Negative experience: This place still sucks. Can't believe people are still going here after how HORRIBLY they're rated. If anyone is still looking to renew/apply for a passport, DO NOT GO HERE. Just look at the way the "owner" or whomever responds to criticism... Very unprofessional. Go online and print whatever form you need and GO TO YOUR POST OFFICE! This place needs to be shut down. Looking forward to how nasty of a response this might get.

Negative experience: I am from Louisiana moving to Texas. The real ID mandate stopped me from flying. Instead of getting my real ID I opted for an expedited passport. This service didn’t tell me I needed 2 forms of ID when applying in a new state. So when I got to my appointment they denied me. The service told me I had everything I needed. I called them back requesting a refund for their services since I had to get my real ID anyways after all… and they told me no.

Negative experience: Liars! They asked for huge fees and said this is high season. They said passports are taking 6 Months! I left. Went to Plano main post office and filed it without any expedited service at all. Sent it in May 1st. We got it returned May 16! Yes 16 days from application and no expedited fees whatsoever! Do NOT PAY OR USE THIS COMPANY! GO TO THE POST OFFICE.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed my husband bought me here to get my passport also for him to renew his passport we paid a significantly expensive amount just for me to get on the computer and do the work myself afterwards we were told that I would have to go to the passport office to do everything needed to be done to get my passport and still paid the amount there we were also told since my husband was getting a renewal passport it would only take him 4 weeks as he paid for expedited service it’s now going on month three and my husband still have never received his renewal passport nor was he ever notified about the status of his passport we called nearly 359x to no avail my husband and I are extremely upset and disappointed if you were going to scam the least you could have done was give him his old passport book back instead of keeping it and lying I would not recommend at all

Negative experience: This business adds fake business locations on google maps. The location in St Louis is not real. Bad business practice. // Added after owners comment: I understand you help people... but you should not have a physical location listed on Google in St Louis unless if you have a physical location. Of course this can be done online, but I needed a physical location in St Louis and you wasted my time with your spam location. You shouldn't get frustrated at a customer who is frustrated by your lie. Maybe don't lie about your locations.

Negative experience: Do not come here for a passport! All they do is check your papers and charge you $100 or more..Total scam.

Negative experience: Avoid if possible. This place seems fishy. I had all of my paperwork from rush my passport. Just looking for someone to accept it. Guy took a quick look and told me everything was wrong but he could help me if I pay the $100 fee. Not sure how he determine that my parents info or my info was wrong since he didn't verify it. Then showed me all of the rush my passport paperwork that he fixed. Not sure why he held on to that paperwork with that sensitive information on it.

Negative experience: Buyer beware. To start, this business location is not accuratly listed. Secondly, they are charging for form that you can fill out for free from your own home. I think they are banking on the fact that most people just don't know where to go to download or mail these forms. When you call their office whoever answers the phone is very evasive and just gives you the run around. However, they are happy to charge you and arm and a leg. Be very careful!

Fantastic experience: Super fast at getting birth certificate and passport

Negative experience: This place is a scam. They will charge 100$ just to fill out DS11 form while in reality you can go to online and schedule for yourself. Please save your money. Besides they can even see your social security no while you are filling out the form so be very careful. They mislead you saying that 20 weeks wait line for passport while in reality its 7 weeks. Addtionally they will not explain the process to you and force you to pay first. I wish I would pay with my credit card so I could dispute my transaction but unfortunately I zelled so cant reverse. Posting this so you do not get scammed

Negative experience: As stated in the other reviews, do not go here. Very misleading- as far as I know, you don't have to be redirected to another place to complete the process renew you license (it should be a one-stop-shop) . The form they make you fill out is completely free online and is just a prerequisite to getting your renewed licenses at a verified US location. They made my dad pay 100$ for each person to fill out the simple form (DS-11) , which was 300$ in total (3 people). Not exactly illegal, but they definitely took advantage of you. Another seemingly unrelated business at a different building also probably works with them, as they directed us to the correct building where we should get our renewed passports. They had the same suite number as this business. The overall office was sketchy and I think for the communication level of a US establishment is very poor. Also they made us fill it out on their personal laptops, which is kinda of unprofessional. I can't believe our family was so naive, we even erased 2 year old dry erase stains on their whiteboard. Good thing we made sure to cancel our check there too.

