Fantastic experience: I recently visited Cuba with Letty’s Cuba and it was the trip of a lifetime. From the time we arrived, to the day we left, the staff were so attentive and helpful. Anita(tour guide), absolutely amazing and I miss her already. Alejandro(driver), absolutely amazing and he has a great taste for music…he had us jamming while riding around Havana. The AirBnb staff were like family and I wish I could give them more than 5-stars. I’d highly recommend this company and look forward to returning. I really enjoyed supporting and connecting with the Cuban people.

Fantastic experience: This was my third visit to Cuba utilizing Letty’s Travel. All of the trips have been extremely beautiful. I got a first hand look at the Cuban experience. I have been privy to attend numerous cultural events. The tours are always well organized, and the ladies leading the tours are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Yailyn and Luis were great in putting our Cuba trip together. It was hassle free, timely communication and everything was well arranged and balanced. Ana was a great guide with a pleasant personality, our driver, Rene was great and always on time. Staying at the Air B and B was comfortable and the staff was pleasant and friendly. Our breakfast was always something to look forward to, well balanced with fresh fruits, juice, vegetables, eggs, toast etc. We really enjoyed Cuba and could not ask for more. Cuba is a beautiful island with rich architecture, history and friendly people. I highly recommend Yailyn and Luis to put together a great itinerary.

Fantastic experience: We had a WONDERFUL trip to Cuba with Letty's Cuba Travel. We were very well taken care of by our driver and guide.. Collected from the airport in an old chevy I think and they drove us around everyday and delivered us back to the airport. They had beautiful manners and made us feel special. Opening car doors etc... The accommodation was excellent AirBNB, and everyone was very friendly. It was extremely clean and comfortable, with airconditioning and towel change, our room was serviced daily. The breakfasts were delicious. Restaurant choices were excellent and varied! Guide was knowledgable!! Thank you !!!!!

Luis y Yailyn fueron muy pacientes y amables. El equipo en Cuba de Ali’s Casa Viva Cuba fue estupendo. Ali, Judi, Claudia, Yani, Margarita y Miguel nos atendieron con esmero y mucho calor humano. Osman nuestro guía y Rene nuestro chofer nos dieron un servicio de primera. Fue una experiencia enriquecedora el poder conocer y compartir una semana y apoyar a la gente de Cuba.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just spent 6 nights in Havana. The booking was extremely easy with Yailyn and Louis. It helped a great deal because they have a US phone number and someone picked up the phone every time I called. We were fully prepared to travel to Cuba prior to our departure date. We were greeted at the airport by our driver, Nemuris and our guide Amelia. Let me first say that I was freaking out thinking of what happens if no one shows up for us at the airport but Nemuris and Amelia put my mind to rest when I saw their smiling faces at the airport. Our days were filled with tours, laughter and just a plain good time. If you have a chance to travel to Cuba please use Letty's and request the best driver and guide around. Fantastic experience: We just returned from the 6 day "Best of Cuba" tour. It was FANTASTIC. Everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious. Our Casa Particular was beautiful. Before we went we were warned by all kinds of people that there is no electricity, food, internet, that they do not take dollars... none of it was true. It was a comfortable, fun, and eye opening experience. Our Guide, Anita was perfect. We had enough evenings free to visit an excellent jazz club and a late night art gallery/music venue and of course, La Floridita. I cannot recommend Letty's highly enough!

The weather was warm, a bit humid but the refreshing breeze from the water provided relief. The food was delicious. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: We spent 7 days (including Christmas at Cuba), with our two little kids 4 & 6. We managed to visit three different cities. The visa process went smooth and Yailyn is quite responsive and helpful throughout the process. The trip itself is amazing.. we had Amalia as our tour guide and Andre as our dedicated driver/bodyguard. Both are excellent and trustworthy!!! They make adjustment for the schedules based on our situation and interests and are flexible in accommodating our needs. I would recommend to use Letty’s Cuba travel & Tours. We truly enjoyed the amazing country, its rich history, people, food and architecture. Please be prepared to truly support the Cuban people (bring medicines, toys, books, cash anything would help the local people) and their salary are extremely extremely low. We paid extra ourselves to have our tour guide and driver to be able to eat with us in the same place. My Recommendation is before you visit Cuba… watch the Netflix series “The Cuba Libre Story” it helps to better to understand and relates to what you are going to se and hear.. we loved our first close exposure to Caribbean/Latino culture.. living in local Airbnb, interactive with local people and not in a holiday resort is so refreshing and perhaps sometimes a bit chaotic ;-). Cuba continuously remind us that We DO NOT need so many material things as we think we do! Throughout the country you don’t see any commercials (except for propoganda) to convince you to buy or consume services.. it is so beautiful!

