Negative experience: Horrible service, skipped me for some reason, and then the gentleman was really condescending. Horrible experience. Might as well go to a different location if you want to book anything

Fantastic experience: I have had THE BEST experience with All Points Travel. Eric helped me set up a trip to Disney Workd for my family and I. He made the process so easy and seamless. Not only was he incredibly helpful but Eric was so kind and went above and beyond for my family and I. We appreciate all the help we received booking our trip through All Points Travel and we will absolutely be using their services again.

Negative experience: Great service for those who don’t know how to Google-fu a little, but could have saved some money buying Busch Gardens and Water Country USA tickets online because the online tickets included general parking while the ones at APT don’t and general parking was $32 at WCUSA and $32 at BG. And the APT tickets are nonrefundable and the online tickets are. I wish I knew this earlier, it would have saved a few bucks to help cover the overpriced things at the parks. I won’t be buying these tickets at APT again, ever. ~Ret. Marine

Negative experience: Purchasing Mid-Evil Times tickets ok but the representative acted like he was doing me a favor. The Myrtle Beach hotel he booked for me was slummy dirty and located in a rough bad area.. Three blocks away, hotels cost the same and are much cleaner and nicer. I felt the representative was not looking out for my best interest.

Positive experience: Excellent and quick response to my query. How ever, they do NOT offer the best prices! Call or email where ever you are going directly, you’ll get a better deal!

Negative experience: Do yourself a favor and do not trust what they say, make sure you read everything you are signing for any type of vacations. Tickets that you are told will last a whole year, will actually expired before. Read everything before you signed since they will use that against you if you have any problems with your tickets, specially since they won't refund your money or modify the tickets. Good savings but you will created a bigger headache for you and your family. I definitely regret buying my tickets...

Positive experience: Great had process when you use the Royal Farms Loyalty App. I linked mine to my bank card so I can simply scan my card inside and out for my drinks, eats, and gas and save .10 cents a gallon plus earn reward points for free drinks AND other items all in one stop.

Negative experience: Waited almost half an hr, nobody has even acknowledged me standing or sitting here. The woman is just chit chatting on the phone with a pal. Def not what I expected when coming to simply grab some Aquarium tickets.

Fantastic experience: Ask for Opa(Chris i think, older gentlemen) He was amazing, helpful and genuine. 10/10 skip Priceline and the travel apps go through him, I’m a penny pincher and he got me a better deal than i thought i could get.

Negative experience: Not one thing worked as planned on our two month trip from DC to Germany. I could have done just as well with Google Travel and saved $60 in booking fees. Amtrak is not a reliable mod of travel to DC, as it is always late according to our conductor. If you decide to use Amtrak, just know it will be more then 2 hours late. We literally ran to catch the Metro and then our flight. My wife is a diabetic and needed help we thought was locked on but wasn't. Turkish airline is pretty good, but we had to fly to Istanbul then on to Frankfurt which took 17 hours. Other airlines can fly to Frankfurt in half that time. After getting to Istanbul we found out Iranians (my mortal enemy) would be on our flight. Not cool because they tried to push by wife out of the way and I want to body slam everyone of them. If you have a problem flying with Iranians avoid Istanbul. Unrelated to travel but retired service members need to know it you fly to Germany, you have no exchange or commissary privileges. Status of Forces agreement gave away some of our retirement benefits.R
