Fantastic experience: So grateful I found maids on the run. The attention to detail was amazing and it’s been awhile since my home was this clean. I also used their dog walking service and they took great care of my pups. Highly recommend this company for your cleaning or pet needs. They don’t disappoint, and the owner was great to work with.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had many companies clean my house in the Jacksonville area. I cannot rave enough about this place. The maids did a fabulous job and after a long day or work and hustling my kids around, I walked into a clean house. They went above and beyond doing a load of laundry, making all of the beds and changing sheets, the baseboards were actually white again! This is by far the best service I’ve had and I will definitely be keeping them around! The owner was very helpful with making sure I got what I needed and adding the oven and fridge was only a small up charge more. The best part is I was able to relax on the couch without having to tidy anything! I couldn’t even smell the sweaty uniforms anymore (it smelled so fresh). I 100% recommend this company and will be booking reoccurring services.

Negative experience: Unfortunately this company has serious customer service issues. You would think that getting back to a prospective client who is reaching out to YOU would be a number one priority. I had to contact them twice to even receive a response. Then, after being told I would be contacted the next day to set up my first appointment, absolutely no contact. I would never do business with a company that places no value in the importance of communication. Experiencing what I did shows unequivocally that this is not a trustworthy company and I’m grateful I never let them inside my home.

Negative experience: If I could give this company zero stars I would. My fiancé and I tried to get service from them for about a month now. I texted their second number and got a hold of someone who eventually never answered back and never called me about a service I wanted. This company is very unprofessional, I am disgusted by the lack of customer service. You would think they would want clients.. but apparently not. The lack of customer service shows me they can not be a trusted company.

Negative experience: I can only give a 1 star because I wasn't even able to get in contact with anyone. I both called the office and texted and got no response, would have loved to try the service.

Fantastic experience: I have used Maids on the Run for three different homes over the last 7 years. They’ve outlasted a marriage! They’ve always done a great job and unlike most services in the area, they change sheets. Even wash the old ones and fold them. I image each of us humans has a couple things about a clean home that lights us up - for me it’s clean sheets and a freshly vacuumed carpet. I had the devil of a time finding a service willing to do it. I am so grateful for the wonderful experience I’ve had and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I hired this company to do some house cleaning to help my aunt out. Betty and Becky came and spent almost 4 hours cleaning for her. My aunt said they were so nice and helpful. Anytime she started to do something - like get the laundry she was told to sit down they'd get it. They worked really hard on cleaning her blinds that were layered with dusting powder and apologized to her several times for not getting it all. Offered some suggestions about washing them. She has some knick knacks and she said they were extremely careful with them and didn't break a single one. (I can't even take my knick knacks down to clean without breaking at least one. ) My aunt said they worked hard and worked the entire time they were there and did a wonderful job. She was so thrilled and is so thankful for them. She is setting up for the monthly service. It's nice to hire a company that does what they say their going to.

Fantastic experience: I had Maids On The Run clean prior to putting my house on the market. They were wonderful!! Marcie was fast and efficient but didn’t miss a single thing! They made it easy to schedule an appointment and their prices were fair. I will definitely use Maids in the Run again!

Fantastic experience: Very professional cleaning company. The cleaner Marcia was very friendly and nice. My appointment was 9:00am she got to my home at 8:57am in the pouring rain. She did a fantastic job on cleaning my home and was fast. I will definitely sign up for monthly cleanings with this company. My first cleaning and first impression was very good.

Fantastic experience: Awesome company! They've been cleaning our house for a year now and we've never had a problem. Jenn leaves the house sparkling from top (ceiling fans) to bottom (wood and tile floors and rugs) and everything in between. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We signed up with Maids on the Run for a deep cleaning and bi-weekly service. Our last service, Marcie came to clean our home and did an AMAZING job. We recently put our house on the market. She came on Friday, we had an open house on Sunday and offer same day!!! Not only did she have a strong attention to detail she was incredibly kind. I highly recommend Maids on the Run and if given the opportunity, would recommend requesting Marcie.

