Fantastic experience: United bus is the best transportation company in Chicago, we had work with them 3 times now and They are the best and most profesional company, Emir and the family are the best and will work with United bus in other destinations as well, we like to say thank you for all the great Job.

Fantastic experience: United Buses provides multiple movements for my group last week in Chicago. All motor coaches were on time, clean and well maintained. The 3 drivers we worked with were knowledgeable of the city and worked well as a team to get our group where they needed to go. They were all experienced drivers and were easy to communicate with and work with. The owner and office staff were also great to work with and always on top of what was going on. As the owner of a Destination Management Company for 30 years, we recognize quality service and United Buses does an excellent job. We highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My experience with United Bus has been nothing short of amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and patient answering all of my ridiculous questions and addressing my concerns throughout the weeks leading up to our booking. When it came to our rides, the drivers and coordinators were so accommodating and polite. the ride itself was completely relaxing even amidst the heavy traffic congestion we dealt with. The drivers understand the city of Chicago like the back of their hand, and somehow were able to reroute us through faster routes to get us to and from our destinations on time. They are like magicians when it comes to maneuvering the long coach buses, and coordinators would flat out stop/direct traffic in circumstantial situations to keep us moving. I've been on a ton of bus rides and never have I ever had an experience like I had with United Bus. It's a no brainer for us to use them for our next company outing. Booking was easy and their customer service and communication was incredible leading up to the event and post-event. Fantastic experience: It is not like everyday that you rent a bus, as a matter of fact, this was my very first time. I was referred to United Bus by a family friend but I had no idea of what to expect. The whole booking process was seamless, they helped me decide on what was my best fit, from the amount of passengers to falling within my budget. The bus was not only on time, but way before the scheduled time. The bus itself was immaculate, in &out and the driver looked like he was going to a weeding. The driver kept us informed of the route he was using as well as drop off and pick up procedures. All my guests were also impressed and many asked me for information about the company. Fantastic experience: We utilized United Buses for guest transportation to the rehearsal dinner and wedding for our son's resent wedding in Chicago. When researching bus companies, we opted to go with United based on their outstanding ratings and they did not disappoint. Marcin was our driver for the rehearsal dinner and Dave for the wedding. They arrived on time, were very service oriented and transported our guests to the various destinations safely. I also need to recognize Jana who was our main point of contact for questions, setting up our reservations, confirming everything, etc. She was AMAZING to work with - extremely customer focused, flexible and unbelievably patient with various changes that we needed to make as we got closer to the wedding and needed to adjust a few things. For dependable transportation in a city with quite a bit of traffic challenges, you cannot go wrong with United Bus Chicago. It will be one thing you will not need to stress over or worry about. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience when travelling with a group for work to Chicago's Lollapalooza. Our party rented the Sprinter vehicle which was clean and stocked with waters. Many streets were blocked off, traffic was hectic, and phone service was sparse but drivers Moe and Mel were professional, easy to communicate with, and kept the energy high. When coordinating logistics, Dino was very helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. You had the option to communicate via Google Meet which made things very easy (sometimes the back-and-forth emails are exhausting!) Thank you United Buses, Dino, Mel and Moe! Would recommend to anyone travelling to Chicago with a party.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience when traveling with a group to Chicago for work. Jana who manages the reservations is very responsive and provides all details you need. Both of our drivers Sonny and Anthony were kind, helped with luggage, and got us to/from O'Hare very quickly! Busses were both clean and spacious.

Fantastic experience: On Thursday Aug 29th, we utilized United Bus for a golf outing and it was perfect combination of luxury and space for our party of 8. Our driver Marcin, arrived 15 minutes early for departure and also 15 minutes early for the late evening departure from the course. We were able to pick up one passenger and all went smoothly and we will look to utilize United in the future as well as request Marcin. The Sprinter Van was perfectly sized for our group and 8 sets of clubs fit in the storage. This went as expected for us and most importantly no one had to drive after having a few on the course and at dinner. Looking forward to next year

They were very prompt and they have impeccable communication from letting me know when the buses were on the way, once they arrived, and when they completed the drop offs. I was also provided a direct number to the driver to make coordination of the pick-ups easy. He was early along with the driver of our second bus and made sure everything ran smoothly. He braved the terrible weather with us and got everyone to and from our event safe and sound! Fantastic experience: We recently hired United Bus for transportation to/from the United Center for a Blackhawks game. We ordered four buses to accommodate about 200 people between hotel and venue location. The drivers were fantastic, and we felt they went above and beyond to ensure passengers were transported efficiently, safely and warmly. The lead driver (Moe) was exceptional and you could tell he had a personal vested interest in making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend United Bus for transportation around the Chicago area.

Positive experience: The buses were very bouncy, like they needed new shocks, and the upholstery was a little worn. But they got us where we needed to be on time with a smile. Ebony was very helpful and even put our banner up in the window so we could find our bus easily. Good job.

Fantastic experience: I am the Independent Living Activities Coordinator for Westminster Place, a senior retirement community in Evanston, IL. I organize outings and trips that our residents go on and plays and music performances they attend. When Covid 19 was beginning to ease up a bit and we felt comfortable taking a group trip downtown I was looking for a bus charter company to do business with. When I found United Bus I hit the jackpot! They are 100% reliable and their drivers are second to none. Every driver we have ever had from them has been courteous, friendly, always on time, and usually early. Our residents always tell them what great drivers they are and marvel how they stay patient in the traffic. Last week one of our residents fell in the performance building and needed an extra amount of help getting on and off the bus. Our driver was cool, calm and collected and helped tremendously in the situation. Their people in the office are also wonderful and helpful in every situation - even with last minute trip tweaks. United Bus is the most complete and top notch company that I deal with in my position - I highly recommend them to all!

The bus arrived early. It was immaculate in and out. The company and driver stayed in constant communication to make sure everything went smoothly. We can't say enough good things about our driver, William. He helped load the residents with patience, courtesy and kindness, putting all the seniors at ease.
