Negative experience: I boarded the bus today thinking i will be able to sit in the seat that i paid for but that was not the case. The guy in my seat did not want to move because the driver said we can sit anywhere. No point in paying extra for anything! Nothing is checked and you can sit wherever you want on the bus! Otherwise… smooth ride.

Positive experience: Courteous service and comfortable air conditioned waiting lounge provided. Travelers returning to this stop in the evening are advised to be extra cautious if waiting outside for a pickup from relatives or Uber. Be on guard for people approaching you.

Negative experience: Llamas a la oficina en Houston y te dejan en espera unos minutos para después colgar la llamada y son déspotas aparte

Negative experience: Empty lobby forced us to wait outside in the rain

Negative experience: Forced my fiancée to stand out in the rain while their lobby was empty. They state they are a 3rd party therefore they only allow customers who booked directly with them to sit inside. However, they still profited on this booking. We were still customers. Will raise this concern with their partners. Would be better to board the bus at another location.

Fantastic experience: Safe,fast, & reliable!!

Negative experience: Bad business. I have a bus picking me up at 10am. I get to the station at 9:15am and the lady in the front doesnt allow me to wait in the waiting room. The waiting room is completely empty. She told me to stand outside in the sun! Greyhound be better! Its a bus station for God sake. She was so rude. Never again.

Fantastic experience: The buses are very comfortable and so is the service. Los autobuses son muy cómodos y el servicio también.

Fantastic experience: Good service and nice staff. People a word of advice. Traveling in bus isn’t like traveling on a airplane. Buses will be delayed, they pick up passengers along their route. Let’s be a bit comprehensive. Also every bus company has their policy of cancellation and change of date. To those people complaining “oh they didn’t want to refund me my money” ask about the policy before you purchase your ticket. It’s that simple. People now a days want everything handed to them.

Positive experience: Buen servicio del personal de atención a clientes, pero pésimo servicio de un operador de la tercera edad que desde que vas a abordar te trata mal , va manejando y hablando por teléfono y con palabras altisonantes, pésimo conductor

Negative experience: Pecima atención el servicio para comprar boletos por teléfono casi 1 hora y media me dejaron en espera y nunca contestaron las Señoritas operadoras k contestaban solo te decían estamos muy ocupadas si quiere esperar pues asi paso durante 3 horas en las k quince comprar un boleto por motivos personales no podia ir en persona el boleto era para mi tia asi k recomiendo o contratar mas gente k se dedique solo a vender boletos por teléfono o q solo no vendan definitivamente nunca los boletos por teléfono asi de simple gracias y pues muy desagradable tarde me hicieron pasar esas señoritas al teléfono

Negative experience: They have terrible customer service . They tell you the bus is coming at a certain hour and it’s never true. There are one hour to two hour delay always .

Negative experience: Bad business drove 30min from Katy to sit 2hrs and wait on a bus that pulled up and drove off they didn't want to refund my ticket and said I had to buy another ticket she never announced the bus or anything the lady had an ugly attitude as well never again!

Negative experience: Bad for business didn't even use the ticket I bought For a friend and couldn't even get my refund I would rather hitchhike then catch a bus riding the greyhound never had the experience, but what they did to me over $40 will never experience it. Thanks Mr Greyhound I guest you must have really needed more than I did.
