Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience working with Tim at Keys to The Castle Travel! He was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer questions, no matter how small. He made sure every detail was covered, including arranging a Pack ‘n Play for our hotel, which was one less thing for us to worry about while planning our trip. He also recommended grocery delivery services and shared helpful tips to make traveling with a toddler more manageable. On top of that, he sent us thoughtful and creative ideas for our gender reveal. We truly felt cared for and supported throughout the entire process. We knew we could trust Tim with helping plan our Disney trip because of his experience and how much he loves Disney himself. If you’re planning a Disney trip—especially with little ones—I can’t recommend him enough!

We hadn’t been to Disney in many years and were blown away at how many options and considerations there are to take into account. We would have been completely overwhelmed if not for Conor, who helped guide us with easy-to-understand materials and cheerfully and promptly answered our many questions. He helped us book reservations for dining, lightning lanes, “enchanting extras”, the airport shuttle, and a stroller rental, making those processes as painless as possible. He also helped us strategize what would be best for our group, which ranged in age from a young toddler to his grandparents. Thanks to Conor we were able to focus more on the fun of the trip rather than annoying logistical details, and as a result we had an amazing time and made lifelong memories. He gave great recommendations for food and events we would have otherwise skipped or not known about. He shared customized documents that we could reference throughout our time in the parks that helped us figure out when was the best time to do things, how to use transportation, and some great tips and tricks I would have never known about otherwise. Booking everything was an absolute breeze - honestly, I never want to schedule another vacation by myself again! Don't think twice about working with these folks - they're magical. They know these parks like the back of their hands and will provide you with invaluable information, and then set up all of the details for you so you can just show up and enjoy every second of your vacation. 5/5! Fantastic experience: I want to give Samantha Kiefer a great recommendation. Sam booked a fabulous vacation for myself and husband. Sam was very knowledgeable of both Disney and Universal. Samantha booked hotels at both Disney and Universal along with fast passes at Disney (making the rides times in close proximity to each other) so less walking for us seniors. Samantha also was very knowledgeable on the restaurants in the parks. We told Sam the food we liked and the time we would like to eat and Samantha came through with flying colors. Every restaurant Sam booked us at was fantastic. Food and service was top notch. Samantha listened to what we wanted and worked with us like a professional which she is. We brought our 2 & 4 year old and had not been since we were kids so all the information was very helpful. Fantastic experience: We had an awesome time on the Disney Cruise. We were on the Magic with our kids and grandkids. Lookout Cay was our absolute favorite. The beach was gorgeous and the playground with the water slides were a hit. The three year old LOVED the waterslides and the two and a half year old was very into the characters!! He loved them all but BLUE Princess (Cinderella) was his favorite!! Before the cruise we stayed at Disney World and just chilled at the resort and did a character dinner. after the cruise we went back to Disney World and enjoyed a day at Blizzard Beach and another day at Magic Kingdom. Ella and Clay rode their first rollercoaster. They loved all of the rides and the magic of Disney!! Fantastic trip! Thank you to Kelsey for guiding us all the way!!

Fantastic experience: Chris Oakes is THE MAN. I have used Chris now for two Disney World vacations and he is simply second to none. Our first trip of 20 PEOPLE was so seamless and smooth. Our Wilderness Lodge accommodations were beautiful and conveniently located near one another. His videos to help navigate the theme parks were priceless (and I’m pretty seasoned). My second trip was UNBELIEVABLY SPECIAL! A last minute booking, Chris found us a room and had me the deposit link in minutes. Once we realized the pool was under construction, he was able to book me at the Beach Club. Well, when we arrived we had been upgraded to a 2 bed/2 bath suite with CLUB LEVEL ACCESS! Our few days there were amazing! Chris was available to us even in this very short and very last minute trip. He is THE BEST there is!

Fantastic experience: My family and I had a great time at Disney World. Melissa planned everything so well. We had a day in each park with Melissa’s advice we were able to do all that we wanted. Melissa reserved terrific restaurants to eat at and at times where we were able to watch the fireworks while we had dinner. We were a party of 8 and I had no idea how to arrange this trip one of my daughters had used Melissa on her trips and told me to call her. In just a few days she had everything planned. Fantastic experience: Courtney and Ryan are gucci, periodt. They planned a trip for like 18 of us to go to Disney. We are lowkey horrible at agreeing on plans and making it work, but Courtney and Ryan were a vibe and made it happen. They planned our rooms, meals, genie+, flights, basically even told me how many underwear to pack (facts) (bring more than you think- also facts). Loved working with them and you will too!

Fantastic experience: Courtney and Ryan Viveiros planned our 17 person family vacation to WDW. The 17 people included my three daughters and my daughter in law and their respective nuclear families. They even arranged our 4 rooms at Old Key West so that we were all in the same building. Here's why: First, Samantha knows how to tune into what you want. For my 40th birthday dream trip to Africa, she patiently heard what I wanted and sketched out an itinerary based solely on what I wanted to see and do (and making suggestions only where I was open to it). She also kept me in my budget. Second, she's an expert at responding to travel hiccups. When our intended course got jumbled, she swiftly rerouted us from Egypt to South Africa and Victoria Falls. Surprise: these became the highlight of my trip! I still really appreciate how flexible she was during that change. Third, Samantha gets accommodation. She picked hotels that were just right: cozy and stylish, but not showy or wallet-emptying. I will remember these hotels forever. Lastly, the tours she planned were unique.
