Fantastic experience: We rented a tandem kayak to go up Spring Creek to its headwaters where we saw the dancing sands. The water was clear and beautiful and blue. We had to change our schedule and Brady was super helpful with that and with details about the excursion.

Fantastic experience: My teenager and I went on the Sprague with Mike and Eric. We had a great time, enjoyed the scenery, saw a few eagles- one right above us. They pointed out interesting things along the way and shared great pictures with us. Would definitely try another adventure with Sky Lakes!

Fantastic experience: We were visiting from Portland with my mom, dad, sister, and her two kids and made a trip out to Chiloquin to explore Crater Lake. As soon as we arrived at our rental cabin on the lake, my sister and nephew headed over to Sky Lakes Wilderness Adventures to rent some fishing poles, he loves to fish. Brady, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful to them. The next morning, as we were heading to Crater Lake, Brady generously lent my parents trekking poles at no charge, which made their experience much more comfortable. The following day, we rented kayaks and Brady met us right at Spring Creek with everything set up and ready to go. He was so thoughtful, friendly, and made our family feel truly taken care of. Highly, highly recommend this company to anyone visiting the area. The personal touch and hospitality made our trip even more special. Thank you, Brady!

Fantastic experience: We rented a paddleboard from Sky Lakes Wilderness Adventures. Super easy to rent. Brady, the owner, wasn't in the shop, but a quick call and he was there within a few minutes to rent out the board for the day. He gave us useful tips and we had a great time paddle boarding the surrounding area for the day. Great value and excellent service from Brady who will did his best to accommodate our needs.

Fantastic experience: Perfect, A+, 5 Star birdwatching kayak tour of the wood river wetlands and Klamath lake with our sweet and fun guide Cory with support from Brady. Skylakes Adventures was very communicative and flexible/helpful with all my questions, as well as ready to go when we arrived and gave great recommendations for local sightseeing areas. This gentle, easy & peaceful kayak tour was just what we wanted and we saw and heard so many birds (bald eagle, great blue heron, pelican, red tail hawk, etc etc) and so few people! Great tour for young and old alike, birdwatchers, and those looking for peace and beauty in nature! Their online booking makes it easy! What a gem.

Fantastic experience: I've done two trips with skylake wilderness adventures. I needed to learn more about kayaking before I set out on my own. Both of the trips, they were very helpful to me, as a newbie, and I got to see some really cool stuff and I love kayaking now. I think they are a big part of why I love it. Fantastic experience: We had a brilliant afternoon out on the Williamson River run with Mark and Mike. Everything was so well organized, clear instructions were emailed ahead of time and the meet up and pick up all went perfectly. The kayaks were good, the river was exactly as described so there were no worrying surprises (ie rapids!) and Mark was a great river guide, relaxed and chatty. My husband and two adult sons loved the adventure and we would definitely return for another of the many excusions arranged by Sky Lakes. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Came back a second time for tours, this time with my family. My grandkids used the clearbottom kayaks and we all had such a blast. They were so laid back and encouraging with the kids. My grandkids tired out at the end and our guide Michael towed them back the rest of the way :-) I went solo and joined other adult groups the last time and couldnt wait to come back. The tour guides at SkyLakes are some of the best around. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time, learn a little something, and everyone is taken care of. Cant recommend them enough.

My wife and I was having so much fun we missed the meet point at Wood River. We stopped and call Mark. He met us at the next stop by the bridge. Mark was really helpful and kind. Fantastic experience: We had an epic time on the Spring Creek tour. It was an easy up-creek and back paddle in the transparent bottom kayaks. Our guide Cory was fantastic and the final destination was a magical spiritual place for the local tribes with crystal clear water bubbling out of the ground in a great volume with abundant wildflowers. The whole river/creek was Caribbean blue and crystal-clear.

Fantastic experience: First things first mark is the man!! Rock star status service friendly,very accomadating ,very prompt and totally went out of his way to help me with my needs in renting equipment for my outdoor needs, Brie was also very kind and made me feel that I mattered,I give this group 5 stars plus I highly recommend if you are looking to have a super great time outdoors from start to finish try these guys you will never regret your decision.I plan to use them with family very soon, the only regret I have is that I didn’t use there service sooner , great job guys I really needed this and you didn’t disappoint MAHALO. Fantastic experience: We had a great tour with Cory which turned out to be a private tour for my group of friends because there were no more people signed up! Directions were easy and they did everything for us. I had a great time taking photos and Cory helped me find birds, and we even saw a river otter! Super fun and nice to have a guide to tell us history, jokes, and wildlife facts. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences our family ever had! This is the best tour to take even if you're a first timer. Our guides pace was considerate and provided breaks as needed. Even though it was our first time snow shoeing we found the experience exhilarating and enjoyable. The guides are knowledgeable, patient, friendly and made it a wonderful adventure. If you want an amazing tour first timer or not, definitely use Sky Lakes Wilderness as your go-to!

Fantastic experience: I did wood river kayaking. The lunch point is amazing and water is so clear. The water is sometimes faster after the first hour trip. Watch out the trees in the water and water flows really fast around and might turn you over.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing time at the Wood River guided kayak tour with Cory last week. Greatly enjoyed Mark, Cory, and Julie's professionalism end to end! The river is beautiful and nothing beats having good company to chit-chat with downstream. I had no experience kayaking in river (only calm water), and this tour taught me alot :) Would definitely pop by for another tour if I ever visit Crater Lake again!

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of these folks. I did kayak tours for 2 years in a row and it was WONDERFUL! They were professional, courteous, kind and helpful. The clients were prepared for their trip and excited about the rivers. Marc and Julia personally carried the kayaks and life jackets to the river for the clients when necessary. Marc often gave a safety speech, taught proper and easy rowing methods and helped the clients with their adjustments. He also gave local recommendations for other adventures during their stay. Marc was extremely knowledgeable of the local history and the rivers, birds and travel. I was well trained, well informed and felt like they really cared about me. Thanks Marc and Julia! Fantastic experience: We had a great experience here. We showed up day of to see if they had anything available or any suggestions on where to go to take our 4 young kids on the water. We rented two double seat kayaks for all 6 of us and were able to put the 2 little ones on with us as well. Wonderful people to work with who really care about their business and their customers. If we ever come through town again we will he back! Great time of year to come as it wasn't hot or busy on the water.

Fantastic experience: I booked the kayak fishing trip for me and my boys on Father's Day and they had a memorable experience when they caught two of the biggest trout I've ever seen. Mark is very responsive and our guide was very knowledgeable with good fishing spots. Highly recommend.

They provided life jackets, dry pouch, etc. They dropped us off, helped us launch, then they arrived on time to pick us up. Equipment was all in great shape. The color of the water is spectacular! Our guide, Troy was fabulous and fun. The flowers, scenery, serenity sublime. If you find yourself in the area, most definitely check these guys out. Fantastic experience: I’m 76 and working on my “Bucket List” so I wanted to find a no nonsense yet fun outfitter to guide me though some of the most beautiful waterways in southwestern Oregon and I mean to tell you, I struck gold with these folks. This is literally, a fist class operation; the best I’ve experienced and I’ve done the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon, the Green River through Dinosaur National Monument in Utah as well as rivers in Wyoming, Montana and Colorado. What is most remarkable about these folks is their “hands on” approach to their business. From my first phone call to inquire about the trip till the finish, I reached the owner in person every time. Mark’s manner and professionalism is immensely reassuring, whether a beginner or a veteran of the Great Outdoors, These people deliver.
