Trove Hospitality

Positive experience: Trove did a great job of getting everything on my list, but the communication leading up to the stocking of the apartment was lacking. The email to retrieve my shopping list was sent out three days late, and honestly, my apartment almost did not get stocked prior to our group arrival. I do not know why I was not contacted for how to access the Airbnb, but thankfully I called before our arrival to make sure things had gone OK. They were able to rush and get everything in our Airbnb, but if I had not had called, I’m guessing this would not have been the case. Good service but dropped the ball a little bit with me.

Fantastic experience: Trove Hospitality went above & beyond for my group! They accomplished my vision while following our AirBnb rules. Alysse was super nice & Beth communicated with me from booking until completion. I definitely recommend Trove Hospitality!!

Fantastic experience: Planning a bachelorette from states away with everyone on flights that got in later in the day, the grocery delivery service was so nice! They had everything stocked by the time we got to the airbnb and were very communicative with any substitutions that needed to be made. Highly recommend!

We were able to not stress about anything and the mimosa bar they set up was so cute! I absolutely recommend and feel this is necessary if you are short on time and don't want to waste it grocery shopping on your own

Fantastic experience: Trove Hospitality was wonderful! They provided great service for our stay in Nashville. They assisted with making reservations for our group (19) at venues and services that were in high demand. They stocked our refrigerator and bar prior to our arrival. They made great recommendations and provided an itinerary that had every detail, nothing was missing. Stephanie and Beth were very accommodating and super helpful. Thank you for a wonderful birthday trip!

Positive experience: We used trove to set up a balloon banner and stock the fridge at our rental for a Bachelorette Party. The banner was perfect and the grocery stocking was worth the convenience for sure. Some of the groceries were not the best, it could have been seasonal, but we had four kiwi we had to throw out because they were mush and about a third of our grapes that were bad. I would have preferred to not have them if they were not edible. I would still recommend, because the convenience was great and like I said, it could have just been because the fruit was out of season.

Fantastic experience: We traveled with a group of 14 to Nashville and had the best experience! Trove Hospitality is a one stop shop for all of your needs. They offer different packages to fit within any budget. I would 100% recommend them. Chef Steve was also amazing! It was so nice to have a private chef arrive at our rental home, and cook up an amazing meal for us. He did not even need a large kitchen to do it! He made everything work and we were all so very pleased. In addition, our groceries were also delivered to our house before arrival--which was fabulous! After a long day of travel, it was great to walk in, and grab a cold beverage from the fridge, and a much needed snack. Thank you for everything!!!

Fantastic experience: I used Trove Hospitality for two services (stocking the fridge and decor package) for my friend's bachelorette party. Trove Hospitality was nothing short of perfection during the entire process. They were incredibly accommodating, very communicative and gave me full confidence in their services. They were a joy to work with and I would use them over and over again!

Fantastic experience: From booking to having the fridge filled was perfect. Fabulous company, customer service was 100%. I highly recommend this service and company. I booked for my fiancés bachelor party in Nashville. The guys were so excited to come in and see the food and beverages already stocked. Even the employee that was picking out my order was in contact with me, That somethings that I had on my list didn't look the best in the store so she recommended some thing else which I thought was fabulous.

Positive experience: In theory this is a wonderful service and for the most part they delivered. However, I provided a very detail grocery list, and there were items that were added to, and others that were just ignored. For example, I needed one small sweet onion. I received three large sweet onions, which I did not use and had to throw away. I also asked for 2 cans of the Pillsbury cinnamon rolls (pack of 8), I received ONE can of 5 large cinnamon rolls. All in all, not a huge deal, but I ended up having to go to the grocery story myself and getting the items I needs more of and I threw away extra stuff I didn't need. I was mostly surprised because the person shopping for me did text and ask about one item and it's replacement. I would have appreciated more communication like that. The fridge and food was organized nicely. I chalked it up to, happy I did it, but it's the risk you take when having someone else take care of the shopping. Would use again, but would reiterate specifics and ask for more communication. Also, I just received a FINAL INVOICE. I would have liked to have seen the receipts from the shopping. I paid it, but that would have been preferred.

Fantastic experience: The fill the fridge grocery delivery was so helpful! Emily delivered the groceries right on time and organized everything in the fridge. This was a great company to work with, I'll certainly use them again.

Fantastic experience: Grocery shopping when you're on a trip is a huge pain in the butt, but Trove Hospitality helped simplify this! They were really easy to work with & got all the groceries we needed! Everything was stocked and organized so well. The original employee ended up being sick, so Stephanie went out of her way to go to the grocery store for us after she flew in at 5:30 from a conference! We were so thankful for this. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This service was amazing. We also had a miscommunication with the amount we ordered and Stephanie went above and beyond to help us figure it out. When ordering be as specific as possible to avoid communication issues. For example instead of using words like a “case of beer” say “12 beers” etc. I would do this on every vacation it saved so much time and as soon as we got there we could relax and enjoy a meal or drink.

Fantastic experience: I hired Trove Hospitality to decorate our Airbnb for my best friend’s bachelorette. Overall, we had a great experience! Prior to decorating, they have you fill out a form so that you can let them know of color scheme, which balloon phrase you want, additional details, etc. All the girls and the bride LOVED how everything turned out. 10/10 would recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Awesome concept! I had my bachelorette this past weekend in Nash and myself along with my 9 friends were thrilled to not have to go grocery shopping or liquor shopping. Who wants to waste money on ubers to get to the stores and back, sweat in the process in the heat, and waste the little precious time that you have on vaca food shopping. Stephanie always answered me right away leading up to our vaca and was timely with her delivery! No issues and we were so happy!

She went above and beyond coordinating a great weekend for my buddy’s bachelor party including VIP tickets, tee times, Top Golf, paintballing, boat rental, etc and she even coordinated rides to each one so we wouldn’t have to struggle with a bunch of Ubers. Couldn’t recommend her more :)

Stephanie made all of our activity (*party boat and party bus*), brunch, and dinner reservations ahead of time so we just had to show up! Our group absolutely loved the detailed itinerary for the weekend. Stephanie even provided outfit suggestions for each day/activity which was super helpful. The restaurants, bars, and activities that were planned were AWESOME! Reservations were made to all of our dining so we did not have to stress over anything all weekend. Fantastic experience: I can not stress this enough. If you are coming to Nashville, reach out to trove hospitality. I learned of them through the Airbnb we were staying at and I initially didn’t reach out because I thought it was gonna be super pricey. But they are very reasonable. We used them for grocery delivery and they will go buy your groceries and deliver the groceries to the Airbnb and unpack it all so everything is set up when you get there at check in. And let me tell you, the way they set this up was so aesthetically pleasing. Everything in the fridge was front facing and color coordinated almost. It was a very special touch and you can tell they are really passionate about what they do and just wanting to make people comfortable and happy. The grocery service was just the price of the groceries and a 20% service fee. It was well worth it. They also got us private transportation to get around. I had a group of 9 so otherwise we would’ve had to rent multiple cars or get multiple ubers and it was honestly a stress of mine because finding ubers at night cane be hard around Broadway and the surcharge is ridiculous. The shuttle service was Nashville shuttle and our driver was Parris for majority of the time and he was amazing as well. It made everything so incredibly easy and if I were ever back in the area I would use them again. Stephanie with trove was amazing and answered any questions I had.
