Fantastic experience: TRAVEL STRESS FREE! I give them 6 stars!! They arranged a European land and cruise tour for us. We had not taken an overseas trip in many years and I had some anxiety about it. Brad made every step of our trip STRESS FREE. We were impressed with the level of detail they provide. Their TERN App is excellent - digital copies of our itinerary, every voucher and document all on one app. They also provided hard copies. It was my husband's first cruise, plus he has severe motion sickness. Brad suggested the best stateroom for him, ship center and other tips. He recommended several tour companies that would guarantee getting back to the ship on time. He even verified an early morning transfer in Italy so that we could enjoy our day sightseeing. We left the planning all up to him and it was wonderful to just go and enjoy. His travel knowledge is invaluable. I recommend Brad and Eric for any and all your travel dreams.

Fantastic experience: On August 22-September 6, 2025, my cousin, Debra and I had the pleasure of going on a 13-day Land/Cruise to Alaska. The trip was phenomenal, and the views and the countryside was just gorgeous. Our guides were so professional as well as being informed about each of the areas we visited. I met with Brad to discuss taking a cruise to Alaska and he suggested the 13-day adventure, and I am so glad he did. Brad planned every detail of our trip, from the hotel stay in Chicago to going through Custom when we returned. He even arraigned our flights, completed the check in information for the cruise. All we had to complete was our health questions. Now, our accommodations on the ship were more than we hoped for. Brad secured us a stateroom close to the elevator, close to the Centrium, where most of the entertainment was held. When I say all, we had to do was pay for the trip, that is exactly what I mean. We were given a spiral notebook with information about each of the days and what we could expect. This was very helpful. It was inclusive from day 1 to day 13. Brad and Eric were always available to answer questions by email or phone. I really appreciated their promptness to their responding. I have used other travel agencies before, but from this point on, I will be using Anywhere Anytime Journeys for all my vacation/cruise planning. I love the professionalism and the personal interaction. There is no pressure on you as they are there to please you and make sure you have an enjoyable vacation. My cousin, Debra seconds this. Fantastic experience: We have used anywhere anytime journeys for years and our last trip was exceptional just like all the other ones. Brad listened to what we wanted out of our trip and then made it even better. He helped us plan our trip from London to Paris with a private driver and the hotel he booked for us was amazing it was walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and from our roof top we were able to see it sparkle at night which was spectacular. It was a once in a lifetime trip and so glad we had Brad and his team guiding us along the way. We will continue to use anywhere anytime journeys for all of our trips.

Fantastic experience: Brad and Eric helped us organize a family trip to Italy with many moving parts, including multiple departure airports all over the U.S., various return dates, private and public transfers between hotels and airports, a few large-group private tours, and hotels for up to 5 family groups - and a last-minute hotel change when one canceled. We were able to organize as much ourselves as we wanted, but their expertise and great ideas helped assure an enjoyable experience for all of us. Fantastic experience: The agency helped me set up a cruise to Italy, it was very easy throughout the whole process and while on the cruise if there were any questions or issues they were right there to help out. From some of the events our large group had, 40 ish people I never once felt out of place or left out. I have another cruise in mind and will definately be going through them again.

Fantastic experience: I had never booked a trip with a travel agent before, but when we decided to take a pretty spontaneous trip to Florida we figured we'd see if it made a difference. Normally we would be ironing out details for a trip up until departure and have all of the stress of confirming things at the last minute etc. We had none of that on this trip. We spent a couple hours planning in the office, and walked out with everything but our food plans at Disney locked in. And, because we had met with them, we knew we needed to make food plans among all of the other things we didn't know to expect. They gave us great directions as well as setting up our rental car and everything else we needed. We never had to wonder where we were headed next because everything was planned out and easily accessible. I completely recommend Anywhere Anytime Journeys for any travel planning, and the next time I escape Illinois I'll be calling them up myself.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Brad and Eric at Anywhere Anytime Journeys to help us find a tour of Italy that would meet our interests and budget. They presented us with two options, and we chose the one that worked best for us. Brad and Eric are the most incredible travel agents I have ever worked with! They are well traveled, so they are able to give lots of tips. They really took their time with us in discussing the trip details and answering all of our questions. They even contacted our tour group for us to see if we would have time to fit something in that wasn’t on the itinerary. They had us meet with them a few weeks before our trip to go over everything. They gave us a booklet of information that they printed out specific to our trip. It has the complete itinerary, flight info, travel vouchers, important contact info, info sheet to give to your family and friends in case of an emergency, travel insurance info, checklists for packing, etc. They left no stone unturned. We had an amazing trip, and upon our return, Brad called me personally to hear about our trip. We will always use Anywhere Anytime Journeys for our future travels. We highly recommend them - they are the best of the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Brad and Eric were great to work with. We won our cruise through a local radio station. What we were told was different from what it was supposed to be so it was a little rocky starting. Once we scheduled an appointment and walked in their office, everything changed. Eric was very informative, friendly and very comforting. We sat down with Brad and told him what our likes vs dislikes and what we really wanted was. He worked on meeting our requests for a couple of weeks. Then we got a call with the perfect cruise vacation! All of our wants were met and more. In fact, on our cruise, we booked another one for them to work on for us! Great place to work with! Fantastic experience: If you are planning to travel, Brad is your go to. He did an amazing job getting our trip to Italy all worked out. He met with us, listened to what we wanted to do/see and made it happen and then some. Our trip was all organized and scheduled so all we had to do was enjoy our vacation. Don't think that once you have it booked, he's done...one of our return flights was cancelled by the airline, so I sent Brad a quick email and he had us on another flight with in an hour. Fantastic experience: I used Anywhere Anytime Journeys for the first time in November 2021. I have worked with other travel agencies but Eric and Brad are the BEST agents ever! They were extremely prompt with quoting my airfare, asked about my aisle preferences, airline preferences, airline rewards #'s, etc. But the best part is their App! They provided clear, concise instructions for how to download the app, how to use it, checked in with me to make sure I didn't have additional questions regarding how to use it - basically they held my hand through the whole process. They forwarded a wonderful trip itinerary for me use, provided their contact information if I had questions or problems during my travel. One of the best experiences I have ever had! Fantastic experience: In these times of Covid with cancelled cruises, delayed flights, and rescheduled trips, Brad coordinates with cruise companies and air lines to ensure reservations are rebooked or refunds received. The past two years, we have had to cancel three cruises. In each case, Brad worked with the cruise line to rebook the cruises in a time frame that worked for us and the cruise line. We are looking forward to our cruise this July hoping it will go, but knowing if it does not, Brad will make sure to arrange the next one.

Negative experience: Caveat Emptor. Met with Brad 9 months prior to planned European vacation. Provided him detailed outline of the air travel, ground travel, lodging and tours we wanted to do. He was pretty unresponsive from the start and had to be pushed along the whole way to provide options, make bookings, etc. In the end, he provided about 25% of the things he agreed to help us with. He was good with getting the airfare booked and providing options with that. Beyond airfare, you will have to babysit him to get things done or be on your own. Overall, one of the poorest business experiences I have had in a very long time across all industries. Too bad, because it seemed like it was going to be a great experience in the beginning.