Fantastic experience: US citizens can go to Cuba. There are several visas available. We went with the 'support for the Cuban people' visa. After researching several travel agencies, my friend and I decided to move forward with Letty's Cuba. And it was absolutely the correct decision. Letty (and her team) put a wonderful itinerary together. We were not part of a large tour group. We had a personal driver and tour guide, which really enhanced our experience. Letty answered all questions in a very timely manner leading up to our trip. And while we were in Cuba we had a question which she answered (while she was on vacation). I can't say enough about her...she's great and very thorough. If you want to experience the beauty/history of Cuba, while enjoying food at amazing restaurants, and a personal driver/tour guide - then Letty's Cuba is the way to go. One thing I want to add on a personal note (separate from Letty's company) please understand you are going to a Spanish speaking county. While there are Cubans that speak fluent English, not everyone does. Try and learn some phrases/words, so that you can interact with some of the most friendliest people you're going to come across. Also, there are things that we take for granted (like toilet paper) that can be hard to come by and/or pricey for locals. If you're going in support of the Cuban people, please consider bringing items to give. And please, PLEASE, tip. Especially the driver/tour guide. Tip them well. They are 100% worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I write very few online reviews. Last weekend we were in Havana on a trip organized by Letty. It was amazing and outstanding. Truly a wonderful trip. Well organized and adjustments made (for the better) when things changed for circumstances outside of Letty's control. You should visit Cuba and let Letty handle everything. Also request Ana as your local guide as she is everything you would want in a local guide.

Fantastic experience: Our dream of a lifetime finally came true thanks to Letty's Cuba Travel and Tours whom we highly recommend! We dealt with Yailyn who was very professional and absolutely amazing! Before our trip she explained everything thoroughly and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. She checked on us periodically during our stay to make sure we were doing ok. Our top of the notch tour guide Mila and amazing driver Pedrito went above and beyond to accommodate us in every which way! Our Casa particular was very nice and very clean thanks to Rafael and his wife who were soo friendly and attended to our needs. Mylene the person who prepared our daily delicious breakfast was an absolute sweetheart. The history, the buildings and the people of Cuba are absolutely amazing!! It was also a humanitarian experience which allowed us to support the Cuban people with food, clothing, OTC medicine, toiletries, etc which we were so thankful! We gained a little sister (Mila), an adopted son (Pedrito) and new friends who are now considered "family". Once again, Thank you Letty's Cuba Travel and Tours for fulfilling our dream of a lifetime! Fantastic experience: I have been on many amazing places around the world but Cuba is on the most transformative and interesting I have experienced. Cuban people are warm, happy and strong, and we feel in love with them right from the airport… And thanks to my guide (and now friend) Letty, our trip exceeded our expectations. No detail was omitted and on everything she went above and beyond! Fantastic experience: I have never felt more safe and taken care of on a trip in my life. The group was very welcoming, warm and professional. We learned so much history about Cuba and were exposed to a range of Cuban life from tourist attractions to life with the locals. There was a lot of transparency and generosity. Came back home feeling refreshed and eager to come back to Cuba. The food was delicious and the lodging accommodations were clean. Fantastic experience: My friend and I recently traveled to Havana under the "support for the Cuban people" program with Letty's Cuba travel. We had an absolutely amazing long weekend there. We saw, learned, and experienced so much with our excellent tour guide Dianelys and driver Alejandro. They went out of their way to make our trip every thing we wanted it to be. They are excellent and so professional! Our bed and breakfast 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable and clean with a delicious breakfast prepared for us every morning by a lovely Cuban woman. Fantastic experience: Letty's Florida-based team put together an itinerary to support the Cuban people, and her team on the ground in Havana was amazing. We found Cuba to be beautiful, friendly and safe. Highlights included the historic architecture (many pre-WW2 and Mid-Century Modern classics), the art museum, wonderful live music and the Havana Forest. There were challenges (lack of internet, temporary blackouts, changing money to Euros, etc.), though we had expected these from talking with previous visitors. We hope for a better future for the Cuban people. We were saddened by the long lines the people of Havana face for food, gas and other basic necessities like cooking oil and milk. We would like to help more. Letty's bilingual tour guide Dianelys (Di) was very thoughtful in meeting our requests. She genuinely listened to us. She taught us local history, rearranged Itineraries based on our wishes, and helped us get Internet. Bed & Breakfast owner Roly was very dedicated, coming every morning to prepare breakfast and bring fruit from his family garden. His condo was clean and comfortable. Our driver Pedro was very safe and brought us anywhere we needed to go in a colorful 1955 Chevy. We heartily recommend Letty's Cuba to help you visit this special island!

