Negative experience: لا انصح ابدا بالتعامل مع هذا المكتب لم استفد منه الا الخسارة و الاحباط I strongly don’t recommend this office at all, dishonest untrustworthy unqualified people

Negative experience: تعاملت مع هذا المكتب وكانت أسوأ تجربة مررت بها على الإطلاق. الفريق غير مؤهل تمامًا، ولا أنصح بالتعامل معهم نهائيًا. وبالأخص المدعو محمد شتات، بسبب سوء إدارته للقضية خسرت فرصة لم شمل زواج بعد سنتين من الانتظار بسبب خطاء في تقديم الاوراق من المكتب وخسرت ما يقارب 3,500 دولار تحت مسمى أتعاب المكتب. والأسوأ من ذلك، أنهم يرفضون رد هذه الأتعاب ويتحايلون للتهرب من المسؤولية يوجد معي كل الادلة والتفاصيل. أنصح بالابتعاد عن هذا المكتب تمامًا. ‏I had horrible deal with this office, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The team is completely dishonest and unqualified, and I do not recommend their services at all. Especially the individual Mohamed shatat, due to his mishandling of my case, I lost my case after 2 years waiting due to office fault while preparing my case paperwork and approximately $3,500 office fees. To make matters worse, they refuse to refund these fees and are dodging responsibility i have all evidences and details. I strongly don’t recommend this office at all.

Negative experience: Horrible experience, dishonesty beyond believes!! Mr. Taher Saad, has in his office supposedly a lawyer by the name of: Mohamed Shatat or Mike Shatat, go figure, who doesn’t know what his doing! He messed up a case for me by messing up the translation from English to Arabic which caused me more than $500.00 and when I asked for my $150.00 back which I paid Mr. Taher Saad office as his fees he argued and after three days he only refund me $75.00 ….. Don’t ever use this office

Fantastic experience: They do excellent work. They make sure that all documents are filled out correctly and sent on time. The service is great and wonderful. Just a great place to go if you need help with any immigration problems or if you want to travel to a great location. They have great ticket prices too.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend they dishonest people

Negative experience: First and last time calling, I don’t plan to hire this company, I spoke with Mike, he was short, and rude, it looks like I was bothering him. Mike did not responded to my third question, Mike just said to me “Bye” then hang up. Also, the first male that answered the phone; did not identified the name of the business he said “Hello” I thought that I miss dialed, then, without notice, he transferred my phone call to this male voice. (Mike) I had to ask for his name. Glad this happened because now I know that I never make business with this company.

Negative experience: The are very unprofessional, bad service, they don’t update their immigration law, I hired them in 2009 and I paid them in full but didn’t finish my immigration case with them.
