Negative experience: Called on a Wednesday to make a Friday morning reservation to JFK. Unlike some other services I've used, they don't text you the reservation details, so you have to assume they get all your information down correctly. I didn't want to assume, so I called them on Thursday night to confirm that we were still on for the next morning, and the dispatcher said there was no record of the reservation. He asked me to re-make the reservation with him, but I told him I was going to go with another service, since they lost my first one and I wasn't going to risk it. Guy started yelling, saying the system doesn't lie, maybe I had called another service (I have call history--I didn't call another service), etc. When I tried to confirm what phone number I called, he yelled louder over me. Real nice. Surprised at all the positive reviews. This guy was a complete a-hole to me. Dispatcher number on Thurs 7/11/19 @ 9:40 pm.
