, if necessary. Con: (January, 2020). Including layovers and air time our return trip took 54 hours. There was a change in airlines in both directions. Checked our luggage in Pittsburgh with Delta & at JFK was required to pick up luggage and go through security again, check in with Lufthansa & do the same in reverse upon returning. In Israel our guide was very knowledgeable; he was also unapproachable, condescending and dismissive. In both Israel and Egypt the bus stops at certain EO approved stores to shop, and not to shop anywhere else because that was “junk”. Later learned that EO, guides and even bus drivers take a percentage of the sales from the approved store. All in all, EO gets the job done. We saw some amazing places, met good people, learned a lot and got home safely.

Negative experience: Prior to even departing on our trip, we had numerous issues attempting to upgrade our travel itinerary - mainly stemming from a lack of responsiveness on their end. Additionally, the accommodations were below average, and the included meals lacked any sort of authenticity that you would expect while traveling to a foreign country. Also be ready to be taken to gift shops for hours on end. Because these are in the middle of excursions, it’s not really possible to opt out of visiting these.

Negative experience: The Department of Motor Vehicles has better customer service! The incompetence and inability of this company's customer service department is beyond belief. Dealing with this company's customer service department quite literally has been the worst experience I have EVER had with dealing with a business. This company has ONE specialty- to book peoples travel and they can't even do that to satisfaction. I have a trip planned with this company (to cancel I would be out $1600, because believe me, I have asked), however, we opted to add a leg in Paris prior to meeting up with our group in Israel. Initially, I wanted to see how much the additional leg would be. I was advised that the EO would be able to accommodate this, so I placed the request. I have waited 5 months, made 13 phone calls and spent cumulatively- several hours on the phone and have yet to get the answer. I had preferred to go through the travel company because I was advised that if I purchased my own airfare, then I would be responsible for my own in-country travel on the first and the last day of the trip (I do not feel safe doing this). Considering, at that time I had no idea when the group would be arriving and I didn't want to miss the tour group, I figured I would let them handle the airfare, as long as it was a reasonable price (Because who says yes before having a price, unless you're Donald J Trump???). l was advised to go ahead and purchase the land package only and then when I had the price for the Paris leg, I could either accept or decline, or at that time I would have the opportunity to just book the original tour- to include land and air. I was advised that if I opted to forego the Paris trip, once knowing the cost, I could then upgrade my land tour to the include the airfare. I was told I would have all the information on the cost of my Paris trip before the group airfare was booked, so if the Paris trip was ridiculously priced, I could just forego Paris and continue on with the original trip. I had no idea, what a headache this request would be. I have since waited 5 months, made 13 phone calls and been on the phone either on hold or speaking with the customer service agents for several hours . However, despite my efforts I still have no answer the price of the Paris leg and group airfare has already been booked, so for me to now do land and air I have to pay additional late booking fees and new airfare has to be calculated; despite being told I would be notified before they booked the group fare, I was never notified. I called last Friday and again spoke to customer service, they were no help. I asked again to speak to the supervisor, he assured me he would personally see to it that I had an answer no later than today (Tuesday) at 3:30PM. He NEVER called. It is now 11:40PM, and I still have no answer. (Side note: On FrIday, I confirmed my dates with him and they WERE TRYING TO QUOTE WRONG THE DATES. Though I have given the dates multiple times.) Since the superivsor failed to follow through, I called him at 5PM, my call was answered at 6:10 and was told he was on break. I asked how long his break was and was told 45 minutes, so I called back at 6:50, he was still on break. I spoke to them again at 7:15, conveniently, he was still on break. I was assured after 3 frustrating phone calls he would be given my message the moment he got in and asked to call me. He NEVER called. I called him at 10:40PM. SUCCESS... But despite him promising on Friday that he would have an answer today no later than 3:30 and he would see to this himself, he said they are still processing my request. My recommendation JUST DONT DO IT!!! If you have to go through EO because you are trying to go on a specific tour with a specific host (like us), and it is a necessary to book through EO, then don't deviate and don't upgrade your seats. Update: one awesome employee stayed 50 minutes later after her shift to ensure that I got the information I needed. The entire circumstance is frustrating, but that one employee, Lynn was beyond helpful and just stellar.

Negative experience: EO tours has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Booked a $12,000+ river cruise for two that included airfare. Call two weeks before departure and asked for cost of upgraded seating on overseas flights. EO said they would call me with cost. called back and said $218 each for over seas (long flight portion) I agreed. a week before departure we got our seat assignments and they were not an upgrade. Called Xavier at EO and he promised to check and call back. No Call Back. We took flights and got no upgraded seating on any flight. called when we returned and got Xavier. He said we did get upgrade, only it was on the 2 hour flight from Budapest to Amsterdam and that's what they charged us additional $436 for. Xavier refused to let me speak to a supervisor or Manager. We will never use EO again and will share our experience with everyone we can.

Fantastic experience: I have travelled many times with Educational Opportunities Tours beginning in 2001. I am a pastor and have been privileged to use Educational Opportunities to lead several tours to the Holy Land. I, as well as those who have traveled in our groups have found the accommodations, the busses, the drivers, the guides to nothing less than first class. EO even has a Hospitality staff in both Jerusalem and Tiberius to assist our travelers in any problems that may arise. If you truly want the most for your travel dollar, look no further than EO. I have two tours already booked in 2018, and look forward to booking many more in the future!

Fantastic experience: We have traveled with Educational Opportunities since 1996 to more than a dozen destinations, including three trips to Israel. We have found EO to be thorough in making arrangements, the inclusive pricing is very competitive, the guides are highly qualified - all of which made for a quality experiences. Now that EO also does customized travel arrangements, there isn't any reason to use other providers. We highly recommend EO for your next travel experience.

Fantastic experience: I have had multiple opportunities to travel to the Mediterranean with this company and am delighted with their facilitation of my travel to important biblical and Greco-Roman era sites. Reading other reviews, I do have some sympathy for the person who felt "treated like a child." Some of the tour guides on location are excellent; some are not. My own experience is that the tour guides contracted for land tours (who are with the group for the entire time) are far better than those contracted for one-day outings on cruises (those have been far more "hit or miss" in my experience). I will also say, however, that I'm a pretty independent traveler and am willing to say to a tour guide, "when and whence does the bus leave" and go off and do my own thing at a given site. :) On the land tours, I have found the guides very willing to help accommodate the group's interests. Yes, there are tourist traps when shopping, although a more generous way to put it would be "regular merchandising partners of the various tour guides." It's to be expected and endured though, again, how long one spends at such places is negotiable with the guides. EO will remain on my mental map as a tour company to trust for reliable arrangements for Mediterranean travel.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars for this company, I would do so. They have been very dishonest in their approach to their deposit. I have been given the runaround multiple times about everything and I had to dispute their charges with my credit card company. This is not an honest company and I recommend that no one uses their services.

Negative experience: It was more like a school field trip where your treated you like a child. Plenty of "tourist traps" as far as shopping. Don't forget the imposed upon "love" offerings for tour guide and driver.
