Fantastic experience: Quick and easy way to get international drivers license

Negative experience: Bad service from staff at Detroit Downtown. I asked to have a passport photo taken. The front desk staff told me the camera was not working in Detroit. They said they had called the office in Grosse Pointe (25 minutes away) and that the camera was working there. I drive over to find out that they had not called. The camera was broken at Grosse Pointe as well. A staff member (Justin) at Grosse Pointe called Warren and found out that the camera is down. What in the world is going on? What a waste of time. I still don't know where to go, Justin made a note to call me next week Sherry

Negative experience: Called to update my policy. Terrible customer service. The lady wants to talk when you talk! Nope!

Negative experience: Completely unprofessional. No one answers the phone, so I had to come in person—only to be told they couldn’t help me because their equipment was down. On top of that, I couldn’t get my parking validated since no one picked up the phone to confirm parking instructions.

Negative experience: Lavena Boyce... worst agent ever! After insulting my wife, and giving her opinion on our marriage, she proceeded to tell me (after she's already swiped my card) that if I don't accept the policy she's offering, she's going to personally go into my account and cancel the insurance I just purchased. She refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor, and at one point, I think she had a friend try to pretend she was her supervisor! I canceled the policy because I no longer trusted her or AAA. WORST AGENT EVER!!!!!

Negative experience: Insane how they can’t provide a time frame for road assistance. Are you telling me that I can be sitting here for 8 hours waiting to be assigned to someone? The answer is always: there’s no minimum time. It is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I love this location!! Wish I knew about it sooner lol! They even have designated parking just for us

Negative experience: I would not refer a rat to them I have had issues with United Towing company twice now first time customer relations solved quickly. Now on 9/15/23 my truck wouldn't start had to have it towed United Towing came on 9/16/23 had a flat tire from United Towing cause a flat tire here it is almost 3 weeks later AAA wants me to pay for my membership but has not resolved this issue with United Towing about my tire

Negative experience: A very bad company. I do not recommend dealing with them at all. We agreed on a certain amount, and I was surprised that they imposed additional fees without consulting me or taking my consent. They are really fraudsters.

Negative experience: Honestly I would give them a zero but can't. This is for the road side service and customer service itself. Driver came to change my tire after 20 mins of working on it he gave up and told me I had to put another service request in even though he had a flat bed to tow my car. He said he would dispatch his company to send another truck out. Next thing I know he pulled off on me. Called them back told them what happened they assured me that they would make up for what driver did.. well another hour went by before I decided to leave.. I was stranded for over 4 hours with my kids. I do NOT recommend AAA service due to driver lack of compassion. Get Triple A at ur own risk. This was a situation that simply could of been avoided if the driver would of just towed my car when he realized he couldn't take the tire off.

Positive experience: Came here for international drivers license In & out 30 min . Only issue is there printer isn't working for pictures. Had to go to cvs in down town .

Negative experience: Too slow , need to operate with greater sense of urgency and quit making excuses for why they can’t , if your in area you should be to destination less than 30 mins or else why be in area!

Negative experience: I called 3 weeks ago and gave the receptionist exclusive details about the trip i wanted to have planned for my parents. The receptionist was very pleasant, she said the person that would be helping me was currently with a client and would have her call me, i even submitted my email address and still i have not heard back from anyone from this AAA .

Fantastic experience: Friendly and fast! I had to come here for an international driver permit for an upcoming trip and it only took 15minutes. Parking is in the pay lot just to the east of the building, with the entrance on Grand Boulevard. AAA has dedicated spaces that do not cost additional parking fees.
