We drove to Greensboro and met Christie and knew we had chosen the right travel agent to plan our cruise for family and friends to attend our daughter destination wedding. Fantastic experience: It was mid summer 2025 and our 60th wedding anniversary was fast approaching (Labor Day weekend). We were considering a cruise somewhere. A friend recommended that we call Dawn Gray at 4 Moons Travel. Dawn was able to meet with us the next day. She was able to find a wonderful western Mediterranean cruise on Silverseas Whisper which was perfect for us in terms of budget and timing and quality of accommodations.She also found good flights on Delta. She also was able to find nice boutique hotel accommodations in Barcelona for two days prior to embarkation and in Nice following debarkation. Fantastic experience: Went to Greece to celebrate my 50th birthday- did not disappoint. We worked with Christie Hoover and she was great! She provided thorough details for all activities and specific drivers, etc. She also gave us an app that tracked everything to make it easy. September was a great time to go to avoid the crowds and Paros is an island not to miss. We loved Santorini and staying on the cliffs is a must.

Fantastic experience: Another great trip planned by 4 Moons Travel! Our trip to the Swiss Alps with World Premier Discovery Tours booked by Dawn Gray at 4 Moons Travel was amazing--all nine days of it! Flights went smoothly, the overall tour with a 6 night stay in Wengen, Switzerland at the Silberhorn Hotel (wonderful) where we had an awesome travel experience on trains, boats, cable cars, funiculars, cog railways and gondolas, led by a tour director, Korey Armine, who led us by "light sabre" through the streets of Bern, Lucerne, and the Jungfrau region. This was truly Switzerland including high altitude adventures, walking on a glacier and visiting Europe's highest weather station (12000 feet). I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to experience the true Swiss Alps (as long as you have the stamina and energy to WALK and CLIMB). And booking it through 4 Moons Travel ensures that all your needs will be taken care of in the planning and carrying out of the trip.

Fantastic experience: We just got back from our very first Royal Caribbean cruise as a family, and I can't say enough good things about our experience—or about Lisa, our amazing travel agent! From start to finish, she made the entire planning process smooth and stress free! Several personal touches to make sure our group of 12 had dinner schedules and noted two special birthdays we were celebrating. Lisa took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, gave us helpful tips and suggestions we wouldn’t have known otherwise, and made sure every detail was covered. Fantastic experience: Dawn and team did an excellent job planning our trip to Arizona. Our original objective was to see the Grand Canyon, which was on my bucket list for as long as I can remember. But, we were open to other suggestions Dawn had. I'm so glad we just trusted her with our trip. We have been using Dawn to plan our vacations for 18 years, and she has a pretty good idea of what we like. We ended up adding 3 days in Sedona, which was absolutely beautiful. We took some leisurely hikes to Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock and thoroughly enjoyed the local scenery. Next stop was the Grand Canyon. We stayed at a hotel inside the park, only a few minute walk to the south rim. As expected, the views were breathtaking. We drove along the canyon to the Desert View Tower, stopping along the way. We also attended a presentation by park rangers highlighting the night sky above the canyon. The stargazing was incredible. Our next stop was probably the best "visually stunning" stop. We took a couple days in the Page, AZ area, visiting Antelope Canyon, horseshoe bend, and Lake Powell. SIMPLY. AMAZING! We slipped out of our comfort zone here as our accommodations were "glamping". Our idea of roughing it has always been a hotel that doesn't have a spa . . . but, this turned out to be pretty cool. Before flying home, we made our final stop for a couple days in Scottsdale. Since we had spent some time hiking and being somewhat active, we decided to end with a spa day, staying at the Fairmont in Scottsdale. This was the perfect way to end the vacation.

