Fantastic experience: I started my homebase travel agency business on 2012 with the help of Skybird Travel. The company downloaded a Sabre system in my PC so I can have control of all my bookings, make sure that I can serve my clients at the tip of my finger. Their staffs are vey efficient and professional. Their accounting system is so great. They send you your commissions once a week. Their rates are very good. Their staff are very helpful, kind, respect and knowledgeable. Their Regional Director, Rupesh, makes sure that you get help when you need it. He personally helps you find solution to whatever problems you many have. I give Skybird Travel 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Sky bird has been beyond helpful when planning trips, whether last minute or planned months ahead. Especially the Manila team, who no matter who speak to goes out of their way that is beyond professionalism but rather as if you are their family member that they are taking care for. Fantastic experience: Jhoanna and her team in the US and Manila provided friendly and efficient booking services, and the Philippine Airlines and Delta partnership made my recent emergency trip the Philippines a breeze. Skybird and PAL offered top notch end to end customer services that somehow made my travel experience relaively a breeze compared to my previous trip to the Philippines. - They assisted with last minute booking of connecting local and international flights involving four airports, mindful and layover and availability of connecting flights. - Price was similar/slightly cheaper compared to direct online booking, but it came with friendly agents who stayed with me in calls for booking and to resolve issues like the etravel online issues of the Philippine’s new online immigration website. They also confirmed my flight did not have changes a day before my return trip. Since they have agents in the US and Manila, I can get support anytime I need it. - in the past, I needed to retrieve my luggages, re-checkin and go through security again three to four times between local and international connecting flights in both US and Philippines. The biggest change for this trip is that I only had to check in and go through security once. My luggages went straight to my final airport destination. To me this is the best improvement in service made possible by PAL’s partnership with Delta. It saved me TIME, STRESS, and MONEY from having to pay extra luggage cost for variations in airline luggage accommodations. - My local flight to Manila was delayed by two hours putting me at risk of misisng my international flight back to the US. PAL gave me a sticker to allowed me to ask and get assistance from cabin and airport crews. They moved me to business class just before landing and I was one of the firsts to leave the aircraft even ahead of the business class to help me catch my connecting fligt. I also saw PAL crews go out of their way to ensure an elderly woman in wheelchair go through shuttle transfers and cut lines just to catch her flight. It seems PAL has improved their game, which is great for travellers of all ages.

Negative experience: Skyberg took money out of my account I did not receive the service they took $175 out of my bank account will not returned it mr. Bird said that the money will be was in my account Monday and now he won't even answer his

Negative experience: I will definitely not do business with the company. The quality of service is not the best. I recently had problems trying to book tickets and I was receiving messages not allowing me to finish the reservation and pay. I asked several times for help and there was not proper response or solution. I kept trying for almost two weeks and nothing. As of today, I did not even receive any apologize for the issues I was having, no response to some of my emails and follow up. I finally had to look for another consolidator, booked the same tickets and the price was a little bit less. They though I was playing with the system and closed my account, which I consider unfair due to the issues and time I wasted trying to solve myself the problem I was having with the tickets I wanted. This is not professional from a company that has been in business for so many years.

Negative experience: Not recommended. I booked a flight with them last month but wasn't able to use the tickets as they processed it with a lot of errors on my details! I had to buy another ticker last minute and it caused me a LOT! Please don't make the same mistakes as I did! Don't book tickets with them to save you from any trouble.

Negative experience: I can't believe they're still in business. I didn't believe the negative reviews at first and just went ahead and booked a flight with them only to experience first-hand the scam that people was talking about. I felt like I was scammed because they booked me a ticket to a totally different airline with a lot of typo errors that made it invalid. I was furious because I had to buy a new ticket myself and until I still haven't received any refund from them.

Ethel dedication & hard work has helped my 2 elderly passenger,re- booked the flight on an early date , NH canceled the original scheduled flight (3/23/20) on a last minute, cause my passenger in a panic mode. Ethel patiently waited for 2+hrs on hold @ NH & solved the problem. My passengers are very thankful to be back home. Ethel skill is a feat to be thankful for.

Fantastic experience: Always have had great and prompt service from the travel agency. Especially from Ms Bhavani Ram, who has been our go to person for any international reservations, leisure or emergency, planned or urgent. She is very efficient and awesome at finding quick deals and providing the easiest and least expensive route for travel. Over a decade our family has had smooth travels through her bookings and even when we encounter any hitch she is easy to reach and resolves the problem as quickly as possible. In this era when air travel is not really very smooth it is a blessing thta atleast one part of travel is taken care of without any hassle!! Negative experience: I rebooked a flight through Skybird, mistaking their number for Delta’s, and was charged a $600 “service fee”. I also had to re-pay for my return flight despite the fact that the return was unaffected by the departure rebooking. Delta said they had no record of the Skybird transaction and that they had dealt with cases of fraud by Skybird before. Delta’s now launching an investigation. Do not book with them!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Skybird works tirelessly to assist and provide the best values, accommodations and and customer services. From the reservation agents to the business development and customer service on over to ticketing--they put the partner relationship first and work always for the best options and outcomes.

Negative experience: In January I went to Egypt and I needed refund due to cancelled flight. I had tough time getting thru Caroline and Binoy. Finally called airline and they were very responsive.

Positive experience: Got what I asked for at a great price. Prompt response time. Saved a lot of money on a business class fare for clients- was hundreds less each ticket on what they were looking at.

Negative experience: I was scan out of money, y never called sky bird travel n tours, I CALLED DELTA AIRLINES, I don’t no were they came from, y never heard of that travel business , they got my American Express credit card n they charged Me 3 times more of the tickets price, I book 2 flights and the tickets was never issued, my sister was never able to flight because of sickness , the doctor issued a medical note. And when I called delta airlines to get my money back they told me that the tickets price wasn’t $782.00 , delta price for both tickets was less that $ 400.00 dollars , I called American Express n they will get the money back . I didn’t do business with sky bird travel n tours, I never heard about them, be very careful when you called the airlines .BIG SCAM

Negative experience: They should be investigated for fraud, I booked a flight departing from Rochester, NY and they issued me a ticket departing from Rochester, MN. This was an emergency trip to a family funeral which I had to miss. I believe this operation uses fraudulent practices to con customers out of money. When I tried to contact someone all I got was a person who couldn't speak English and had no resolution powers to solve the problem. I truly believe the scam was on, stay away and book from notable sites. I am fighting to get my money back.

Fantastic experience: This is a fraudulent organization which exercises deceptive practices! Buyer Beware! I went directly to the airlines to purchase airline tickets and guess what this agency fraudulently charged an agent fee of $500.00 in which no ticketing was issued by them. I am reporting them to the State of Illinois Attorney General’s Office. I proceeded to contact Sky Bird Travel & Tours and no one was interested in helping me.

Negative experience: Horrible experience! I called and asked for specific dates and flights. The agent ( Jolanta) never called back, so I called again and left voice mail.I also got NO RESPONSE. If you value your time and money go somewhere else!
