Fantastic experience: Great bus service. Especially the dispatcher, Ricardo. He really helped us out tremendously. After our granddaughter left her phone on one of the busses, Ricardo did everything he could to locate and find it for us. He's a great worker and we thank him for all his help.

Negative experience: MESSY COMMUNICATION!!! 1. PAID ALREADY AND ASKED ME TO PAY AGAIN? 2. COULDN'T KEEP TRACK OF THE SERVICE REQUESTED AND HAD TO EXPLAIN MYSELF 4 TIMES ON THE SAME THING. (I asked for a minibus for a specific date, but they failed to understand after repeating myself for the fourth time in reply to another email they sent.) 3. PLEASE KEEP ALL emails IN ONE THREAD!!! PLEASE WORK ON A BETTER SYSTEM! REALLY!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a flight from Bogotá to Orlando that was canceled and the airline gave me an option to Miami. I called Gopegasus to transport me from Miami to Orlando, they told me that this is not their regular service but they gave me the option to take the new train. They went above and beyond taking care of the entire reservation. I arrived very early at the train station (3 hours), called Pegasus again and they explain me how to change the time to leave early. Clear communication and knowledgeable customer service.

Overall the the experience was excellent, Sal was willing to be flexible and accommodated our needs throughout the day. Highly recommend this company, but more specifically, our driver, Sal was awesome.

In addition to the great transport service, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a first class experience. The booking manager called before each leg of the route to provide me with information on the bus driver, time of pick-up and drop off, place of pick-up and drop off, and any other concerns I might have. The entire experience from requesting a quote to final destination was flawless. Pegasus is not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either; I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Negative experience: Missed my flight because they were at the wrong hotel to pick my me and my family up. Unacceptable. I recommend calling Uber instead.

Positive experience: We have used Pegasus many times. We knew that due to the Pandemic things would change. As far as a bus goes, it was fine. I was disappointed that things were not shared prior to the trip such as no restroom access (locked with a padlock) and that some of the buses were no longer equipped with tv/DVD systems. With the price of the buses skyrocketing and then not having those accesses without prior knowledge was really kind of a kick in the "you know what". We wanted and paid for the extras and basically got a basic bus with cushion seating. My favorite part was writing an email after the trip and getting no response. Zero. Zip. Nada. Will think hard about who we go with before our next trip next year. I always liked Pegasus before this trip and it would not take much for them to keep our business. We are reasonable people here. If they are reading this, an email back would be appropriate and accepted.

Fantastic experience: Our bus showed up exeactly when we requested and got us to our destination on time. Then he was readily available to pick us up and bring us back. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: They were absolutely wonderful. Everything was done over the phone. They showed up exactly when they said they would and even fixed a problem for us. No extra fee!!! Who does that? I will tell you who, Jesse from Pegasus! He was extremely reasonably priced to begin with. He transported my travel trailer from CT to FL. My mother was uber impressed with him and his son also. She immediately asked about my brother in law’s motorcycle. They will be moving out of CT and into FL in August. And Jesse said to have my brother in law call him and he would see what he could do. They are amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Negative experience: I would not trust my life in the hands of these drivers! I was just driving and had a bus start turning into my line while I’m in it! And he had the audacity to been at me and give me the finger!!!! Are you kidding me! Very bad for business! Hire some better drivers! Bus #6 smdh

Negative experience: If I could I would give this 0 stars. We had to take 3 busses because the first one broke down and the second one's windshield wipers stopped working. I would not suggest taking these busses on any field trip.We took these busses because they were the only one's left. (Most likely because no one wanted to take them since they break down easily) Will not take any field that evolves these busses ever again

Fantastic experience: Pegasus Bus is great for student field trips! We took the junior class on a three day college tour this month. I also want to acknowledge our bus driver, Sal. He is great! He was very accommodating and made sure we had a great trip. There was one day that the AC stopped working and when we left the bus to go on a tour, he found the problem and fixed it immediately so we didn't have to endure the heat. He was also very personable and we enjoyed his stories and conversation. He made the whole trip much less stressful the chaperones. No extra time was spent worrying about parking, stopping for an emergency bathroom break, getting to our colleges on time, or anything else! He also arrived nice and early at our starting point each morning. We appreciate him and hope he can be our driver next year. Thank you again, Pegasus!

Negative experience: 2nd time riding from Orlando to Tampa for the buccaneer game, bathroom didn't work either time!!

Fantastic experience: I have used this company many times for school band trips. They are always punctual, always courteous, and always flexible! The 61 passenger size has saved me so much money multiple times, keeping me from needing 3- 55 seat buses. Great company, great people.

Fantastic experience: Our hospitality organization (HSMAI) rented a bus to travel around Orlando for the day doing a publicity shoot. Our driver was fabulous and courteous. It was so convenient to not have to have all of us driving separate cars and be able to mingle amongst ourselves throughout the day. Negative experience: Pegasus was hired to drive my child's high school chorus to Orlando from Tampa. One of the two buses was 30 minutes late because they drove to the wrong high school. On I-4, the driver of my bus took out his phone and started inputing the directions to Epcot. When our choral director said she would do this for him since he was driving, he yelled at her, I am the driver! On the way back that night, as soon as we pulled out of Epcot and were accelerating in speed up a ramp to I-4, he again pulls out his phone to enter the address back to Tampa causing the bus to swerve off the road. At this point, I demanded that he stop using his phone while driving the bus and he gave his phone to me to put in directions. I have ridden on plenty of charter buses over the years and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had.

Negative experience: Went on a school field trip to sea world with lanier elementary school our bus driver for the ride home was horriable !! Bus number 6118 soon as we got on highway he pulls over to the shoulder and says kids arent allowed to sit it the first two rows when he should of said that from.the beginning i think he was just annoyed with the kids talking also he also waits till last minute to get off exit so he crossed over 4 lanes with a bus full of kids

Negative experience: Never Even was able to get a " figure" quote from a Amy, from the time I called the service was horrible, they didnt take the time to even ask questions or nothing, just told me to email my information to this AMY that if i was the ower of this company I would think twice when hiring someone, because bad customer service gives your company a really bad reputation. you lost a lot of business from me, but its ok someone else will get it. Thanks for nothing!
