Fantastic experience: I’ve been very satisfied with the service provided by Axioma. I’ve gotten flights at or below the prevailing cost listed on the internet. And usually the connections are better or in some cases I’ve gotten a non-stop for what I would have paid for a layover flight. Plus, they intervened when I had an issue with the online check-in for a flight. Overall, it’s been a positive experience!

Negative experience: Terribly bad experience! The ticket price was deducted from my Bank account three times! Later they corrected it but they were very rude and unprofessional for their terrible mistake! NEVER, NEVER hang through this horrible agency!!

Negative experience: Absolutely a waste of money booking with them. Do yourself a favor and never ever book with them. The little amount of money you think you’re saving on your ticket price is not worth the hassle they put you through. The way they treat their customers is a clear reflection of how they must treat their employees , hence the high turn over rate . Horrendous customer service and support which should be their main quality!

Positive experience: Service over the phone is very friendly and the ladies were very nice, but the rates for the flights and dates I requested are the same as those on Google Flights

Negative experience: I used this travel agent for years and I can tell you that their service went below 1 star. Recently, I booked trip to EU and back for my wife and I. On the way to Europe all our seats were separate which I found very weird. When I’m going on a long vacation flight I’m planning to sit with my wife not with some strangers. BUT really drama was on our way back to US. When we were checking in at Zagreb airport, we were told that they do not see our flights beyond Munich and they can only issue tickets to the Munich where we have to pick up our bag go through security and find American Airlines shelter, and see what is going on. I tried to call Axioma, but nobody answered. Upon arriving to Munich. I sent my wife straight to the gate to see what is going on and I was going to pick up our luggage and try to recheck them. In only hour and 15 minutes this was a Mission impossible but I tried. My wife somehow made it to the gate and we decided for her to continue her journey to the US and I stayed an extra night in Munich and got the flight next day back to US. With all the headache, missing day of work, and hotel/food expenses I asked Axioma to only cover Hotel and food ($180) and they refused without hesitation not worrying about losing long-term customer. I know they gonna blame this on American Airlines , but trust me I contacted them and they said it was just poor booking from Travel Agent. I’m glad that my wife and I are safe and sound back in the US but this was vacation travel from hell.

Positive experience: I've been a customer for over 25 years for all my overseas flights. The quality of service has gone way down since then. For a week now and after numerous phone calls and emails I still can't change my flight even though I was told I could when purchased the ticket and paid CASH for it!?! I'm stuck now and will probably have to go directly to airport (4 hr round trip) to try and change it directly with the airline. Would not recomend it...I know it's my last time.

Negative experience: Jedna od agencija, koja voli da naplaćuje za svaku sitnicu. Lažu da nema let za odredjeni datum, preprodavaju karte kako bi profitirali i naplatili extra u izgovoru na razliku u ceni ako ste kupili već kartu i tražite promenu datuma. U Beogradu mi nisu ništa naplatili. A ovde deru.

Negative experience: Skoro uvek smo kupovali karte preko ove kompanije. Ali ove godine su blago receno katastrofa. Kada smo kupili karte, nisu nam rekli da moramo doplatiti pare za kofere, nisu nam javili da je let pomeren za tri sata iz Njujorka do Sarlota, a bili su obavesteni,to su nam rekli iz American airlanes, naravno , nas nisu zvali da nas obaveste. Da napomenem da su svoju uslugu doobro naplatili, a dobili smo duplo nista. Ne znam cemu takva neprofesionalnost?

