Negative experience: This Company is a fraud. My In-Laws purchased round trip tickets to Haiti from This company. Due to the issues in Haiti all return flights were cancelled. My Mother-In-Law called Bello to assist and they charged her $700 for open tickets. These people are crooks and I have reported this to the BBB

Negative experience: Había llevado a un familiar a este lugar para un proceso de mi inmigración señoren fue orrible deverda no los recomendaría a nadie primeramente llenaron mal los documentos luego los pidieron nuevamente y nos cobraron nuevamente por algo que ellos habían hecho mal Bello no prestan atención a nada te dice k el revisa los documentos y es mentira tiene unos chicos hay que son los que los llenan y parece k no tienen ni idea luego le recomendaron un lugar para los exámen médico y dos veces los devolvieron porque los hicieron mal y todos eso pagando extra deverda busquen personas que hagan la cosas bn este fue un proceso de 3 años muy agostador mentalmente

Negative experience: I just went to simply get a paper notarized and they turned me away and said they were closed. Their hour of closing is 6 not 5:13 the time I went. It doesn’t take that long to notarize a paper so I don’t like that that they turned me away. If they close at 5 they should mention that on google not 6pm. Unless they are just lazy and don’t want to help.

Negative experience: There was 3 people supposedly working but only 1 was. 1 was talking on the phone the whole time I was standing there waiting for someone to help me. He looked at me many times but kepted talking on his cell phone.

Negative experience: En este lugar el servicio al cliente es sumamente malo no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo yo compré dos vuelos de regreso de mi país para mis hijos y me Isieron un cobro adicional de mi targeta sin mi autorización y cuando llame no supieron que explicación darme encima de que me vendieron los vuelos sin asiento además de que compre los vuelos sumamente caros .son lo peor que eh visto..

Negative experience: un horrible servicio al cliente, una vez pagas tus documentos se olvidan de tu caso y pasa al otro plano .. llevo mas de dos meses esperando una llamada para revolverme un error de parte de ellos mismos !! para mi este lugar no sirve ....

Negative experience: En este lugar lamentablemente no tienen credibilidad alguna , por la sencilla razón de que la empleada de seguros no hace su trabajo bien , es mentirosa al igual que el dueño . Pague mi seguro de carro a tiempo y ellos me digeron que tenía una suspensión de mi placa ; cuando investigue DMV me mando una carta diciendo que el seguro de mi caro reportó 3 meces atrasado de pagos cuando yo tenía todos mi recibos al día , y se lo comprobé al dueño y defendió a su empleador sin tener razón .
