Negative experience: Closed, no longer a walk in location.

Fantastic experience: I had the BEST experience working with travel agent Jeanette in the Denton branch. She assisted us in planning a recent trip to Europe!! She was extremely helpful, always quick to respond to calls and emails, was very, very knowledgeable, and was a real dream to work with! We are not frequent travelers, so she had to do quite a bit of "hand holding" for an overseas trip like this. Best of all, because of her persistence, she got us the luxury cruise cabin that we really wanted, even though there was high demand and for months there were none available for the dates of our trip. She definitely knows her stuff! Thank you, Jeanette, for the role you played in a fabulous trip for my husband and me!

Negative experience: Agent no longer answers phone calls or emails and this has been going on for at least 2 years.

Fantastic experience: Thanks y'all for being some of the greatest people on earth. I'm a long haul truck driver been having a tough week, a tough month altogether and I was on the side of the highway 35 south in Denton to check a message from dispatch. I knew it would be impossible to get back on the interstate but along comes a AAA driver who turned his lights on for me and allowed me to merge back on the interstate. Y'all are so amazing and I absolutely support everything you do for us out here. He was an older gentleman with a long gray beard is all I know but him doing that for me made my day and I truly appreciate him and all you amazing people. Thank you Soo much from the bottom of my heart!!!

Fantastic experience: For the price you pay for the services you receive the value is absolutely phenomenal I'm not a fan of the price hikes last year and how they removed half the benefits for associate members and I also hate when you're in an area that's not very well service by AAA and you end up having to call a third party tow truck anyways because nobody ever comes and gets you. But I will say that more often than not AAA comes through and the value they provide on insurance and roadside assistance beats what all the actual insurance providers offer.

Negative experience: Called them at 2pm and said they would show up in 90minutes and never showed up. Called millions of times. Couldve at keast told me that you arent coming or gave me a heads up. Instead of making me wait for hours. Selfish

Negative experience: Please answer your phone I’ve been waiting for 3 hour and have yet to be serviced and my car is stalled on the side of the road, what good is this service if no one is willing to help.

Negative experience: ROBERT IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AGENT. He is disrespectful, rude and hung up on me! I hope you know I will be taking my business else where! Do not go to him if you have questions on your account because is super inpatient! Will be calling triple a to file a report!

Negative experience: I have been trying to get a tow for weeks. One of their tow guys finally called, did not show up, but called. He told me i had to pay him $300 dollars. I refused and he never showed up. I have called and emailed multiple times and have not been able to get through nor have i recieved any response. There is no way to cancel your membership online or by email. So, i have paid and gotten nothing for it and will have to take time off work and lose income in order to go to their office and hopefully get my membership canceled. There is no reason to pay a subscription to get ripped off by a tow guy. I can do that all on my own.

Fantastic experience: Help staff and quick turn around on my request. Called in for a simple date change for my insurance and was walked through how the process is handled and how my bill would change. Very informative.

Negative experience: I guess I had higher expectations with regard to their travel services and insurance cost savings, as a member. I was disappointed to find out that rental car and motel discounts do not exist.. I have not had to use the roadside services but I have not seen where my membership has provided a good benefit.

Negative experience: Since I became a member March of this year my on board didn't work correctly, I called alot to get it resolve and basically they did nothing and raised my insurance twice . There on board people had no idea what there doing they kept me running me around instead of fixing it. The fantastic thing about all of this is I found another insurance company and also saved $266.00 a year and included my house also.

Fantastic experience: Robert Jackson is who you need to ask for when you visit this AAA. Robert has been my insurance guy since I moved to Denton in 2017 and I have never had any major issues. Any issues I did have were promptly rectified and he always worked to get us the best deal. Thank you Robert.

Negative experience: Called to ask if they did registration stickers— They said yes and didn’t mention that if it’s expired they cannot do it because of their system. So I went in during my lunch and was promptly disappointed. So don’t try to go here for your registration.

I love this perk of being a AAA member that we can have classic travel services at no additional cost and with AAA discounts! We have been so impressed with Claire's service, we will definitely be utilizing her services again. Looking forward to our Trip Tic binder with all the cool amenities and details listed along the way!

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the customer service and claim departments of AAA. The claim adjustor, and the 2 supervisors above him are completely worthless. Due to their inability to stay on top our claim we have been sent to collections. The car accident was almost 6 months ago and they have not paid any of the claims as of today. They claim they will call you back by the end of the day and have never kept their word. I have to call and send faxes to the claim adjustor as well as facilitate 3 way calls just to get things going. If you can stay away from AAA do yourself a favor and do so.