Negative experience: This is not the service to use if you need a deep cleaning. I was explicit in my request for a DEEP CLEAN (and I said it again on the phone when they followed up to schedule) but despite my candor about the place being really dirty, they deployed only one person for what was easily a 2 or 3 person job. The lady who showed up was sweet but not able-bodied. She was not prepared to get on her knees and scrub. She even told me she “mostly does laundry and dusts underneath things” then proceeded to list all of the things she would NOT be doing (standing on chairs to dust, scrubbing the baseboards, scrubbing walls, using more than one magic eraser, you get the idea) so I was not surprised when she took one look at the bathroom and called her manager to get out of cleaning the house. They gave me a full refund (because I was charged before she even showed up) but they left me high and dry 3 days before my sister’s wedding because they weren’t prepared for a true deep clean even though I was upfront about it. So not only did they leave without cleaning a thing, but they also shamed me and my sister by saying the place was too filthy for them. Seriously!? Obviously it’s dirty, that’s why I needed a cleaning service! Anyway, if you need a deep clean this is NOT the place. Call 2 suns cleaning instead, they did the job that maids on run walked away from.. and they did a great job. Shame on you maids on the run!

Fantastic experience: I am a chronically ill person & on oxygen & my husband works full time, so we have zero time to clean the house. I've used a lot of other services in Jax before, but Maids On The Run has been HANDS DOWN the best company with the best people. Things in my house got cleaned that I didn't even realize were dirty! Spotless bathroom & kitchen, ceiling fans, carpet, dusting, etc. She even got the lint out of the AC unit door! I'm scheduling a monthly cleaning for the first time ever!

Positive experience: Used to be good. They do a really good job at first after that it depends on who is cleaning. Marcia always did a really good job. Then half the time they rushed through cleaning and you could tell they rushed because they would not clean under the coffee table or other little stuff. Then today they did a really bad job and not only did not empty the dishwasher but piled dirty dishes into the dishwasher on top of clean dishes. Yuck. My wife and I never complain but I called and asked for a credit. Then instead of calling me back the manager texted my wife and got really combative. So we won't be going back. Hopefully we can find someone else who is consistently good.

Negative experience: I was super excited to have them come clean my house based on reviews. Although my home smelled great and on a quick scan looked fantastic, I don't feel that it had the deep clean I was looking for. I had hoped my baseboards would be cleaned, she said she did them but they looked exactly the same to me, I couldn't even tell. I had also hoped that my blinds would be dusted....nope. I was home for the last bit of the cleaning, when the maid (who was super sweet) was in our bathroom cleaning, and I noticed that no water was running at any point. So, apparently they just spray and wipe things down? I did ask her and she confirmed they do for everything including moping the floor. Maybe I am picky but this doesn't constitute real cleaning in my opinion. Also, once my initial service was completed I expected to receive some communication following up to see if I was satisfied with the service and got nothing. Not even an email to schedule my next one. Guess they don't really want the business or to hear feedback. For these reasons, I think I will be doing my own cleaning from now on. I can spray and wipe all day long. Its the hard stuff I didn't want to do pregnant with a toddler like cleaning base boards, mopping the tile floors, dusting the blinds.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to give it a try. Came home today and WOW!! I have never seen my home so clean! The amount of detail that goes into everything amazes me. They literally did not miss a spot. I’m definitely considering having them come weekly rather than every other week. I’m a customer for life. I’m just beyond amazed. The place smells incredible.

I started the week stressed, sunday night came and I had not had a chance to do any cleaning, laundry had piled up, groceries needed to be shopped for the week, school preparation, work preparation and I was stressed but I went to bed feeling a little more at ease because I knew my house was getting cleaned on Monday. We are all working moms whether in the house or at an office, our weekends go much too fast, so YOU DESERVE THIS.... The office staff explained every detail to me of what the ladies would be cleaning in my home!! The cleaning was awesome and my home smelled amazing never been happier!!! Fantastic experience: From the beginning of obtaining a quote to the completion of our initial cleaning, we couldn't be happier with the how the internal staff were with us and how great our home looked by the person who did a very thorough job. We will be utilizing them on a more regular basis.

Negative experience: Chose because of the high Google ratings. Disappointed with service, sadly. House was empty and just needed a good move in cleaning. Many basic surfaces were skipped and rug was not even vacuumed properly. I feel out of all the easy jobs an empty house was probably the easiest.

Negative experience: I wonder if they are out of business. No one answered the phone. Left detailed message last week with no return phone call.

Fantastic experience: This is a great local company that really seems to care about their clients and doing the best job they can. I recently moved out of an apartment that they did a move out cleaning and the management are such bullies and they went to bat for me in helping me get my full deposit back. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great company with great staff in the office and in the field.

