Fantastic experience: We are usually DIY vacation planners but decided to seek assistance with our first trip to Europe . . . and we are so glad we did. Mike & Jenifer were great to work with, very knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. They were able to get us significant savings and perks compared to booking directly with the cruise line (and we were repeat cruisers). They took care of arranging flights, pre-cruise land package options, additional shore excursion opportunities, and transfers to the airport once we disembarked. Fantastic experience: A vacation to Chaing Mai Thailand was the dream, and Mike at Cruise Planners made it happen! From planning the airline (Koren Air, excellent choice BTW), lodging, and excursions, Mike gave us plenty of options to choose from. Fantastic experience: Mike and Jenifer were terrific, from the vacation planning stage through the completion of our trip. We don't usually use a travel agent to book our trips, but working with Mike and Jenifer was a great experience. They arranged everything for us, saved us a lot of expense, and offered great ideas and insight that we would have never thought of. When my wife got sick in Greece and we had to extend our trip by a week, they were invaluable in getting us through a very stressful situation, changing and then rechanging our return reservations, booking a hotel for me while my wife was in the hospital, dealing with the travel insurance company (I would highly recommend travel insurance - we had a long helicopter ride, hospitalization, and lots of out-of-pocket expenses that were covered, thank goodness), etc. All in all, we had a marvelous time for three weeks, land and sea, before my wife fell ill. If I could give Mike and Jenifer six stars, I would!

Fantastic experience: I had the amazing opportunity to travel with my colleagues to Alaska on a “STEM at Sea” cruise. The Lavers planned this amazing trip for 20+ teachers and it was just incredible. They handled everything from travel, cruise details, excursions, etc. They answered any questions we had, and even came to the airport to help us get checked in at 3 am. There were several of us that were nervous about traveling without our families, but the travel process was so seamless, we had nothing to worry about. The excursions they picked for us were really great, and I enjoyed them all! They even went above and beyond and communicated to the cruise line prior to travel about my group interviewing the naturalist aboard which was amazing. the know there were countless hours put into planning this trip, so I appreciate the hard work they put in. Its really 2 resorts in 1 as the Bahia Principle and Bahia Luxory sit side by side. Easy walking or shuttles if preferred. Thanks to Mike and Jennifer for making all the arrangements! Fantastic experience: Kris and I worked with Jennifer and Mike at Cruise Planners for our trip to Jamaica. They arranged our flights around needs, found us an awesome room at the resort near the pool and the beach. They also made arrangements for our wedding. Mike made sure we knew the updated requirements for the ever changing Covid restrictions. I am not sure how we would have ever put such an awesome trip and event together without Mike and Jennifer. Fantastic experience: Mike and Jennifer booked our anniversary trip to Saint Lucia. We had some issues with getting bumped off of our airline and then we had problems at the resort with them over booking. They took care of that quickly and professionally for us. They even got as an upgraded Room to the penthouse suit. I love the fact that I could just tell them what we wanted and they would suggest ideas or places to see while we was there.
