Fantastic experience: Look, I grew up in Orlando and visited Disney World dozens of times as a child and young adult. We pulled up, walked in, did what we could, and headed to the car when the fireworks started so we could "beat the crowd" to the exits. Fantastic experience: First, let me start by saying that I tried several people before having a conversation with a lady while getting my hair done. We were talking about Universal and how difficult it was to navigate the site with understanding. The lady pulled out her phone and referred me to Jennifer. She informed me that Jennifer was very knowledgeable and would be the perfect person to help with trying to book a trip to Universal Studios. Fantastic experience: The plans for our trip began as a weekend getaway to Universal Orlando Resort to experience our first Halloween Horror Nights. I asked Jennifer to assist me with going through the different options and packages, and found it to be more cost-effective and doable to book a full week-long vacation. We stayed on-site at the adorable 50's themed Cabana Bay Resort, visited all 3 parks over 4 days, spent a night getting scared at HHN28, and even got to experience the Blue Man Group! After our trip, Jennifer followed up with me to make sure everything went well and then listened to my full recap of our trip. She is a great communicator, made sure we had everything we would need before leaving for our trip, and included some fun little surprises for us in the weeks leading up to our first day of vacation. I've asked her to keep an eye and ear out for future vacation ideas for us as I'll use her planning services for every trip that I can from now on.

Fantastic experience: If you are going to Disney World, Jennifer is the way to go! I booked and planned our last four trips, so I know how involved it can be. We booked through Jennifer for our fifth trip and it was so easy! She is amazing and does a great job taking care of you. She keeps an eye on rates and specials, sends Disney Magic to your home before you even get to Disney, checks on you throughout the process, and always offers prompt help when needed.