This second one was a little more complicated than the first as we changed our travel plans a week before our take off because of our concerns about bad flooding in Spain. So a few transfers with private drivers did not go as smoothly as the first trip but that was because the Tour Agencies in Portugal and Spain did not change the arrangements. When we reached out to Christie stateside, she jumped right on it and solved the problems for us. The hotels she chose for us and the drivers to give us tours of the areas were phenomenal. Fantastic experience: To say our experience with 4 Moons Travel and Lisa Tatum was fantastic is an understatement. My girlfriend and I wanted to take a cruise with my 2 kids, and we looked around for a few starter quotes. My girlfriend was an avid cruiser, and I have only been on one. Needless to say, we went with her experience on booking cruises. We found out that Lisa worked as a travel agent with 4 Moons Travel, and upon getting several quotes from other agents, Lisa's was the best bang for the buck (plus, she was more responsive and quick to get us what we needed) She was very timely in responding to our request, questions, and all around general "looking for knowledge" about particular cruises and such. We told her where we wanted to go, and what cruise line and ship we wanted. It felt like Lisa took all of the responsibility out of our hands and handled it personally, like it was a vacation that she was going on. Occasionally she would need some information from us, and with in a few minutes to an hour we had what she needed, and she was back to work booking our vacation cruise. Our cruise was with Royal Caribbean on "Symphony of the Seas" cruise ship to the Bahamas, Haiti, and Jamaica. The perfect vacation for out first vacation all together. We told Lisa we would book our flights to Florida (since I had air miles), but that we needed a hotel since we wanted to fly down the day before the cruise set sail. She found a few hotels within a short distance of the port which helped a lot. We didn't need the best hotel since we were just staying one night. One of her recommendations had a small pool (which the kids loved, of course) and was about 10 minutes (Uber ride) to the port. Our perfect vacation planning had started. Then came the issue with the violence in Haiti. Of course we had concerns about what Royal Caribbean would do in this instance, and she replied to every email, every question with a professional and honest response, from her and what she has heard and experienced through other agents, as well as a response from RC. Her responses took the edge off of our shoulders and made us comfortable that our safety was being looked into, not only from her and 4 Moons Travel, but RC as well. After that, all we had to do was wait, and wait, and wait for our exciting vacation cruise. Occasionally Lisa would email us to double check if we had any additional questions, concerns, etc. about our upcoming vacation. We did, of course, about excursions that were cancelled due to the Haiti port being cancelled. We also had some issues on the RC app booking certain excursions, cruise packages, being charged for some things, but not showing up, etc. She looked into everything, made calls and emailed RC and got us square away, and once again we were carefree until our cruise. Long store short, our vacation cruise went perfectly. Once on the boat, we didn't have a care in the world other than making it to our port excursions on time (sometimes it's hard to get the kids up that early) and making it to dinner on our scheduled time!!! Our cruise went so perfectly that I ended up proposed to my girlfriend, and came home with a fiancé!!! Upon returning from our cruise, Lisa wrote us a follow up email, welcoming us home and asking how everything was. We truly feel that she not only had our best interest at heart, but that she booked a vacation for us as if she were booking a vacation for her family. I am embarrassed that it has taken me so long to write a review of our experience with Lisa and 4 Moons Travel, but after coming home on cloud 9 and getting back into the hang of work and regular life, it's just taken some time. I want to give a sincere Thank You to Lisa, as well as 4 Moons Travel, for making our vacation cruise much more easier to plan as a family! Our next vacation will definitely be with 4 Moons Travel, and we'll definitely be requesting Lisa Tatum as our travel expertise!!!!

The hotels she booked were all top notch! Having car services booked ahead of time were key in some of the cities we visited. All of the drivers were courteous and the vehicles were more than comfortable for our group. The travel app is also an understated, valuable tool in multi days of travel. To have the days itinerary at your finger tips at all times is a game changer to the printed papers! How did we function before this?? Positive experience: We asked for a vacation focused on Christmas Markets in Central Europe, and the crew at Four Moons delivered! Each hotel was within walking distance of at least one market, and was also close to historic points of interest. We spent time in Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg and Munich. (Thank goodness the 4 Moons folks talked us into Salzburg! It was our favorite spot!) One hotel was a little more rustic than we prefer, or we would have given 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: 4 Moons Travel is an amazing travel agency to work with. Dawn was our travel agent and she was incredible. She was very knowledgeable and made sure that all of my vacation needs were met. The trip was very reasonable in price and included a few accommodations. This trip was definitely unforgettable. I will be using Full Moon again in the near future.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Katie to book our belated COVID honeymoon, and she was fantastic! We gave her a date range, budget, and what we were looking to get out of our trip, and she provided multiple suggestions the same day! She worked with our budget to get us the most bang for our buck, including which airport would be the best to fly out of or whether we should include flights in our package versus booking them with our miles. She booked all of our excursions and provided vouchers for everything 2 weeks before we left. She checked in on us while we were on our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly! She looked into COVID travel requirements, so we didn't have to do anything except book the trip and go! Our return flight got cancelled as soon as we were getting into the shuttle to go to the airport. While we were able to get it sorted fairly easily, Katie was there for support! Katie was our first experience with any travel agent, and she set the bar high! We can't wait to use her again!

