We had a very minor issue with one of our excursions (this was an issue on the resort end) and Shannon was able to fix it for us right away! We were unsure of what we wanted but she was able to give us many options with multiple budgets to make planning easy. Our original resort ended up going under construction last minute but Shannon was able to get us moved to a different resort without any issues - and we’re sure glad we moved!! Fantastic experience: Shannon helped our family plan our first all inclusive trip to celebrate our daughters graduation. She listened to our needs and wants and found the perfect resort for us. Shannon answered our many questions and was always quick to respond to anything that popped up. She offered many great suggestions for excursions and made sure our transportation to the resort was set. We had one hiccup on the trip with our room when the air conditioning went out. A quick message to Shannon and things were quickly resolved with a room upgrade and extra perks. We went in not knowing where we wanted to go, we just knew we wanted tropical. She asked the right questions to help us book the perfect honeymoon in St Lucia. We determined Sandals La Toc was the vibe we wanted. We got our ocean view that we decided was a must have and she helped to advise us on an excursion to book when we arrived. She is prompt to answer all your questions during most people's "off hours". We are not in a place to travel in the near future, unfortunately, but when we are ready I will use Shannon again!

Fantastic experience: Working with Shannon to book our honeymoon to St. Lucia was the best experience! She sent us so many options within budget and with personal experience from the resorts we were looking at. We had originally booked for August 2020 and with COVID, the resort was not open. Shannon called us right away and gave us our options. We decided to rebook for October 2021 and had the best time! With Covid still being around, St. Lucia had some requirements before you can enter. Shannon emailed us everything we needed to do before leaving, making it super easy and simple for us. She was able to give us so many suggestions on what to do while in the island, and we had the best time! We will definitely be booking more vacations with her!

She was patient with me when choosing a destination, as I had some unknowns with changing jobs when I initially reached out and she was happy to start the entire search over a few months later when things were more settled. We eventually picked Jewel Dunn's River Resort & Spa in Ocho Rios and it was the best experience from start to finish. She made sure we had all our travel documents and set us up on two incredible excursions (scuba/river/catamaran cruise and swimming with dolphins- BOTH AMAZING). There is no way that I could have organized this trip on my own, and if I had attempted to there is no way I would come close to the incredible prices and deals she was able to get us. This is how you get the absolute most for your budget! I will definitely be booking trips with her in the future!
