Negative experience: I have been a client of BACC for a long time. The staff had been so helpful however recently I had a very disappointed situation with the services. It was on June 19th, 2023, that I reached Susan Clark on the phone to clarify something about the ticket that I bought with her. I only asked her how to update my seat, and out of nothing, she started to talk nasty and disrespectful. Honestly, I don't think I will ever have the BACC services anymore. Sou cliente do BACC há muito tempo. A equipe foi muito prestativa, mas recentemente tive uma situação muito decepcionada com os serviços. Foi no dia 19 de junho de 2023 que liguei para Susan Clark para esclarecer algo sobre a passagem que comprei com ela. Só perguntei a ela como atualizar meu assento e, do nada, ela começou a falar mal e desrespeitosamente. Honestamente, acho que nunca mais terei os serviços do BACC.

Fantastic experience: I get personalized service. I go to them every time I travel. Planning on advance, I get excellent rates and service.

Negative experience: It's time to conduct a review of you prices and customer service. You send out daily emails saying your prices can’t be beaten but recently they have been easily beaten by other sites. And that's OK, you are probably losing market share. What's not OK is the attitude of your employees.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist greeted you with a beautiful smile. The young lady that helped us all out with our flight reservations was very kind and gracious and took her time to help us. We are all very satisfied BACC Travel. It was my first time there but I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Brazil.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed! I bought my tickets to Spain while ago to travel next month. My boss is sick and I need to change the date of my trip and I called the company and I was told that there is no way to change my dates because the insurance they work with it doesn’t cover change of dates. When I got my tickets they did not offer me to buy any type of insurance, then when I called them to change the date they told me I can’t change my dates. What am I supposed to do now? Just loose $1.168.00 ? What type company doesn’t care for the interest of the clients ? Who’s interest they care for? Not for the client obviously. I have learned my lesson now.

Positive experience: This is the best place to buy tickets over the phone, when you look on the internet to buy international air tickets with or without connections the airtickets websites always give you too many long waiting connections, usually flights that doesn't make any sense to fly. BACC always are prompt to answer theirs calls, their operators are very helpful to any of my calls and questions they always find the best option regarding the airline, the time between the connections and even the airports. This is my place to buy my next international air tickets. A big thanks to Priscilla and Jenny. Thank you all for the good job. I'm glad I found you guys!

Negative experience: They are cheaper than google flights, but the agents do not care about following up with clients. You have to bug them over and over again to finally get an answer.

Negative experience: The worse customer service. The attendants are rude over the phone. The online booking department is the worst. Roberta Palls is rude and does not answer the emails regarding refunds. I have been trying to get my refund dor over 8 months. BE AWARE BEFORE YOU BUY!

Fantastic experience: I am just stopping by to say thank you to Jenny for all her help with my daughter's ticket back home from Brazil. She has finally arrived and everything went well. Also, Jenny's last minute wishes when I was most worried amid COVID-19 situation meant a lot to me. Thank you again!

Positive experience: My agent was Lisa and she was very fast and effective answering my phone calls as well as responding my emails back and forth. Price was unbeatable! I was able to purchase and have my tickets in just a few hours. I see a lot of people complaining about the attendant, but I hardly had to talk to anyone but Lisa. My whole transaction was through phone calls and emails. Highly recommend it. I will post another review once I get back from Brazil in the summer to let you know how the check ins went.

Fantastic experience: I've bought some flight tickets with them last year and had a great experience, everything done over the phone, very polite ppl, also got great prices comparing to what I've seen online.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time, they know nothing about customer service

Negative experience: I only gave 1 because 0 is not an option. Owner is extremely rude and disrespectful with clients on social media. He doesn’t accept any negative feedback and attack anyone who say something he doesn’t like. If you want to see it for yourself just go to the Facebook Page and check it out.

Negative experience: Only gave 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I have never written a review in my life but this agency is so abominable that I feel a need to warn everyone to STAY FAR AWAY. To start off, when you call this agency they will answer by saying "Hello?" as if they couldn't care less if you called, very uninterested. Next, when you start to ask if they can help you the receptionist will cut you off and rudely tell you to stay on the line while she transfers you to an agent. After waiting for at least 15 minutes on the phone, an even more uninterested agent will answer. After telling her your destination she'll proceed to look up the first flight she can find to get over with it. Then, she'll ask for your name but be careful because she WILL NOT double check if it is correct or not. So then in order to reserve your flight, she asks for your credit card number over the phone but since they are sooo concerned for the safety of your information, you need to fill out a form with your credit card number and the correct names for your plane ticket, or else there is a $50 fee to change any names. But the gag is, this company wil charge your card without even looking at the form to see if you signed the authorization and guess what? Every name on the ticket is wrong because they absolutely do not care to make the customer happy. So after a week of not receiving a confirmation email for your purchase, you have to call them again, deal with the insolent receptionist, wait 30 minutes for your agent to answer, listen to her lie about having already sent you the confirmation before sending it again for you to then see that she completely messed up your ticket, so you have to call again to tell her it's wrong, and then listen to her LITERALLY TISK AT YOU AND LECTURE YOU ABOUT HOW YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE THE NAMES WERE RIGHT BEFORE SHE SUBMITTED THE INFORMATION, EVEN THOUGH THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID. So the agent will say it was all your fault, and that they didn't even get the form and this and that and every excuse to cover up their mistakes, then try to charge you $50 because they didn't look to see if they wrote the names right. Then, if you try to call a supervisor or manager, the receptionist will make sure it goes to voicemail and you will NEVER receive any help from the supervisor so you're completely screwed over by them. If the agent says she's going to call you back, she won't. If you have another issue during your trip and try to call, they will hang up on you. There is no quality here at all. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES. If after all this you still want to try the company, make sure that if you get the agent SUSAN CLAYRE, immediately hang up or ask for someone else because SUSAN CLAYRE has to be the most incompetent, unskilled, absolutely inferior employee I've ever had the displeasure of working with. If the rest of the employees at BACC Travel are even half as bad as Susan, the whole place should just get shut down because of their incapability.

Negative experience: Desapontada com o atendimento da BACC, estou tentando ligar tem uns 3 dias e a atendente Jaqueline é super mau humorada e mau educada, se quer pede para eu deixar o meu número do meu telefone para a Susan que eh a pessoa que me atende super bem, me retorne! Está parecendo que estou fazendo um favor em ligar para cotar uma passagem! Existem muitas pessoas que precisam trabalhar e as empresas deveriam reciclar esse tipo de pessoa!
