Hi Chris, we apologize for any confusion. This location now functions as an insurance office and is open to clients by appointment only.
Negative experience: This organization’s inability to communicate and do a basic Google My Business profile update created major issues for me. As of today it says it’s open with hours posted. But I showed up to find a sign on the door that it’s been closed for over 3 months. If I’d known this, I would’ve applied for an International Driver’s License more than a week before my trip. $120 later, I got one through rush service. What a disservice by a declining organization.

Negative experience: Unreliable and unavailable when most needed. Was stranded late at night, after trying to get the app to work, being told the wait time for a return call was an hour, waiting for over an hour for a return call, I gave up and called friends for help. As a single woman, I need to know that when I pay for safety and reliable help, I will get it. The cost for this service is not worth this kind of stress.

Negative experience: My Dad and I called because the battery in my car wouldn't start. We were told that someone would be at our location (with a new battery) between 1 and 1 and a half hours. Two hours later we tried calling customer service, but could not get ahold of anyone. Finally, we sent them a text. No response until 15 minutes later. It said a representative would be contacting us. Instead of a representative, I get a call from a local towing company. I asked if he had a spare battery in case mine was dead and couldn't be jump started. He said he didn't. He also said he was about 15-20 away from our location. It took 3 hours for help to arrive when we were told an hour and a half. We have never had atrocious "service" like this before. We are beyond furious with our "service" tonight. No service is more like it. We had to be saved by a local towing company. What if we had been in an unsafe location? I would give zero stars if I could.

Negative experience: Been with them five years and the refuse to change my tire . They say AAA doesn't carry bottle jacks and i have to buy it myself . Why wont they buy the right equipment ??? Also refused to help me the last three times i called , this is why you pay upfront then get nothing in return . SCAMMERS !!!!!!

Negative experience: They've got a loophole to use for every scenario so they don't have to pay. Car in a wreck? Too dangerous to tow somehow. Car stuck on highway? Too dangerous to come tow, might get run over trying to help. Gives you a warm feeling when you get it but a terrible one when you need it. Would not recommend this region or company in general.

Negative experience: If AAA CDA offers you Safeco auto insurance, say NO. Safeco is not there to help you. What should have been a very simple task for an insurance company turned out to be impossible.

Negative experience: Wow, I’m Shocked at the Positive reviews. I’ve had Triple AAA For decades and when we moved to Cda about 9-10 Yrs. Ago they said I couldn’t have the Nationwide AAA Anymore, treated me Worse than a Redheaded stepchild and actually caused me to be so angry I quit them after more than 30 Yrs. For my Family, Business, Employees etc. but I really do miss AAA. Maybe they’ve gotten smarter or better or Maybe they actually want my business again. I’ll have to check them out and See if they treat me… like they used to.

Fantastic experience: We had an unexpected flat tire this morning while staying in Post Falls. We weren't able to change it ourselves and called AAA. Huge shout out to Matt who arrived on time, diagnosed the cause and helped us get a repair so we could get home.

Negative experience: Can say your better off saving you annual fees . If you use your AAA service once a year or less then save your money. Just pay for your own towing. I’ve used service twice now since 2018 and first time took 2 hours before they were there. Now on second call which happens to be my 18 year old daughters car and have been here for 2 hours . Ended up calling back to see what was going on and they still didn’t have it dispatched. So it could take another 1-4 hours to get to her. I’m in disbelief because I carry this service for piece of mind for my family. And picturing my daughter on side of road isn’t the serviced i called for. Save your money.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst towing experience I have ever had and yes we have a membership for 11 years. My starter fried so we called AAA to tow it back to a shop, they told us the tow truck would be there anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours, reasonable timeline. No we sat with a dog and child on a 90°+ day in direct sunlight for 3 and a half hours before a person even showed up and they didn't even send a tow truck! They sent someone to jump my car, so we had to wait an additional hour for a tow truck to even show up and by that time all auto shops were closed. Worst service I have ever dealt with, seriously would have been better off just calling an actual tow company

Positive experience: Went twice in a year for passport photos. Told camera was not working both times.

Negative experience: August 16, 2018 11:15 A.M. through 11:45 A.M. I stopped at the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho location to confirm a lodging offer I made or to see if they could assist me with a better plan. There were two customer service personnel and what appeared to be two Travel agents. I made them aware of my needs. They only smiled and did not even tell me how long I would be waiting. One Travel agent finished with her customers and proceeded behind the customer service desk. She never came to me to assist. This is totally unacceptable. I pay my annual dues and expect some form of service even if it is to notify me of a delay This didn't even happen. I will not use them again and recommend others to seek out a better travel agency. Negative experience: If you have the time, go get a truly custom insurance from an insurance company that will actually work for you (the customer) than working for themselves. I do not recommend AAA CDA.
Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleased with the store location, the interior lighting for us who have vision challenges and happy as a clam with the kindness and service your employees and associates demonstrated. I received more help and materials to take with us on our trip. If I can't find a place to eat or sleep shame on me as the details were graciously given.
