Fantastic experience: Kim Scheffer provided exceptional service in planning our trip to Northern Italy, which included visits to Rome, Pisa, Verona, Florence, and Venice. Her attention to detail and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. We reached out to Kim numerous times—approximately 30 emails and phone calls—with questions, flight adjustments, date changes, and requests to extend our stay before and after the tour. She responded promptly and thoroughly each time, offering expert guidance on what to see, what to avoid, and addressing every inquiry right up until our departure. Kim went above and beyond by sending us a personalized travel bag featuring our names and travel dates. She also prepared a comprehensive binder outlining our full itinerary, ensuring we had everything we needed to make the most of our experience. Do not hesitate to request Kim as she is amazing!!!!!

Negative experience: I have never been so unimpressed with one of your travel agents in my entire life he was not only unprofessional but very rude sarcastic and treated me poorly I will never recommend your company to anyone and if that person is reading this you know exactly who you are!

Negative experience: I wish there was a negative number I could give! I read an ad for a rock ‘n’ roll cruise and tried to get information on pricing, etc. so that I could book it with some friends. Nobody could give me a straight answer about pricing they promised to send an email with the breakdown of pricing for the different types of rooms and never sent it when I called back I was told that a room was available and then in the same paragraph they said but none available right now it’s a really screwed up affair I highly recommend that you avoid this agency. My friends that I was supposed to go on the cruise with got so tired of the misinformation they’ve backed out, probably a good thing!

Negative experience: My family planned a trip through this joke of a company and just so EVERYONE IN BOISE KNOWS. Attention to detail is not this companies requirements as an employee. They got my last name wrong, while handling $10,000 worth of airplane tickets and hotel rooms for 5 people, going out of the country. Imagine trying to come back into America with your ticket not matching your passport, stressing the whole family out? does that sound like a good vacation you trusted someone to plan? And then to have the audacity to tell your client, “oh just bring her marriage license to prove the name” when my last name was never the one she booked the flight ticket under. No amount of apologies will ever take back the tears i witnessed my mother have when the California Immigration almost wouldn’t let me through. but wait… there is more ( pay attention) The travel agent booked hotels 40 minutes away from the airport during flight changes. If my mother hadn’t noticed where the travel agent flight changes lead to , we would have flown to the wrong city for the whole 3 weeks. This handy dandy travel agent also found hotels rooms that could have easily just fit all 5 of us in one room but instead she had us in two suites which overcharged us.( Big brain on brad ) so recap 1) got the name wrong on a flight ticket 2) scheduled wrong city flight originally 3) did not coordinate hotels closer to airport 4) the hotels where overcompensated 5) oh and she placed my family specifically in the airplane seats we requested NOT to be in. This company is a joke, my family will never use a travel agent ever again, and you will be getting more reviews based on all of our individual experiences

Negative experience: Worst experience planning a vacation with Mary Nielson after four months of her promising a trip, she strung us along saying it was almost ready and then ghosted me. She wouldn't return phone calls and eventually wouldn't return emails. She wasted precious trip planning time when I should have gone to another company originally.

Fantastic experience: Great place to purchase vacation and flight packages. Very professional and always helpful. They will get you the best deal and still be able to provide top notch service!!!

Negative experience: We had a lot of difficulty with Harmon, people dropped the ball with our airline tickets, we didn't know where we were flying out of until a week and a half before we left. It left us very stressed out. They need to do better about informing their customers about what's going on

Negative experience: Call two weeks ago talked to Dee no call back for a week called again no firm details or cost. Called again a few days later. No Dee out of office spoke to James set me very basic list of six vacation sites. I will not be booking any vacations with this company.

Fantastic experience: Katrina was the best person for the job. I had never gone through an agent when booking a trip and I can say with absolute certainty that I was so glad that I did. Katrina went above and beyond for us! She was there for every step of the way and made sure we had everything we would need to enter Hawaii. It was honestly the best trip ever. I will be booking with Katrina again and you should too. 10/10

Negative experience: They deserve 0 stars. Horrible service. Katrina and Tahni made the process more stressful than helpful. Especially Katrina, I cannot stress enough how painful she made the whole process. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but if I can help prevent a disaster for someone else then it's worth it. Very poor management. The owners do not care about the customers. Go somewhere else!

Booked a ticket to Peru for my son and told her then next time I went on vacations I would consider using her (& Harmon Travel). 2 months later...Tahni booked me an incredible vacation that was better in both price and amenities compared to internet sites (Expedia, etc.). So happy with Tahni and Harmon! Highly recommend!!!!

(About 50 travelers) I could see she had read my message, yet, never responded. I realize she she hadn’t been with the company for some time. Since, I have made contact with Calle, she is pleasant, hardworking, and eager to provide great service. From one conversation with her, I could tell how knowledgeable she is, and how comfortable she is with working with the resort we are going with. I love how excited she is for us when planning our destination wedding. The little extras she provides eases stress. I have never used a travel agent and I’m relieved to be doing business with this company. Thanks.

