Trust me when I tell you that your vacation and life will change for the better once you allow Alisha to plan and organize your travel experience. Gone are the days of meticulous, hectic, and stressful travel planning; trying to piece together flights, hotels, vacation packages, activities, etc.... give it to Alisha and look forward to your vacation again! I have now gone on two vacations planned by Alisha and they have by far been the most stress-free and enjoyable experiences of travel I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: Unlimited Vacation & Cruises/ Julie Miller is the best!!! I would absolutely work with her again!! It was my first time working with a travel agent as well as exploring the island of Turks and Caicos. She knew exactly what my family and I were expecting from our trip. I actually suggested another location and she redirected us, then followed up with suggestions on things to do and where to go while on the island, and then followed up once with us once we were there to insure our whole trip went as planned. We drove by the other location that I had suggested and I was beyond grateful for her suggestion. The accommodations were much more our family and in line with my expectations. Our hotel was incredible (we even had a butler) and she worked within our budget to ensure an incredible trip. Looking forward to working with her again on our next adventure!!!! ✈️

Fantastic experience: I traveled to Ireland last month and Julie Miller made it such a great experience! She booked my flights and made everything so seamless and found the perfect hotel in Dublin. My boyfriend and I loved Brooks Hotel, its central location, and how many great bars and restaurants there were within walking distance. The room service was amazing and bed and fluffy bathrobes couldn't have been better. I can't recommend Julie and Unlimited Trips enough for all your travel planning needs!

Fantastic experience: Julie and Clare helped us to plan a bucket list vacation of my dreams on the Canadian Rocky Mountaineer. Julie had great recommendations: the planning was pleasant and smooth. Fantastic experience: I don't usually write reviews but had to this time. Alisha from Unlimited Trips was just AMAZING. This was our first time using her services. We were planning our first overseas trip. Alisha gave us so many ideas, since we have teenagers traveling with us and she had visited some of the countries. Her guidance and exceptional patience surpassed our expectations. She was honest and very respectful of our budget. After all was set and done, we got a complete itinerary with everything from flights, tours, pick up and drop offs, name of company providing the services and contact information. She was even replying to my emails from overseas. Fantastic experience: Alisha was absolutely awesome to work with!! My husband and I took this trip with our two teenage daughters and my 73 year old mother in law. She helped us plan a perfect trip. The 9 hour flight is long but so worth it. We spent a day in Rome and did a tour of the colosseum. It was extremely hot but we did enjoy it. All the transfers during the trip were smooth and seamless. Allure of the Seas was an absolutely HUGE ship. Beautiful all around. Staff were very attentive, food and entertainment on the ship was great too! The highlight of our trip was Naples/Capri! We did the blue grotto excursion. It was honestly a dream come true kind of day. We also enjoyed both ports in Spain (Barcelona and Palme del Mallorca). Our last port was Florence and Pisa. We rode the train to Pisa and saw the Leaning Tower. Again Alisha was detail oriented when planning. She was super helpful while we were on our trip. Question came up and she was responsive and kind while helping us. I guarantee you will be more than satisfied when booking your next adventure with her!!!

She helped us plan a very last minute cruise on Royal Caribbean's Utopia of the Seas when our original plans were derailed due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Claire was helpful every step of the way, and the office was able to assist us with some challenges we faced trying to check into our flights and such. However, nothing was that difficult as far as checking in just some challenges on the Dominican Republic's web site. Unlimited Trips will be used again to book our next vacation. Fantastic experience: My Partner and I used Unlimited Trips for our Honey Moon in London and our Travel Agent was Alisha Backo. If you are nervous about planning your vacation or have travel anxiety like we do I cannot overstate the value of her services. She got us an excellent Hotel in the Heart of London, several really fun tours including a dinner cruise, pub crawl, and walking tours of London and England itself. Like any good travel story we experienced a few bumps on the road, including at least one pretty rude Taxi service. But did I have to spend my honey moon fighting with his cab company? Nope? Alisha handled it for us. Between booking our flights, hotel, handling the issues that arose and finding us cool stuff to do I doubt we would have had a honeymoon half as memorable without Unlimited Tours.

