Fantastic experience: Our guide met us at the airport when we arrived in Santiago Chile. Spoke English very well and was accompanied by a responsible driver and large comfortable vehicle for 8 passengers and lots of luggage. Guide was very knowledgeable about the area and fun to hang out with during our 4 day stay in Chile.

After searching I came across Dimal and spoke to Alex and I really liked their process and the customer service I received. So I decided to give them a try and pray for the best and boy when I say I was definitely not disappointed. Paying for the rental was easy, Alex was patient and answered all my questions, Boris showed up on time, appropriately dressed in a shiny clean vehicle. And gave us very professional and kind service all day. He even offered us bottles of water after we all were crying from buryng my uncle. With so much on our minds and hearts yesterday the last thing we needed to worry about was the car service and I thank God I hired such a great company.