They were very flexible about setting me up with a couple guides for when I wanted them, and then leaving other days unplanned, so we had a mix. Fantastic experience: We booked a Viking river cruise (Grand European) with Tahni David at Harmon Travel. Tahni did an outstanding job. She had great suggestions, which we followed and it made for a stress free trip. This was a true "one-stop-shop" experience. All the details were timely and very well explained. Tahni got our cruise documents from Viking and then sat down with us well ahead of time and reviewed all the important areas. This was not a rushed experience. She had these important areas in the documents outlined with a highlighted marker and tags so that told us she did the homework. For your next trip I highly recommend you call Tahni David at Harmon. Fantastic experience: Having never used a travel agent before, my husband and I were not entirely sure what to expect but as this trip was for our honeymoon, our expectations were high. This was to be our DREAM vacation! From day one, our travel agent Katrina was very attuned to our desires and expectations for this trip. She was extremely quick to answer any questions we may have had and if she didn't know the answer, she immediately set to find out from someone who did. She was extremely thorough in her approach to planning our trip. We never worried about anything not being taken care of and enjoyed the most stress free vacation planning we have ever experienced. Katrina's speed at getting back in touch with me during the planning process for this trip was phenomenal! I usually heard back within hours, if not minutes from when I would send her an inquiry. There were even times late at night when we would think of a question for her, and not wanting to forget it by the next day would send her an email thinking we would hear back sometime the following day but instead get a response that same night. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us feel completely at ease with this multifaceted trip. Katrina's attention to detail was superb! She left nothing out when sending us our choices of flights, accommodations, tours, etc. Prices, times, fun little facts about each... they were all included and helped us to feel better informed about the choices we were making. And then right before our trip, she presented us with a beautifully bound book which included our ENTIRE itinerary as well as all of our ground transport and tour vouchers, flight and hotel confirmations and great information on each of the places we were visiting. She also had us add the Pocket Travel app to our phones which contained all of the same information as the book but made accessing all of these docs and schedules on the road really handy. We will, without a doubt recommend Katrina to anyone planning a trip. She was wonderful to work with and took the sometimes tedious tasks of planning a trip out of our hands and made magic happen! While we were on our honeymoon, not once did we worry about any of the details as we were 100% confident that Katrina had covered every single little detail and that we were in the most capable of hands. Having planned many of our trips ourselves over the years, it was REALLY nice to let someone else do the planning for this particular trip after spending a year planning for our wedding. Never did we ever say, "Boy, I wish we had planned this ourselves." While this trip had many moving parts to it, it was so nice to leave the planning to the expert and to feel absolutely stress free about all of the details. We will absolutely use Katrina again. She has access to some great vendors with valuable insight into places to stay, things to do/ see as well as having extensive travel experience herself. Having "been there, done that" helps Katrina to better understand her clients desires and concerns. We could not have found a more perfect person to help plan our honeymoon/ trip of a lifetime!!

Negative experience: Worthless, what is it with travel agents, take time to sit down with them tell them what you need in your trip only never to hear back, now have to start all over after waiting three weeks with no word, sent email and phone message, take your business elsewhere!!!!

Fantastic experience: I got asked to go to China out of the blue and needed a visa fast. I spent two days wallowing in stress and youtube videos trying to figure out how to properly do it. Called Harmon at 9:15am today, was sitting in front of Katrina at 9:45am, back at work writing this review by 10:30am with all my stress gone. Katrina was great, personal, reassuring. I've never used a travel agency, but I might be for my next trip after this experience. I travel quite a bit and the worst part is always the planning stresses, this just eliminates that.

Negative experience: I hate to write a negative review on social media. I wish I had the time to discuss this matter in person while I was in the office. However, I was in the office on State Street helping my friend who needed a language support. Unfortunately we had to work with a wrong person for such kind, Ben Shelley. Not only does he treated my friend with no respect but he refused to search a different destination city for her because she doesn't need to choose as far as she is going. I have been there multiple times assisting friends but this was a blocking point. I wish she did not have to go through such kind of customer service because of her lack to English or other circumstances.

Negative experience: One star is to generous. Find someone else to book though. No personal contact. Finally got itenary two days prior to departure and when all said and done our seat assignments had been changed. Your time is too valuable to be wasted with them.

Negative experience: Everything from the beginning has been confusing and screwed up. We constantly have to double and triple check their work. Might as well have booked the trip ourselves.

Fantastic experience: If it wasn't for Danielle at Harmon travel my destination wedding would of been a disaster!! She worked with me for over a year to ensure that my husband and I had the most perfect wedding. She successfully organized our 33 guests as we traveled to an all inclusive resort in Cancun. Throughout the whole wedding planning process she made herself very accessible (answering thousands of questions and provided dozens of detailed spreadsheets) to me and my guests. After planning such a successful wedding she blew me away again by finding us a killer deal on our honeymoon. If you're in the market for a destination wedding, a great honeymoon or even a fun vacation Danielle is the girl you're looking for! I will never plan another vacation without her!
