Negative experience: Sign said “tourist information “. There was none. I can not believe as a seasoned traveler I have gotten this far into your state without a simple map. That is all I want.

Positive experience: Parking lot is in desperate need of help

Fantastic experience: I was surprised at how clean and well maintained this building place was. They also had 4 vending machines and tourist information guides. Plenty of outside space for pets, and even some covered picnic tables outside. Really nice.

Negative experience: Two words: Prison toilets

Fantastic experience: The bathrooms were clean and they had an area for pets. It wasn't real busy because it was like the middle of the day. But the facilities were clean and the walking areas were clean as well.

Fantastic experience: Really nice and clean! And the manager is a Rottweiler lover!!

Positive experience: Interesting concept of a tourist info center. No people work here. If you need info, you can look it up on one of the two monitors they have in the lobby. The glass can sense your finger which moves the cursor around on the monitor. Bathrooms were clean. They have vending machines for drinks and snacks. Truckers and RVers, try not to pull all the way up in your parking space. When it's time to leave, the area is a bit narrow. Just witnessed two truckers trying to leave and one trucker backed up enough to give room for the other to leave. The second trucker had to run over the curb into mud to get out.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and quiet. Light near the building at night, but dark farther along.

Positive experience: No vending machines. Just bathrooms that you can tell are cleaned regularly and very well. Not enough space for ALOT of trucks but a decent enough area.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean rest area with picnic tables, let area, public restrooms and vending machines! Great spot to stop conveniently off the freeway!

Fantastic experience: Love traveling in Arkansas. I was lucky this time the visitors center was open... 2021. I would rename this place. Arkansas Visitor's Center and Library!!

Fantastic experience: Very clean and nice place to walk a dog, however, was sure hoping for a hot cup of coffee☕but that was a no go. Ahh well.