Fantastic experience: I normally shy away from giving reviews, but this will be an exemption. My son and l just returned from a 6 day trip to Cuba. We are from Houston and never been in Cuba before. Thanks to Letty’s and her staff, the trip was memorable. We learned so much about Cuba that we can write a book about it. Because no-one is allowed to carry any type of weapon, Cuba is extremely safe for any tourist, in-fact, Cubans are not allowed to harm any tourist as it is against the law. We have traveled to Israel, Central America, Mexico, and Europe. But the safest by of all is our recent Cuba trip. This was shocking and hard to believe, but it is the truth!! Thank you Letty’s Cuba for everything you have done. Depending on work schedule, l plan to go back at least once per year. By the way, l am an American Citizen and was not aware how easy it is to visit Cuba.

Fantastic experience: Jan 15-21. Excellent service.For what I want from them they exceed my expectations. Their service and knowledge of how a US Citizen can go by itself were super of course you have to follow some rules but yailyn explain me everything with details and no problem at all.My BnB was way more than I expected very centric area with view to de the Bahia close to prrty much everything you can ask for.The owners of the BnB Hector and his wife Iris very humble, attentive,any questions that I have or concern they guide and have answer the place very clean, beautiful their breakfast was so good and can't forget their cuban coffee so good always ask what we want every day for breakfast and they do dinner too excellent Lobster with wine candle light like you were in a 5star restaurant.Forget to said when we get to the BnB there were Yailyn'smother waiting for me and my girlfriend which she is from Cuba Soo nice and attentive.we have a good time and definitely I recommend the service from Letty's Cuba Travel.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Letty’s in Late September 2019 to see about a weekend trip to Cuba. We went back and forth with emails until I decided on a weekend in Havana vacation. My husband was reluctant to travel to Cuba but I was excited. We left out of Miami for a short flight to Havana. After a long wait to get our luggage we were greeted by our guide, Andy and driver Lazaro. We exchanged our money and off on our adventure. Lazaro had a 1950’s Ford Monterey. Andy speaks excellent English. We were taken to our B&B to drop off our luggage and off to tour Havana. Our B&B was very nice and clean. It was just down the street from the National hotel of Cuba. A great location. Each morning Dora prepared and served us breakfast. We felt comfortable and safe and highly recommend our B&B. Please contact Letty’s for your trip to Cuba. We are looking into another short trip this upcoming year. I definitely will have Andy as my guide and Letty’s will handle my arrangements.

Fantastic experience: Letty's did a phenomenal job of organizing a once in a lifetime experience in Cuba which included an unbelievable private guide (Osman), an expert driver in a beautiful old car (Miguel) and a true local experience thanks to the local apartment we rented with a daily breakfast prepared by a member of the team. From experiencing every aspect of old, and new, Havana to traveling to the beautiful Varadero beach on a day trip. The team was professional, well spoken and tailored everything to meet our preferences leading to a great experience in what is a beautiful country with phenomenal people throughout. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Five Stars! Just got back from our trip to Havana. It was amazing! Definitely recommend Letty’s Cuba Travel and Tours. It truly exceeding our expectations. Everything was on point. From the booking process to the actual tours. The chofer Miguel was great! Always early to pick us up and always providing great tips for the times we were on our own. Our tour guide Andy was AMAZING!!! very puntual as well and caring. He is very knowledgeable and his English was perfect. He was very attentive to our needs. On my husband’s birthday, he gave him a beautiful card and a bottle of rum from him and Miguel. They both really made us feel special! The lady that prepared the breakfast daily was also great! The bed and breakfast was clean, great air and hot water :) The admin was really nice and I love the fact that she left us with a cellphone to use to get in contact with her if needed. Overall it was a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I booked my first visit to Cuba through Letty's. Yailyn made all the arrangements, and everything was better than I expected. Unfortunately, on the second of five days in Cuba, I had a medical issue, and had to see a doctor. Our guide and driver took me to a local clinic and assisted with my admission and evaluation. The next day I decided to go back to the states early, and Yailyn was able to reschedule my flight for me, as I had no phone service in Cuba. Again, our driver and guide drove me to the airport and made sure got my boarding pass before leaving me. I will definately go back to Cuba, and when I do, I will have Yailyn arrange it all through Letty's Cuba. Thanks to the whole Letty staff!

Fantastic experience: Aug 30 - Sept 4th. I really enjoyed my first trip to Cuba! Between the site seeing, zip lining, horse back riding, and the beautiful Varadero beach, I had a great experience. Our tour guide Dani was very knowledgeable and our driver Miguel was also very accommodating - just an awesome pair to work with. The cook at the bed and breakfast was very pleasant and the food was yummy. I would definitely book with Letty's Cuba Travel & Tours again.

