We had four adults and three kids and did 2,300 miles. Driving was easy and pleasant, and parking turned out to be easy, too. Kids were entertained with Wi-Fi and onboard entertainment options and never complained, even on long trips. I would rent this van again without a second thought.

Negative experience: Response to owner. Still north hollywood is 3-4 miles away from van nuys not 15-20 miles. The young lady still wanted to charge a $100 for delivery and I never stated I couldnt afford the van, I just dont like to get "added on fees" later once I got the quote. Its a luxury van and I know it will be expensive. You can speculate all you want that apparently I wanted "free" services from you but I never wanted anything for free. You should also tell the younf lady not to offer free drop off (her words) to clients. When the word FREE is stated then you cant charge a delivery fee. You better change the wording on the processing fee buddy because I have the quote and it says "premium processing fee". Good Luck! Spoke on the phone with the rep said they are willing to drop off and pick up since im close. Sent invoice with all other added fees then later she states that the drop off and pick up is $100 extra. Im like 4 miles away, and why didnt you state there is an extra 100 dollar charge for the drop off and pick up? Classic Bait and Switch! Also what is a premium fee of 3%? Arent all your vans premiums? In response to the owner. I never told you my address that is a lie. Also, North Hollywood is 20 miles away from van nuys? good one. Still what is a 3% premium processing fee?. It was 19.50 not 35. DID YOU READ YOU'RE OWN INVOICE? Is says premium I have the invoice.

It was practically brand new with less than 200 miles on it. Staff was friendly and super helpful. They took the time to explain all the features and how to use them. Kids loved being able to watch movies and play games on the tv. Also loved that there was a bathroom, so we never needed to stop. It was the most peaceful road trip I've been on in a long time.
