Negative experience: Had the company sign up for clc lodging. Clc lodging policy is wont be charged until check out. Get to hotel check in go to room have room for a few days but was booted out after one due to clc issues. Rebook to another hotel and clc declines. Thanks for having to sleep in my vehicle while 1200 miles from home
Negative experience: LEVEL 7 GUIDE ! MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF VIEWS ON THIS PLAYFORM ALONE..... I am FORCED to use this agency because of my current employer. I have NOTHING nice to say about them ! I have slept in my bucket truck COUNTLESS times because of them in one way or another. If you HAVE TO use them ? Ha ha ha ha. You're screwed. Bring a pillow and a blanket cause you will eventually be sleeping in your truck ! P.s. I can't thank you enough CLC for this AMAZING ADVENTURE you guys have just caused with your "systems glitch" as Rom stated on the phone call.
Negative experience: Absolutely a joke !!! I make a reservation online , get a clc confirmation as well as a hotel confirmation only for my employees to get to the hotel and the reservation has been CANCELLED!! call the customer service they rebook it over the phone 15 min later get another email with a CANCELLATION??? no reason as to how or why this has happened , no longer using this sorry excuse of a company , do better or you will be out of business in no time , this has happened on multiple occasions!

Negative experience: I'll bite my tongue
Negative experience: Some of the employees are nice, some are rude. I use this because I have to for work. At least 50% of the time, they write down my number and email wrong and I have to call back so that I can get a reservation number sent to me. Just today, they said they’d check for availability at a certain hotel for me and let me know if they were sold out. No one called, emailed or texted. When I called back 4 hours later, they let me know that I had no reservation. It’s 2024 and they have no ability to save your phone number or email with your customer number. I would never use this service if I did not have to.
Negative experience: I'm not sure what has happened how ever I'm very pissed with my last business transaction with CLC. I always call and check the CLC rate of the room before I check into a room. I was doubled charged by CLC and I will no longer be using their services for my stay in any hotels. They are a Scam. When you call their agents they are unprofessional and they don't have a clue on what they are doing. I was charged $132.00 dollars a night on rooms that were only suppose to cost $65 a night. I'm hiring a layer and filing a civil dispute. Stay away far away from CLC.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend using CLC Lodging. Anyone booking Corporate Travel across the US knows the challenges we are faced with on a regular basis. With CLC Lodging you have a whole team behind you no matter the obstacle. You are never alone. They find the solution quickly, very pleasant and most important they make my job more effecient all around. If you are not already using CLC Lodging you should be.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of working with CLC Lodging because I am responsible for making lodging decisions for our company and I needed help fast! My initial thought was that it would cost too much, but I was totally wrong! After speaking to Stephenie Haden and Steve Buechner, I realized what a great business relationship we could have. I have had so much success working with this company in providing apartments, hotels and short term leases for our staff! I have used their services so much that Jody Bettiga and Brittany Rayan have become my BEST friends for apartments. The other staff members are also very prompt in responding to my hotel lodging needs as well. Fantastic experience: I have managed my company's lodging program through CLS/CLC since 2014. I have received excellent service and reporting. CLC representatives and my account manager are always polite and responsive. The direct billing is a benefit to our company to keep credit cards to a minimum. CLC has improved the online booking process and continues to offer a 24 hour call center solution for crews that are remote or not technically savvy.

Fantastic experience: We have partnered with CLC for the last several years (at least 6 years that I'm aware of), and the relationship has been VERY beneficial to us. It definitely helps ease the travel planning process, which can be very cumbersome to us, as we are just over 10,000 EE's. I would especially like to point out the helpfulness, responsiveness, and overall professionalism of our account manager, Catharine Bailey - she is the best.

Fantastic experience: My company has worked with CLC for almost a year now. We are very satisfied with the time and money we save! Fantastic experience: We have had the best experience with CLC for the past year. Professional, friendly, and expeditious with all of our requests. Fantastic experience: We use CLC Lodging for all our reservation needs. They have always been friendly and quick to assist in last minute situations. Booking reservations is easy and the new "Book Now" feature has been great. Any time I have called in, they are always friendly.

Negative experience: Hotels beware!!! They are sneaky and will submit chargebacks nonstop. Then, when you provide them with their own paperwork, you still do not get paid. I will be calling the company they sourced for to file a complaint as well. BEWARE! Also, I’m noticing a lot more online reservations are being made. Thought it was supposed to be getting a good deal. Instead of doing something ANYONE can do. Clients, beware and take the time to call the hotels. Generally, better deals can be given! Right, you want me to call and waste my time? I spoke to more than one supervisor and still nothing. Look how long it took you to reach out to me about this 110% accurate review. You lost more than my hotel, you lost the company you were servicing and I have other companies that come in begging to stay with me because I won’t take CLS anymore. You guys messed up big time!

Fantastic experience: CLS has handled all of my corporate lodging needs perfectly for 2 years. No matter what time I call or email, my needs are met promptly with a friendly, courteous staff member. Special thanks to Leeza for her diligence and patience in helping with last minute reservations for me and my coworkers.

Positive experience: This organization has caused me quite the frustration this week. Up until this week, I had never heard of this organization. Now? They have tried not once, but twice to book a hotel stay under my name. I am not affiliated with their organization in anyway, and am frustrated with both the hotel chain (AmericInn) and this supposed company. I've tried calling twice to see if I can better understand what is going on, but both times I called operators weren't available - even though I was calling during standard business hours. I question how reputable Creative Lodging Solutions truly is. Edit: Ariana from CLS called and apologized for the confusion. Apparently the error has been with the hotel reserving rooms under my name for an employee of theirs under the same name. I appreciate her following up with me directly, and quickly! :)

Negative experience: Wow, NIGHTMARE Where do I begin.. I guess at the beginning, I have never been treated like my habitat is not important. I went with this company because i have been working disaster with a contracted company. So they were dealing with the hotel accommodations. I finally got booked after days of waiting and constant calls. Was on an assignment for about a week got a call that i had to move due to the pricing of the hotel that i didnt book remember thats what they do. So they move me to another hotel for about another week and a half. This time i was reassigned to another city and state. As soon as I got the orders i called them up immediately. This was on a Wed needless to say that it is Sat and I have not gotten a room yet. While driving 18hours and 72 hpurs notice i was reassured that i wpuld be taken care of. I slept in my car new to the area and limited access to a new city and state and needless to say not a call back or a sorry just unfortunately we are working on it and there is nothing we can tell you at the moment. Oh did i mention that I had my 10 yr old daughter with me. Worse experience of a lifetime. I have never been so scared before in all my life. So please dont put your trust in these people they will decieve you and leave you hanging.! Peace and Blessings # You have been warned!!!

So many of our clients are responding to the relief efforts from the three major hurricanes and we are doing everything possible to locate lodging in hard hit areas where rooms are scarce.