Fantastic experience: Nosotro escojimos está aguencia de viajes a Cuba, después de comunicarnos con otras aguencias, porque Yailyn la muchacha que contesto nuestra llamada nos contestó todas nuestras preguntas y explicó sin apuró todo el procesó y el costó. Éramos 9 personas de la familia incluñendo menores. Siempre nos atendió con cortesía y respeto. Cuando llegamos a Cuba tenían 3 autos de los 50s y el guía esperándonos en el aeropuerto, todos muy amables y respetuosos y el guía hablaba español e inglés y con un vasto conocimiento. Nos hospedamos en un B&B en el Vedado frente al malecón, un apartamento muy bonito y el servicio de 5 estrellas. Una experiencia maravillosa que nunca olvidaremos y los hijo y nietos pudieron conocer a nuestra Cubita bella. Muchas gracias por Tan bella experiencia después de 51 años lejos.

Fantastic experience: My family & I had an amazing time, Lettys staff in the office was wonderful, they made our plans to visit Cuba.so much smoother & when we got to Cuba, the drivers & the guide were waiting for us with a big smile in their face, when we got to the place we stayed @ the samething everyone of the staff were waiting with delicious Cuban fruit milkshakes for all of 9 of us , we had the best time.

Fantastic experience: Havana- May 2019: Absolutely amazing! When our party of five arrived at the airport in Havana, our driver LAZARO met us in the airport. He has one of those candy-colored 1950's bright American cars to take us around, and we are so happy that we had a driver as the roads were unfamiliar and the traffic patterns are not what we're accustomed to. Lazaro was very friendly and kind and found us great places to eat and was patient while we looked around. He was consistently on time for each of our pick ups. Our tour guide NELSON was extremely knowledgeable and speaks great English. We had a fantastic time with him seeing the art and architecture that makes Havana unique. We also had a show at the Tropicana that was a delight. Letty's Travel was great in putting together an itinerary that worked for our trip, coordinating our visas, and making sure we were prepared for the exceptional experiences that make Cuba a remarkable travel destination. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: Cuba Trip: April 2019- Our Rep from Letty’s Cuba was Yailyn and she was very knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions. They booked an amazing experience. Our BnB was very nice. Home style feel with hotel amenities and our driver and 60’s car were the best! Visa are super easy to obtain and the excursions while on site were all well known by our English speaking guide. Highly recommend this agency.

Janet helped us pick dates and was super accommodating with payment and any questions we had in preparation for the trip. She had many tips on what to bring and what to expect. The entire staff from the driver to the housekeepers and cooks and everyone they met in town was friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better tour. My parents were amazed at the hospitality and the location of their apartment. The trip was everything they expected and more. Negative experience: These people ruined my vacation before I even left. Wish I had option for zero stars. We needed ​a HE-11 visa and went to Letty’s ​Cuba Travel in Weston, Florida to help us get one for a cruise on September 10 2018. Called ​this agency in May and they told us to wait until early July because it ​would only takes ​ ​4 – 6 weeks to get this visa. Went back first week of July and paid them $250. ​After a week they required ​extra paperwork that ​my husband siblings did not need to have when using a different travel agency in Miami. A month before our trip we had heard nothing so ​we called and they didn’t seem to know who we were, then ​they had our departure date listed as a month later than we were leaving. Called back 2 weeks in advance of departure as we still had not heard back. They told us they would check and call us back, never happened again. We called 10 days before our trip and they said they would check and call back. Finally two days later they called back and said it had been approved but to get it on time we had to pay another $140 to expedite (to a different agency in Miami). They gave us the impression that for this fee they were going to send Federal Express overnight and we would have it in a few days. Six days (3 days before our departure date) no one knew where it was. Called twice and left message of extreme emergency to Letty, ​the owner of the agency and never got a reply. She had someone else in her office call us back who told us to relax and not worry because this had happen before and the customer got it the day of travel. The last thing we wanted to hear, if we didn't get it in time we would not been able to get on the ship and NCL would do nothing to compensate us. Losing $2,000 is not something to relax about. After sixty-five days, two days before our trip, and $390 later we got a message they were going to Miami to pick it up and deliver it for us. I didn’t sleep for a week and their nonchalant attitude and lack of follow up didn’t help. The trip was good and I recommend cruising to Cuba but I would use someone else to get Visa and do reservations. We feel they took our $140 and did not provide any service for this additional amount. We tried calling Letty ​again to discuss with her ​all that had transpired and no one has return our calls. We later found out that you can submit your own ​forms for $60? Just give yourself more than 6 weeks and get insurance on your trip to avoid stress of losing your money. Would Not Recommend Or Ever Use Again!

Fantastic experience: We did the the Havana weekend tour with 9 of us including a teen and two young adults. We were provided with two drivers with classic cars and a tour guide. We did the home stay at a bnb to get the full experience. Everyone had a great time and we saw all the important sites. Having a planned tour keeps you from over-paying, having to negotiate prices and wasting time. The tour included the Cuba Cubana dinner show at the Hotel National. Excellent cultural experience.