Fantastic experience: Dawn and Christie did an excellent job for us on our trip to Mexico. Dawn helped us decide where we could go and get the best trip for the budget that we had. They made sure that we had all of the paperwork that we would need ahead of time so we could have that completed ahead of time and have less stress when we arrived. When we arrived to our destination, the resort had made an error on our reservation. We were on the phone with Dawn immediately on a Sunday and she had the issue resolved with the resort in less than 24 hours. It was nice to have Dawn and Christie so committed to looking out for us. Fantastic experience: Dawn Gray has been our travel agent extraordinaire for the past 3 years! What a blessing her services have been! She set up a wonderful cruise which we took right before the pandemic hit, then fought aggressively to get our money back on our cruise to Tahiti/Hawaii when it was cancelled four days before we were to depart. Now she has been diligent in planning several other cruises for the future, handling the cancellations which happened due to the pandemic and is now continuing to rebook for the future (hoping they will not be cancelled!) All of this she has done willingly, cheerfully, and efficiently--always keeping us informed and updated. She is ably assisted by Christie Hoover, who deals with all our questions and concerns when Dawn is not available. We enjoy working with Dawn and Christie and will continue as clients as long as they will have us!!!

Fantastic experience: Dawn was a great help in planning my honeymoon to the Dominican Republic. She was very responsive and helped us pick a resort that best fit our desires and budget. Unfortunately, due to the backlog, my passport renewal did not arrive in time and Christie helped us change our trip to Puerto Rico two days before the wedding. We were able to find very nice accommodations and everything turned out great!

Fantastic experience: I love 4 moons travel agency. Christie is my personal travel agent and is so awesome. I’ve used them for a trip to Vegas, Riveria Maya, Mexico, and we’re currently planning Hawaii for 2020. They respond quickly, find you great options and rates, and very professional. My Mexico trip was originally for Punta Cana but i changed my mind bc of the recent events and changing was simple, without any extra costs (get the trip insurance, you won’t regret it). I don’t have to worry, rental cars, transport, everything is already taken care of. Now that’s a way to vacay! Overall a great agency, makes planning and paying for trips effortless.

Fantastic experience: Dawn (and her 4 Moons Travel team) put together a trip of a lifetime for my 80 yr old mom and I to Capetown, Kruger National Park & Victoria Falls. Every part of if was truly amazing! From the seamless flights/ transfers to the amazing places we stayed every part of the trip was something truly spectacular. The tours we did in Capetown with #ThompsonsAfrica tour guides were TOP NOTCH and the groups were small so we could adjust easily. #TheCommodoreHotelCapetown was wonderful. The Lodges at #Lukimbisafarilodge were so nice and INSIDE Kruger National Park so animals were literally just outside our deck and all over the lodge property. Everyone at the at resort was A+++. Would highly recommend Dawn and 4 Moons Travel. PS She also did a spectacular trip for us a couple years ago to Italy that was just seamless.

Fantastic experience: We have not left for our trip yet but the process of the trip has been painless. Update now we are back. This by far was the best experience we have ever had. Being it was our first trip we bugged the snot out of the gals at the office but they took every call and made us feel like they understood our concern while reassuring us that we were good. We went to Mexico in the middle of July and even though it was super hot it was still the best trip we have had. The staff took care of us and treated us like family. The man made cove was so cool and refreshing. I also think it was a better stay because all the beach front people that were on our plane would not stop talking about the seaweed. We did not have to deal with any of that. our resort was also in a "Jungle" and there were so many amazing new animals we got to see. you would be walking down to the beach and a 2 foot iguana would be strolling do the walk with you.

It was a much needed getaway. She did a good job of helping us narrow down places to go within our budget. Everything was planned well from the plane and transportation to and from. The resort was very nice and good attention to detail. Was a great way to relax and unwind.