Fantastic experience: Great office staff, great maid service. They even gave my dogs treats. They checked the laundry, folded what was in the dryer and put on our bed. They even put away dishes we had out to dry. Oh, and emptied the dishwasher. If they had any questions about anything they called me immediately. This company provides great communication and customer service. Our house was spotless. My husband is still saying what a wonderful job they did. If he's still impressed then I'd say Maids On The Run has it going on.

Fantastic experience: Maids on the Run (MOTR) came to the rescue when I was shafted by another large well known brand (MM), who claimed they cleaned the unit. There was grime on the stove, food in the oven, rings in the toilet, and pet hair in corners and carpet, and even grime on the windows. Frantic, as I was supposed to show on Monday, I sent a text to the emergency number for MOTR on Saturday afternoon, and the manager was able to get someone to come clean on Sunday afternoon. Yes, in less than 24 hours and on a weekend! MOTR helped me be able to show the property on Monday and saved me from losing potential tenants. The quality of the cleaning was outstanding...I'm a bit OCD especially when it comes to cleaning, and Jacqui exceeded even my high expectations. MOTR will now be my go to for rentals as well as my personal home. I cannot thank Kara and Jaqui enough for their outstanding service, and quality of cleaning.

They e-mailed me a few days before service and called the day before to make sure I remembered they were coming. The cleaner that showed up was just like me, a working mom. The office staff is very nice and the cleaners do a great job. My house was clean, and I will use them again when I need to get caught up again.

Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure of having their help for a number of months now and I cannot express how wonderful Maids on the Run's services are. Thorough, consistent, considerate of your home/property, and excellent customer service (they call and email 2-3 days before a scheduled cleaning to make sure everything is good to go or see if there are additional/specific requests and always call/email to followup on whether you are satisfied with the cleaning). Prices are competitive/affordable (and listed on their website), scheduling is flexible (once per week, two times per month, specific times of day, etc.), services impeccable, and they treat their employees very well from what I can tell. I live alone and having their help has helped me free up time to get my life better organized plus it is just nice to come home to that "clean" feeling and smell when you walk in the door. There's always a note to indicate they have been by and a list of what was done. Absolutely, 100% recommend Maids on the Run services!

Negative experience: I had them come in one time at $185 and was planning on using them on a regular basis however they were here less then two hours and missed a lot. I asked for my floors to be steamed cleaned and that was not done. When one of the employees was leaving my drive way she backed right up into my mail box. I left feed back and instead of them giving me any kind of adjustment on price or coming back to clean my floors all they said was "I'm sorry to hear that."

Fantastic experience: I have been using Maids on the Run for a couple months now. I wanted to use them a few times before writing a review to make sure they were consistent. I can honestly say they are the best I have tried in Jacksonville. I could not be happier with their cleaning ability and customer service. I definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: After each cleaning the company asks for feedback on the cleaning. Last cleaning was the only month I provided negative feedback (numerous items missed in the cleaning). This cleaning the same maid claimed a key was not left for entry to the house. The key was left in a really obvious place. It's left in the same place for each visit. The company sided with the maid and stated there was no way she missed it, which resulted in a "lock out" fee for me. I was a customer for 18 months, never forgot to leave a key, no payment issues and only provided negative feedback on one cleaning. They are great as long as you never have a problem, but don't expect them to side with you if you do...no matter how long you've been a customer.

Fantastic experience: I had them out to my house at the urging of my girlfriend and it was pretty dirty, I was hesitant to have someone else see my mess, the cleaner they sent was very personable and did a great job. The girlfriend definitely approves and we will have them back!

Fantastic experience: After 3 years of cleaning my house most people would find fault with something. I love everyone they send to my house and I have service every other week. The girls and a couple guys do an amazing job and really outstanding is what I tell them. They work alone or in teams and always follow up with me. Occasionally something is missed but minor and they are ready to fix it if I need them to. Never have, minor is minor and being in a business enviorment myself we all have a miss day now and then. I trust who they send me, know they will show up when expected and do an outstanding job for my husband and myself. Keep up the great work and don't let others try to knock you down. You are all a keeper and a winner in my book!

Fantastic experience: I heard about Maids on the Run from a coworker that has used them for 2 years and I had family coming into town and gave them a call. Two ladies came to my home and were very friendly and very thorough. My house has never been this clean and I thought I could clean. I love all the little things they did like folding the bathroom towels like a hotel to cleaning my ceiling fan. Thank you so much for the great work :)
