Negative experience: Sizing is way off, t-shirts are thin material! The quality of the material is poor and see through. Don’t order from here, can’t exchange and you have to repurchase at 50% off.
Negative experience: I order last year for my children uniform and they came very fast ! This second time I reordered again been over a month that I haven’t received nothing supposed to be out by August 22nd where in September 12th I called and email them plenty of times they just keep saying on Friday Friday Friday been 3 fridays already and haven’t gotten nothing !!! I called on Monday tell told me they would call me and they didn’t guess what it’s gonna be Friday and nada !!!
Negative experience: Ordered school uniform for my granddaughter and its been over a month and no merchandise. If it wasn't for stores selling similar shirts my granddaughter wouldn't have been able to attend school! Items aren't cheap and they wait to fulfill their quota 1st and save on shipping rather then making the order people pay for and paid shipping too. Never again!
Negative experience: Will never order with them ever again! Called bc I ordered a YXL school jacket which my son wears a YL. Told me they could only give me 50%off on another jacket which I had to repurchase again.

Negative experience: Ordered required apparel for Cornerstone Christian Schools over 4 weeks ago. It was scheduled to arrive on 21st. My daughters first performance is August 1st in 3 days and it still has not arrived. Quality of products means nothing if it doesn't come on time.
Negative experience: I order a school package, last july , I received my order ncomplete on October, after that I spoke with one of the employees and they promised to send me the two missing Tshirts and I never received , never again!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve used TMF twice for Midwest performances and Willie Perez, Keith Lancaster, Gama and the WHOLE team always go above and beyond. What impress me most was there ability to problem solve in a very short amount of time. When details for the trip didn’t go as planned (NOT TMF’s fault!), our TMF Host was able to revise our itinerary and get our groups fed and entertained for that evening, no one was the wiser!

Negative experience: The customer service is horrible! You can't get a hold of anyone to get any updates on your order. It's been a little over a month and I have not received anything.
Negative experience: Wont be ordering again it’s been a month since I ordered my sons school shirts online and haven’t received them emailed customer service haven’t heard back from them.
Negative experience: Been waiting for an order placed in July. It was delayed to last Friday. Called today and they are saying it’s still delayed.
Negative experience: Worst experience ever! First they ship my items to the school when I specifically paid for shipment to my home! Then I order my items to help my sons band! I called every week in August and they say they are going to send it out! It's September and still nothing! Instead, they sent me someone else order and came to my work to pick it up but still has not sent me my items. Last, I ordered uniforms from them for my daughter and it took a week after school started to receive the items. The shirts came with the white patches on the back of the shirt still on them. I had to get someone to cut it off.
Negative experience: First time ordering from here and it will be my last time. I kept getting a run around on what was going on with my order and dates of when my order was going to be shipped. Nobody knew what was going on with my order and kept giving me different reasons as to why it was delayed. Asked to speak to a manager and the manager never called me. I had to call to get answers. On top of everything, they were confusing my order with someone else’s order. I don’t understand how it can be confused if they said they were “currently working on my order.” I provided my order number so there was no reason for this confusion.
Negative experience: Ordered school uniform on July 17 I’ve called several times they told me last week that they had been shipped and I would have them no later than today. Called again and the lady told me she sent someone to look for them upstairs “I promise I’ll call you before the work day ends” no call no update nothing!! Never again. Do not recommend. 0 stars

Negative experience: Never again I ordered 2 YXL and one adult S and they were huge so I put them both together and they’re both the same size. But since they put their own tag they mark is as they please!!

Negative experience: Third time I order from TMF...it's a flip of the coin with you guys. First time, middle school band shirt, no problem. Second time, middle school baseball shirt, back ordered didn't receive until after the season. This time ordered bio Dynamics shirt back ordered once again!??? Ordered May 15th after couple weeks status back ordered. Called Friday June 14th was told shirt would be shipped out that same day but no later than following Monday. Called today June 21 , was told everyone was out for lunch wouldn't be back till 2pm but assured me I get a call back. 4pm I called waited 5 min to be told shirt is ready for pick up or get shipped. Lucky I live in the same town. No apologies, no credit for shipping fee I paid. Invoice shows date ordered and says shipped 29th of May....very wrong ! Please pay attention to the small customer that may only order one or two items...we work hard for our money and love to support local business. Disappointed but need to share so you guys get it right!

Negative experience: TMF is the worst travel agency I have ever encountered. JSU didn't receive the itinerary until a week before the trip. Moreover, their selection of hotels and restaurants was horrendous. The agency raised red flags from the beginning when, during our large group meeting, the owners and staff used the time to work out logistics instead of providing a trip overview. The check-in process at the airport was chaotic, with only one TMF representative at each airline terminal handling oversized luggage payments. To make matters worse, their affiliate, Historic Programs, which they subcontract for group tours, was equally disappointing. Our tour guide lacked knowledge about French history, the bus driver was extremely slow, and the tour guide's communication skills were poor. Additionally, TMF forgot to book a ticket for one of the students, leaving them without a ticket upon arrival at the airport. The TMF representative did not have the director's contact information, causing further delays. Fortunately, some parents overheard the conversation and assisted in contacting the director, who promptly called the TMF President to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the student also did not have a return ticket from Germany to Atlanta. The fear in the student's eyes was immense, as they thought they would be left behind in Germany while the rest of the band returned to the US. Thankfully, the JSU director managed the situation because TMF clearly did not know what they were doing. This should tell you everything you need to know about this tour company. Overall, I was very disappointed with TMF. The trip was a waste of money ($5,000).

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the trip to France for D-Day 80th. The hotel they booked us in was despicable. The food at the hotel was unedible. Out in the boonies with no way to get anything different. We wound up going grocery shopping when returning from a venue. They did not even have snack machines. The plans changed many times, Group of 475+ and only half got their lanyards which would have been nice to see names of others on trip that we did not know. Our bus driver was incredible as well as tour manager but even he was ready to quit if plans changed one more time. We paid $4300+ and saw most of what we were supposed to see though very frustrating. Instead of having one bus filled with people at our hotel, we had to pick up at 2 other hotels, which wasted a lot of time, spent way too much time driving in circles and picking up/dropping off. Only 1 decent dinner the entire time. (1 week trip). Not up to their normal standards having gone to 2 other trips with TMF. (Italy and Hawaii). TMF - You must DO BETTER!