Fantastic experience: Vacation for a week in Destin / Fort Walton, Florida. Beautiful beaches, awesome restaurants (seafood), shopping, site seeing, relaxing. Family friendly, but also romantic evenings. Marina Cafe, Boshamps, LaPaz, Captain Daves’s. Just a few of the amazing restaurants there. Wyndham Garden Hotel, Budget car rental and Delta airlines, all did a nice job in accommodating us. Definitely would vacation there again. Thank you to Alisha and Julie. They are the best. Definitely doing business with them again in the future. ✈️

Fantastic experience: Alisha planned an EPIC trip for my husband and I! We went to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for 2 weeks in Sept/Oct 2023. The locations of the hotels Alisha booked were all very centrally located and close to everything we wanted to do. Alisha took into account t everything we wanted to do and planned it out exceptionally well. We didn’t have any problems with our reservations at all. When one of our flights were delayed Alisha made sure that we were able to get a new flight and reached out to our hotel to let them know of our situation. It really helped having her and made our trip much less stressful. Highly recommend Alisha Backo for any trips you are wanting to book! Fantastic experience: Clare, Would like to again thank you for all your work on our vacation plans. Your work and what was set up by the folks in Spain was flawless. No missed connections with tour guides or transport - all were outstanding !! Hotel accommodations were well located and met the specifications we discussed. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Alisha as a travel agent! She was quick, diligent, and provided the best support in booking my trip to Norway on Swan Hellenic Diana. She took care of all my flights, transportation, excursions, and provided me with prime locations in each place. I flew into Amsterdam prior to boarding the cruise. I had enough time to explore unique places through Amsterdam. The hotel was in a perfect location. I walked to get dinner and went to bars in close proximity. The entire time on the ship I felt taken care of. The food was delicious, the service was on point, and the entire staff was very friendly. This was my first cruise, and it set the bar high! Alisha recommended this cruise, from knowing my interest. I saw more of Norway while being on this trip of a lifetime. The captain also planned a special Viking Polar Plunge since we crossed the Arctic Circle. It was an amazing trip! Alisha also booked a Dublin stop after Norway. I was able to visit another place before heading home. Again, in a prime location. I hit the town, enjoyed a Guinness and had fish and chips. Delicious! The flights were perfectly planned, and everything was laid out prior to my trip. Alisha did a fabulous job, and I will continue to book with her again and again.

Fantastic experience: I booked a week long mother daughter trip flying into Charlotte then driving to Charleston then onto Savannah. Alisha was so helpful in planning where to stay, where to go and sightseeing tips. These cities are gorgeous and offer a lot but she helped me keep it age appropriate for my daughter. The accommodations were wonderful, the areas we stayed were perfect. Everything about this trip was perfect thanks to Alisha.

Negative experience: No help whatsoever. Response to business: Well it seemed you didn’t really wanted my business, you didn’t even attempt to discuss budget options and ask if I had a bigger budget, which I do, but you didn’t want to waste your time and had a smart aleck comment. I get it. You have you have a business to run so why waste time with someone who has a “smaller budget”. You were to concerned about your “ratings” to discuss anything further or ask about my budget as I would have been willing to increase..All you cared about what was you you were unable to do and even had time to be rude and condescending with you little cheese whiz and crackers comment. But it sounds like I’m not taking from your business so there’s no loss for either of us. Do take care and good luck.

Fantastic experience: Our travel agent Julie Miller went above and beyond in planning our perfect honeymoon/vacation to Seattle and Orcas Island. Julie stepped up and got new airline tickets when our original tickets fell through due to the airline dropping that route. Julie also showed a great level of care when she followed up with us after our trip to see how everything went. During that follow up, she made us aware that an error had been made by the car rental, resulting in us being double charged. She provided the information we needed to correct the mistake, and we ended up saving nearly $1,000 because Julie caught the car rental company’s mistake. You’re in good hands if you rely on Julie to plan your trip!

She is so good helping me narrow down my trip options asking the right questions. Then analyzing the best days and flights, while finding the best prices. Fantastic experience: My husband and I used Unlimited Vacation & Cruises for our 10 year anniversary trip to Iceland. This was by far our best trip to date. Booking was quick, easy and seemless. Julie is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and really listens to what you want. She even makes travel planning fun! She made our week long adventure one to remember. We will be booking with them again! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Negative experience: Dont ever use them!!!!!!! Terrible experience. We had all the emails showing what we wanted planned and what we were paying them to do and we got something completely different (DOWNGRADED!) and was never told. We had to do the research ourselves since they tried to pull a fast one on us. We were absolutely appalled and cancelled our honeymoon 3 weeks before we left.

Fantastic experience: First time using this company for a vacation but came highly recommended. Everything was great, the resort, the food, and the location was the best for what I wanted. I used to make my own travel plans but from now on I'm going to let the experts handle it. Thank you Julie.
