Fantastic experience: Yes this is my 15 years with them slow to come get you but good to have.
Fantastic experience: Attendant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about International Drivers Permits. I needed one and, although I was not an AAA member, she treated me as if I was one. I was able to get in and out with the permit in hand in less than 30 minutes. Free parking, easy to access, first floor location right inside the building's West entrance.
Negative experience: This is for triple a in general. The organization has turned into a worthless consumer scam. I called last night for a jump start. They said it would be 234 minutes. I'm a gold member. Getting someone on the phone is near impossible. They told me someone was at the scene at 11:15. A total white lie. No one shows up until the next morning st 8:30 am. Worthless
Negative experience: Called emergency road service for a flat tire I had in a bad spot on the interstate. I was informed that it would be about 1 hour before the Technician would get to me, although I would be considered "priority", because of my location I waited 2hrs for assistance. When tow truck driver did show up he did not come far enough to my location. Then he left. I then went online and made another request for assistance. I waited and waited. Again I contacted AAA a third time via phone. This time I explained all of the changes I had gone thru and we were still on the expressway waiting. We were told that a Technician would be with us within the next hour and a half. My husband and I are both senior citizens totally frustrated now, my husband got out and changed the tire, even though it was difficult for him. After we got home I saw a text message indicating the Technician was on the expressway looking for us. There were also calls and messages on my home phone when we got home. I recall even a message from the Technician left on my cell. Why didn't any of these calls come in after my initial contact with AAA? This fiasco began at approximately 2:30 pm we finally arrived home around 6:00 pm. So much for being a Premium customer.

Positive experience: I grew up without a father, or a man in the house. So our family had to depend on AAA alot. Boy how things have changed, the dispatchers are in another state altogether different from ours. So it's hard to help them understand where your vehicle is. Next I was trying to book a room, AAA was about $50.00, more then most websites. AAA was unable to match the price. However overall I still like AAA. One good thing is that now you are able to make monthly payments on your membership. It's not the same old AAA, however neither are we as members. We all have cell phones with built-in GPS on them. Most of us don't depend on maps any more. I would still tell everyone to get a membership, because you never know when you need a tow. Better to have and not need, than need and not have. Fantastic experience: Henry of Jet Towing showed up around 12 -15 min. After I called. Being locked out in cold weather is no joke and Henry was very professional, so glad I'm a AAA Member, Thanks to all involved.

Negative experience: I called to get my sister a tow truck because someone slit her tires in downtown Louisville and they sent a little work truck. She was down there 7 hours.

Negative experience: I waited on hold until my phone battery was almost dead! If I'd been beside the road with a dead car battery I'd have been totally out of luck. Then I was shifted from one person to another going through the same hold patterns for almost an hour trying to find out if they were going to honor the warranty on the battery is bought from them one year ago. Then was told it would cost $50 for them to test the battery IN THEIR SHOP. For that I can pay for a new battery. AND Advance will test your battery for free. AAA is a joke!! the same

Negative experience: More than likely your department just had a AAA car run a bus with their stop sign clearly out as I was behind the bus on Jackson street. You need to teach your driver how to drive! What if a kid or even a parent would’ve been hit!

Negative experience: I have a 3/4 ton van thet have towed before and now all of a sudden they say they cannot. Membership is a waste. Waited 4 hrs in 100 degree heat so I can call a regular wrecker service for a tow.
Fantastic experience: I visited the location to pick up some maps for a trip to Florida. I did not have to wait. Margie took care of me. We had a nice conversation while she gathered the materials I had requested. She was very attentive to my needs as a AAA member. Margie made me feel like a valued member. I would highly recommend this location to other members.

Negative experience: unfortunately the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. AAA used to be so dependable, reliable, and prompt. I called once, waited 42 minutes on hold just to get an operator. She told me she would let a tow company know of my location, and they would call me. 45 minutes later I called AAA again to check the status of tow truck and was on hold for another 35 minutes. Eventually a tow truck drive pulled up 2 hours later, pulled up to the car, then inadvertenly drove off before getting out of his car as if he got another call just as he pulled up to us. Now it's 3 hours after the car broke down and we have no clue how we are going to be "rescued".
Negative experience: Still waiting four and a half hours after calling !!! It's October, 50 degrees outside so it's not like people are broke down everywhere ! This is beyond ridiculous !!