Negative experience: Postovani,ovo su karte koje je Lufthansa zamijenila bez ikakvih pitanja nadoplata i itd u razgovoru s njima smo rekli kako ste nam vi rekli da lufthansa ne zeli zamijeniti karte oni su nam odgovorili da je to potpuna neistina I da vi lazete ljude ,Vi ste trebali da zovete lufthansu vi ste uzeli proviziju a sad zelite jos jedan put sram vas bilo u emailu koji sam vam poslao 10 Maja pise da sve karte stavljamo na Hold I to potvrdio velikim slovima vec tada ste trebali da stupite u kontakt sa Croatia I lufthansa kako ste odgovorili 11 Maja za croatiu airlanes imamo do kraja godine da damo nove datume za putovanje u 2021 godinu koliko znam jos nije kraj godine posto vi niste odradili ono sto ste trebali a kako je vidljivo iz emaila mi smo karte stavili na hold sad izvolite danas da nam posaljete karte koje su u skladu sa ovim kartama u prilogu koje ste vi trebali da rjesavate a ne mi zato smo I kupili preko agencije Axioma Travel da se mi nemoramo s tim baviti ovo nije nasa greska mene ne interesira tko kod vas nije obavio posao Za koji je placen ili je zaboravio to vi rjesite izmedju sebe mene ne zanima ocete karte uzeti preko Croatie Jupitera Marsa I don’t care samo posaljite karte I ne pokusavajte setapovati karticu jer ce mi iduci korak biti Lawyer’s,I da samo da ne zaboravim ovo cu da zaljepim na Review na nasem I na Engleskom. Negative experience: First of all I would like to point something very important. One of the people who previously wrote the review - Sanja Djukic used to (and maybe still does) work for Axioma. Another writer - Goran Dukic is most likely her spouse given the same last name and the profile picture of the same child. Therefore, Axioma has their employees and their families write positive reviews about the agency! Very sad! Second of all I also (unfortunately) purchased 3 refundable tickets from them at the beginning of the year. Our flight was canceled and we were never notified of the cancellation. We asked for our refund and they have refused to return it with argument that the airline has to refund the money. Well, the payment was made to Axioma, so of course the airline is saying that we need to reach out to the travel agency ( see the excerpt from the email sent by the airline company). I believe that only way we will get our money back is we file complaints to BBB, Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Trade Commission (FDT), State Attorney’s office - which I will do. I encourage everyone who has been cheated by these fraudsters! Shame on you Axioma! You are stealing money from honest, hard working people! Please do your part and file the complaints against them. The more complaints submitted, will urge the agencies to conduct thorough investigations and take steps to stop Axioma from continued fraudulent activities.

Negative experience: If I could give them zero stars, I would. We purchased refundable tickets from Axioma. One of our flight was canceled by the airline due to COVID-19. They never notified us of this cancellation. We have been trying to get the refund since August and all they have been giving us so far have been wrong and untrue information. Now they are refusing to give us the refund even though we paid extra for refundable tickets. Save your money and time and don’t buy tickets from these fraudulent individuals! They are very unprofessional and insincere!

Negative experience: My family and I are scheduled to fly to Croatia on June 4th but there are travel restrictions in Europe that prevent us from flying. We requested a refund because the airlines we are flying with allow it but Axioma Travel refuse to do so and only allow to re-schedule with price of difference included. We finally decided to give up on the refund and just re-book it but they have blocked my wife and I's number. We used a different number and they are stating they will call us back with our requested dates but NO RESPONSE!!! Our flight is soon coming up and they are purposely stalling this out till our flight date. I complained to BBB, FTC, and DOT. I spent a lot of money on 3 tickets, and they're holding my money hostage.

Negative experience: My boyfriend and his family have used this agency for years, so we thought we would use them again to purchase our trip for this Summer. However, upon reviewing the receipt and then comparing to Condor airlines website prices, we realized that prices were actually $537 dollars cheaper online. I just (a few minutes ago) called the agency to ask what the reason for the discrepancy was and spoke to one of the rudest, female workers I have ever spoken with in customer service. Ever. I told her that we believed that the Agency would obtain the best prices and when she proved to be unhelpful I asked why people should book with the Agency if they do not obtain the best prices. She responded saying "I don't know". Be educated and aware, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. Worst Experience, horrible prices and absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not book here-save your money! Wish I could give Zero Stars!

Negative experience: The worst and most unprofessional travel agency ever!!!! I was trying to get a ticket quickly to GERMANY to see my mom who is not in the best health. They had secured a ticket through air Berlin. I assumed everything was ok but it wasn’t. I had heard air Berlin was in bankruptcy so I called axioma to ask if my ticket was ok they assured me it was. Only to a couple days later to have them call me and tell me that my ticket was null and void. They offered no resolution in fact they offered another ticket 200$ more and that the original amount would not be applied so we would have to pay out of pocket again and the refund no information was given other than was told that the refund is from airberlin not axioma... which is ridiculous in itself like I said please do not ever go thorough axioma the worst most unprofessional staff ever!

Negative experience: Horrible experience! They booked me a ticket trough a country for which I needed visa (even though I was not leaving the airport, just transiting). I found out about that at the airport at the check-in counter where the airline folks told me that I couldn’t board the plane because I didn’t have the valid visa! The agency should be aware of these things! I had to buy a brand new ticket there on the spot which of course was very expensive. The agency refunded me several months later. I would never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone!