They lure you into thinking that they will provide you an expedited passport process when in reality they just have you fill out the DS-11 form, which you can fill out for free online. We paid 150 dollars to fill out a form I already had filled out. We paid $150 dollars for an expedited passport process when we got nothing of the sorts. I literally told the man, who goes by "Don" that I had already filled out the DS-11, yet he still proceeded to not inform me that I was paying $150 to do it again. They trick you into paying with wordy descriptions. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS. They won't tell you prices over the phone which is a common scam to get you in person in order to guilt trip you. He handed me a document to sign and AS SOON AS HE HANDED ME IT he rushed me over to the computer, trying to make me not read the document thoroughly. APPLY TO YOUR LOCAL COUNTY CLERK FOR A PASSPORT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Negative experience: I was paying there $150 just to use their computer to fill out my application forms and they just make a copy of my driving license. They charged me that amount for doing nothing.Its totally scam.I will suggest everyone directly go to the passport office with your all documents(application form, original certificate,copy of driving license and one pass size photo, money order $135 )and thats it. You will save your time and money.

Negative experience: Just as others had mentioned, filling out my application on his computer did not make me feel safe and made me question what kind of services I was paying. They are suppose to be experts and know the process. He made a mistake on our itinerary date and had the audacity to say we both confirmed the date. Last I checked I came to you for your expertise. I understand there are next steps but it was unclear communication. Sent us to the county clerk for oath and submitting, what was the point of that if that was something an official could do. He. said it was the only option for a 2 week turn around time with these new restrictions. Otherwise it would be the 8 to 10 weeks earliest, which would put us outside our travel dates. Felt mislead. Office was unorganized and information from other customers we’re on documents he was writing on. Vault left unlocked that help passports. Pictures of prior customers lying around.

Negative experience: I made the mistake of going here without reading the reviews. I walked in with application and pictures ready and was charged to type up the same application again. He printed it and put it in an envelope and told me to send it. Don’t understand how this place is legal.

Negative experience: *** TOTAL SCAM, BE AWARE *** This business is a total scam. We needed urgent passports so I called this business. I was told over the phone that the merchant will accept our passport applications and we will not have to go anywhere. I had an appointment for the whole family with US Post office but it was 45 minutes drive. I thought this service is close by so I decided to use the them. I took time off from work, showed up with my family and asked how this is going to work. The office manager (the person I spoke to over the phone) said I will take your application but you will have to go a passport facility CLOSE BY for your kids and I will get you an appointment. I said that's not what you told me over the phone but if you get us an appointment in a close by facility, we can move forward. After we made the payment, he changed his statement altogether. He goes, I cannot make any appointments, you will have to take your kids to a government passport facility and stand in line. So basically this business charged me $120 per person ($480 total) just for printing our applications and taking pictures (we even typed up all the apps). This business is a total fraud so please do not waste your time. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company and will hire an attorney if needed. You can imagine my frustration, I wasted three hours at this business, paid $480 for nothing and then ended up standing in line at government passport agency. I had an appointment with US Post office, I could have gone there straight but I got totally scammed by this business. By the way, the government passport agency also told us that these guys are a fraud.

You pay 120$ to use his computer like wtfffff After he charged me for using his computer I literally told him that what he was doing was not OK and he’s just over charging for a service that doesn’t even fully give me my passport which was my impression in the first place he then gives me the example of his services being equivalent to a restaurant he said you don’t have to go to a restaurant to eat you can just make food at home if you want but you chose to go to a restaurant and pay the extra price which doesn’t even make sense OK then ignores everything else I completely had to say because he knows he’s in the wrong so just don’t go here period!!!

I have been waiting for 6 months for my daughter's passport to come through or at this point any updates at ALL. I call the guy today and he says that I'm supposed to contact some other government office? He tells me this 6 months later and also says he will not be able to follow up on anything anymore! What kind of customer service is this? I have been waiting soo very patiently but I have lost all patience. He charged me $250.00 for what? For just waiting for him to tell me that he can not do anything at all? Please save yourself from the hassle and do not go to these people. They aren't considerate of your situation at all. He hung up in my face. I just can't believe they are still available for service they shouldn't be.

Negative experience: ITS A SCAM FOR PASSPORTS. I called and he said we do passports here and would do everything. I had the application done already but said I needed to redo it. I paid halfway through the application and when I finished, he gave me an address to actually DO my passport and pay the fee. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU PAY $120 FOR THE APPLICATION. I am going to fight to get my money back.