Fantastic experience: 4 Moons Travel made our honeymoon completely stress free! We tried planning ourselves but with a wedding and everything else going on I gave up and searched through my business cards from the bridal shows and found 4 Moons Travel. They don’t charge you a fee, you give them a budget, the dates you want to travel, and some destinations and what you want from a honeymoon and they come back with choices. It was super easy and they only require 20% down and the rest due about a month before you travel. Christie Hoover was our travel agent and she was always available to answer questions. They took care of literally everything! We loved our honeymoon to Excellence El Carmen in the Dominican Republic and I have been bragging about this travel agency ever since.

Fantastic experience: I had the perfect honeymoon all thanks to Christie with 4 Moons Travel. I first called her because I was overwhelmed with trying to find an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. She asked me what I was looking for and gave me a lot of options and recommendations based on her extensive knowledge. I know I could not have done any better on my own and I am very happy that she took care of everything for us. It was one less thing to worry about before the big day. I will be contacting her again for any future trips!

Negative experience: WORST...Dawn the owner is very rude and unprofessional. This was our second time booking with this agency. The first was to Jamaica; after arriving at the resort we were surprised with additional fees. Bc we were not informed by the agency of these fees, the resort gracefully declined to make us pay. After meeting up with the rest of the wedding party, we learned that two other couples had serious issues with the same travel agency. Now a year later we gave them a second chance, EPIC mistake. Apon arriving at our hotel and checking out, we encountered the same issue...HIDDEN FEES. So we called the agency and spoke with Dawn about the situation. A HUGE MISTAKE...instead of trying to help the situation, she responded with sarcasm and unprofessionalism. WE NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My fiance and I met with Dawn at 4 Moons Travel agency today to plan our honeymoon. It was the first time we had ever dealt with a travel agent and I have say Dawn was awesome!!! We had a budget set but wasnt exactly sure where we wanted to go. She asked us some questions to find out what we were looking to do and how we wanted to spend our honeymoon to find the exact match to fit our needs. Dawn and her husband have traveled all over and are extremely knowledgeable about all of the places she suggested. We were able to narrow it down to a few options. The one we picked is an all inclusive resort called Unico in Riveria Maya, Mexico. The resort looks amazing with swimming pools, wet bars, all you can eat buffets, 5 resturants 1 with a celeberity chef, all you can drink alcoholic beverages, an ocean front room with a jacuzzi on our deck, and much more. Our package also includes swimming with the dolphines, snorkling, zip linning, a jungle tour and a bunch more that i cant remember for only a 20% service fee (so if it origionally costs $100 we only have to pay $20). Pretty much bottom line is Dawn hooked us up with am awesome deal, knows her stuff, and was awesome to deal with! Our vacation package we got is less than my origional budget, and we didnt even have to pay the full amount, she said we could make payments as we wanted to. We dont have to worry about flying or traveling to and from the resort because thats all been taking care of. We are extremely happy with the 4 Moon traveling service and are really excited for our trip. Stay tuned till we get back in October to hear how the trip went, and thank you so much Dawn for helping us out today!

Fantastic experience: *First of a two part review* We have been working with Beth to put together our honeymoon and she has been a pleasure to work with! She has been incredibly respectful of the budget and has definitely maximized every dollar we're putting towards the trip. The communication wasn't perfect in the very beginning but after we confirmed the trip we wanted to book she has been incredibly prompt in returning emails. At this point, we would definitely use Four Moons again. I really appreciate all the time Beth put in to planning our trip. I will write a second review once we get back from the honeymoon in August.

Fantastic experience: We had just moved from Illinois to North Carolina and already had our cruise booked for our 10 year anniversary trip. I thought I’d be able to book and plan the trip ourselves but after the recommendation of a coworker and endless hours of trying to find hotels and flights, we decided to go with Dawn at 4 Moons travel. She was always there to answer my questions and she worked incredibly hard to get me an even better deal than I had already booked, even after it was all paid for. Everything on the trip was perfect. The flights, the transfer, the hotel, and all of her suggestions worked perfectly. It was all laid out for us and we were able to do what we wanted to do... relax. And we owe a lot to 4 Moons Travel and Dawn for making it happen. Following our return, I learned that Dawn contacted the cruise line and expressed to them that we were on our anniversary trip and wanted to make sure they did everything they could for us. I was delighted when we arrived on our ship to find our stateroom had been upgraded from an interior to a balcony! I owe it all to Dawn and her team for going above and beyond for us. No matter who you are or where you are traveling I highly recommend 4 Moons Travel to treat your trip as if it were their own. A++
