Fantastic experience: We just completed the 8 night Acscension Cellars Wine lovers cruise aboard the Celebrity Beyond. We had a great time. The wines were a nice experience to taste different blends. The Wine luncheon was exceptional. Suzanne and her group did a wonderful job. I would suggest booking with her, as she has numerous group cruise and specialty bookings at a great value.

Fantastic experience: Our Alaskan cruise was a bucket-list thing, and it was amazing. Suzanne got us the perfect package, and we didn't make that easy - we had a lot of requests for different times and embark/disembark locations. Suzanne took the time with us to make our trip an amazing memory. The service by her (and the cruise line) was well above expectation. The trip was well planned so we just had to follow the schedule. We have already passed on Suzanne's contact info to several people, and will continue to because of the amazing service she gave us. Fantastic experience: Suzanne provides the most complete travel advisor package you could ever want. From the initial booking months in advance, advise on hotels, excursions, ship amenities, air travel, transfers, you name it, Suzanne knows the ins and outs of dealing with the cruise line. We usually travel with other family members and Suzanne gets us staterooms next to each other. Even in the middle of our cruise we call her for advice on booking excursions and she is on it. When we call her, we have her undivided dedicated service for however long it takes. If she doesn't have an answer, she gets it and always responds in a timely manner. She travels extensively and knows the ports of call and the highlights. For pricing, you will not find a better travel expert. While on board on our last cruise, we booked another cruise as that saves money. We called Suzanne and she had a group rate for the cruise we wanted saving us $2000. Suzanne always gets us the best deals on on-board credits both thru the cruise line and Cruise One. We always recommend her to people we meet on our cruises. And she doesn't just do cruises. Fantastic experience: If you are interested in cruise vacations, Suzanne & Steve Klassen's CruiseOne is the place to go. Suzanne & Steve did a wonderful job of organizing a special group cruise to Antarctica on the Celebrity Infinity. Our cruise included some group-only events, and offered discounted transfer, hotel, and excursion rates for our group members. There was a lot of organization involved and added value. My husband and I hadn't cruised in over 10 years and this was also our first post-pandemic overseas trip, so we had a lot of questions. Suzanne responded promptly, often within an hour or two, even though she was out of the country herself part of the time while we were arranging our trip. Keeping a group of 60 or so people informed and on track is no mean feat, and Suzanne did it well and with patience & grace. She made sure those with mobility issues were taken care of as well. I don't know that we could have figured out the embarkation process at the Buenos Aires terminal without her. Here's an example of how she goes the extra mile. We were doing a post cruise tour of Buenos Aires before being transferred to the airport. It was one of the hottest days of the Argentinian summer (their seasons are opposite to ours in North America). We were all wilting but our schedule didn't allow for the entire group to go off shopping for something to drink. Suzanne had the tour guide stop long enough to get her to a shop where she picked up bottled water for everyone on the motor coach. That was so kind. It kept us on schedule and revived the entire busload of us. .

Fantastic experience: Suzanne went above and beyond with our travel plans and recommendations!! We booked a cruise with Royal Caribbean during the pandemic and needless to say I had questions for her almost weekly if not daily regarding cruise safety among other things. Suzanne was always on top of things and responded promptly to all my questions even during the weekends. She also kept an eye on the cruise prices and when she realized the ship wasn’t fully booked was able to get us a $230 credit which we used to upgrade our room to one with a balcony. Fantastic experience: Earlier this year my husband and I decided we were going to "brave it" and take a European river cruise to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and our milestone birthdays. Fantastic experience: Suzanne loves to travel and works very hard to ensure that everyone has a travel experience they too love. She is extremely responsive, via phone or email ( and at times both!). Her prices are great, and, because of her affiliations, often include benefits that only groups receive. Suzanne is very detail oriented. A recent example was when a senior family member wanted to be included on an upcoming cruise. Her passport had expired . Suzanne provided her with directions on renewing her passport, as well as locations where this could more quickly be accomplished in person. Fantastic experience: After a year of having several cruises cancelled, Suzanne was very much aware of how much we were ready to travel again. She patiently worked with our 2021 and 2022 schedules (and the cruise lines' schedules) to get us booked again--getting us similar rates and perks for the new cruises. Fantastic experience: Suzanne is our "Guru" for all things cruise related- but she knows so much more, too! She has helped us with medical issues while on a cruise, and I have seen her handle travel issues that arose for other people who cruised through her agency (through no fault of HERS!) When we book a cruise through her, she diligently searches for every opportunity to save us money while getting us the most bang for our bucks! Fantastic experience: Suzanne is the best Travel professional I have ever worked with, and I have spent some time in the travel industry. She is extremely helpful and patient, and is always looking at the best options for pricing and arrangements, even suggesting changes after booking that can save you time and money. I have been on several cruises that her and Steve hosted, and they are well planned, and executed. Sometimes I think there are more than one of her on board, as she seems to be everywhere, helping everybody.
