Negative experience: I was told visa will be processed in 3-10 business days, DID NOT HAPPEN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My parents are supposed to travel in 2 days, I was told it will be done before their travel day. Zero communication with Visa specialist.

Fantastic experience: VisaHQ is my go-to visa service. I have been using their services since 2004. I have experienced zeo errors and zero complaints in their services.

Negative experience: If I could less than 1 star I would!! This comany lost my daughters passport. I'm still trying to locate her document as they're stating the passport was delivered to their old office! I'm livid! I'm not getting any answers and her trip is on the 13th. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Negative experience: THIS PLACE IS AN ABOMINATION. I never had this experience with a visa application. I was told I would receive my visa in 3 business days. This is the 5th business day and I still have not received it. No one has any valuable information at all. I never write reviews but I am furious at the lack of assistance, and the incorrect information I have been given from the beginning. I made the mistake of not checking reviews.

Negative experience: I paid to have my visa in 3-5 business days. They refused to guarantee that I would receive my visa in the time I paid for. They only pushed through my application AFTER I wrote this negative review. Patronizing VisaHQ was an unpleasant experience.

Negative experience: Guy's please, be careful they are scam and always hangup your phone after the took your money. Belive me check them on other review thru online, even their actual office is been closed

Fantastic experience: What an awesome experience! We were in a hurry to get our Mozambique visas and it is not a very good feeling sending off your family's passports 9 days before you are leaving. VisaHQ was spot on and kept us informed of every movement. Everything went exactly according to their estimate and we are sitting here with our visas and passports waiting for our trip!

Fantastic experience: Very very happy with service, price and the whole process. I felt like i was in the loop with the numerous emails of updates I received. The only downside was filling out the actual visa form. I downloaded as instructed. The application/pdf fields were hard to to fill in. You really needed a sensitive track pad / mouse ( I was using a Mac Laptop ).That was my only issue. I highly recommend. Happy Travels :).

Fantastic experience: The process to get a letter of invitation for my business visa for China was epic, lasting weeks when it should have been days. However, once I got it, I delivered it and my passport in person to the 5th Avenue office. The staff there immediately began to process it, answered my questions and sent me on my way in about 10 minutes. They expressed some reservations about whether I would get the 10-year M visa with an education-related letter of invitation. That was Wednesday. Today I found out that I did in fact get the requested visa. Moreover, over the past few hours I had several detail questions, and the woman assigned to my application responded to my emails it seemed within minutes. If I have any disappointment, it's with FedEx. I was really surprised to find out that it doesn't do overnight deliveries on Saturdays. I guess I would have had to pay yet a bit more. That aside, I can't recommend this group enough!

Negative experience: I bet all the reviews here are fake. Too good to be true. I was gonna try a picture for my visa. It’s $15 for a visa photo and get this—they take it on their phones (not even iPhones btw). Was kept waiting for 30+ minutes for no reason. When I was about to get up and leave, she asked me how I wanted to pay and said she would start to print the pic. Walked out. Don’t waste your time

Fantastic experience: I was initially nervous about mailing my passport to complete strangers. The represenrative, Griselle Morales, assured me that she would make sure that I knew where my passport was at each stage of the visa process. When I had difficulty emailing my flight information she helped me identify the information needed and suggested how to send the PDF version. She explained the slight delay in processing the visa due to a holiday and closure of the Mozambique consul office. She stayed late to make sure she had a complete application to bring to the consul. I received my passport on the date stated. I know I could have taken my chances at the border crossing, but frankly why would I put myself through the worry when Griselle would do everything for me- except packing! Thank you Visa HQ.

After submitting information requested online, I printed out the required documents and forms and mailed them along with my passport via FedEx overnight delivery which I was able to prepay for when I registered. I was emailed frequent updates on the status of my application, and within six days everything was completed and on its way back to me.

Negative experience: I was informed about the Indian visa server was down on the date when my visa was suppose to be processed. I was advised to wait a few days but no one called me with an update around 4:30pm on Friday (1 week from my trip). So I called the office and was told it was unlikely I'll have my visa done for my trip. I was then advised to use eVisa but need to retrieve my passport from Consulate. The agent asked me to go to NYC Indian Consulate with her on Monday so I can retrieve my passport to apply for eVisa . This should have been raised as a backup when I was informed about the potential delay. I would have plenty of time to retrieve my passport and apply for eVisa without me making a trip to NYC to retrieve my passport. I paid the agency for expedited service and unfortunately they were not on top of it.

Fantastic experience: I was a little sketched out having to ship my passport and pay ~$250 to this company - anything could go wrong, really, when you think about it. However, the VisaHQ service was easy, harmless, and quick. My documents arrived at their office on a Wednesday morning and my passport was returned to me (with the correct Chinese visa!) the following Wednesday. I received updates on the status of my order, which was reassuring. They did put a sticker on the back of my passport which was weird, but it could be easily peeled off.

Negative experience: If I could give this service 0 stars.... I would. From beginning to end the service was awful. I didn't get my passport in time and had to do everything myself last minute. They were hard to reach and not helpful AT ALL.
